Good location close to the train station and friendly staff. The rooms seem to have a few years on them but they are definitely okay standard and clean. The room had a carpet that felt kind of old and maybe needed a change. Good breakfast and complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby.

We travelled here for Sweden Rock Festival, and it was the perfect location. Just across the street from the festival bus, and train to Copenhagen Kastrup airport. There is a great selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance. A gorgeous park across the street, with a child's play area, a bar, and a theatre. The service in the hotel is wonderful. Free coffee and tea in the reception area, and staff are lovely. The room is quite spacious but maybe a little dated. We will be back.

Genuine hotel in beautiful building & perfekt location. We had some trouble finding the parking place, but it was just across the street from the hotel. Generally modern and tastefully decorated, but some parts of the hotel needed renovation. Clean and niece in the rom except for the valve in the sink. The weather was hot and we really missed AC. Thank goodness for opening windows and fan. With the windows open we were a little ||disturbed by the morning traffic.||Fantastic breakfast but crowded between the tables. Very nice in the lobby area, extra plus for access to coffee and water.

Next to the travel center (buses, trains), between city center, Park, and nature reserve. Great breakfast. Old bank building so old times/ vault themed hotel. Pretty cool. Free tea and coffee at any time. Free croissant in the afternoon. The elevator was quite audible and annoying in our room. The doors are thin, you can easily hear other guest in the corridor, it's as if they are standing next to your bed. Windows are okay, but you can hear buses. We were on a public holiday so luckily not much traffic. We had a "superior" double room, but it's location near the elevator was not optimal. Electricity did not work in the side chamber of the large room. The bathroom is pretty old and worn down. The room and bed were great style and comfort. It was very clean. Staff was friendly.

The hotel has a reputation for being fantastic, which it certainly was in the 80s. Since then, no one has given the hotel any love. Electrical outlets that were broken and hanging from the wall, dim lighting in the bathroom, large cracks in the plastic carpet and thick layers of dirt. I have never stayed in a hotel with black mold before, but after one night both my husband and I got headaches and affected asthma. The staff were wonderful but the hotel is a castle of crows. Nice on the outside and in the entrance, but everything from dented carpets, peeling paint, curtains that don't cover the entire window and a mix of different materials in the bathroom that must have been exclusive in the early 70s.

The hotel is very old and so you may have to maintain it. We had a 15 cm hole in the bathroom floor. One of the glasses in the bathroom was used and even at breakfast a plate had dried food on it. It felt a little dirty overall.

Looks nice outside. Rooms need to renovate. Smells of chemical laundry inside of room. Looks very old. Normal breakfast. Problems with parking slots. They said that you need to book place on outside parking before arrival. But it’s not guaranty that someone didn’t busy it. Better to use street parking. Same distance and cheeper. Only 15 places for hotel on their parking.

Receptionist was very kind and informative. The room was very spacious compared to all the other hotels we stayed at in other Swedish cities. The double bed was a real queen sized bed, not two small beds put together, which is rare! It gave us a very good night of sleep. The facilities were dated but kept in good condition, which I don’t mind and think should be encouraged for the sake of the environment. The only thing I didn’t like is toiletry. Four small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion, none works very well - the shampoo and shower gel almost didn’t foam, the conditioner didn’t smoothen my hair. Difficult to pour out and recap during a shower. I also think it’s a big waste to provide small bottles to each customer and throw away half used after each customer. I strongly hope the hotel can change to pumps on the wall with easy-to-use toilette brands. It’s more environmental, more user friendly and might even be more cost saving for the hotel.
