First Hotel Jörgen Kock

We stayed here for a night on our way to Copenhagen. It was quick check in due to very helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d love to return and stay here again with my family.

The hotel has an excellent location—just a 4-minute walk from the train station, which is extremely convenient. The breakfast was generous and varied, and it’s a big plus that hot water and coffee are available throughout the day. Although the room facilities are a bit dated, the overall value for money is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place.

Overall the hotel needs a refresher, the inventory of the room is old and feels well worn. The breakfast has what you would expect, but the coffee served is not very pleasant. A more modern coffee machine would be recommended. The location right by the train station makes it worth the stay.

Overall i would say it was a very good experience. Close to the Central station in Malmö, walking distance to the city centre and a breakfast that was totaly fine. The only thing that I didn't like was that the rooms became like a sauna when it's a hot day and it was Hard to sleep in the heat. In all it was a very Nice hotell and the staff was terrific.

Overall I had a good time at the hotel, but there were some flaws. Let’s start with the positive things: - The staff is very friendly - the location is central - the breakfast was good and tea and coffee were available for the whole day Not so positive: - there is construction all around the hotel, which is quite noisy - the cutlery was extremely used at the best and sometimes just dirty - the furniture and floor in the room needs maintenance as soon as possible - not cleaning the rooms gets sold as a “green initiative”, when in reality they simply don’t have the capacity and staff to clean all the rooms. You need to book the cleaning (which is free) but the one day people tried to book it, it simply didn’t happen. All in all I couldn’t really recommend the hotel for the price they are asking

A reasonably priced hotel for a short stay in Malmo. The staff were friendly and the room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The walls were thin and we could hear noises from many other rooms however, including a party upstairs. It was also raining and the noise of rain falling on metal outside our room was very loud.

Well, this is my absolute favorite hotel in Malmö. It really feels like home! Jimmy, Carina, Sara and the rest of the staff (sorry I don't know all of their names) makes your stay a pleasure. The breakfast is excellent and very early, and you can have coffee or tea 24/24h. It's ready and it's free. The rooms are clean, warm and spacious (25mq!!!). I'm always happy to be back!

For normally i would say to Hotel is okay. But in our Case i would give Zero Stars If I could. But we got scamed. We booked our rooms via Booking for one night, but because of technical issues, we got two exactly same reservations and payed twice. We tried to solve the Problem and Booking told us in this Case would be possible, that the Hotel Manager makes a cancellation. So we contacted the Hotel Manager and asked for the solution, but he didn't wanted to help us and declined to cancel one of the reservations. In conclusion the worst Service ever and I can't understand how a Hotel can act Like that.

Really pleasant hotel with a quite spacious double rooms. Beds could be wider - I am still not used to the European "single bed" idea. Breakfasts were quite tasty, with a chance to try the local specialty - a herring. Panoramic views with the Turning Torso building were a nice addition to the room :)
