Definetly wow for the Gym! That's high end quality. And the wellness rooms are also really sweet. We stayed in their family rooms and I loved the spaciousness in there.

You get what you pay for, and it is cheap. Late check-in, received with an annoyed and indifferent attitude. My room was small and cramped, but with a small desktop and fridge. Probably value for you money if you are on fast in’n’out and not too tall. Well-equipped gym.

Found it too expensive for what you get. All the pictures they post are from the new aisle, the difference wasn’t clear upon booking. Upgrading was offered upon arrival, but 1) it’s difficult to choose without seeing the sad old room you get otherwise , 2) too much of a difference, 3) why not use the nicer refurbished rooms by default when the place isn’t fully booked, especially when I booked several months ahead… The punishment for opting for the cheap room was a leaky shower in the dark behind a blood-stained curtain. The spa/pool is advertised as being included but actually isn’t. Stayed at two other places on this holiday and both had options to recycle trash (unfortunately a by-product of traveling) but not this one. Extra star because the breakfast was really nice

Edit: breakfast has gone hill too. It's okay. As a break from driving back to Europe, Lund is a good option. I have stayed here before, since this is my go to stop for when I'm driving higher into Sweden. So my 3 star review is purely because of the new management. The prices are still similar, but you get way less. - no more dinner included (around 150 sek) - no more spa included (around 140 sek) - no more parking included (around 175 sek) So that's a difference of around 40 euros, if you'd like the same services as before. The whole reason of coming to this place and paying a bit more for the room was because of all these perks. Imagine, you drive +10h to get to Sweden, you are tired and finally arrive. You then could park your car safely, go straight to diner, relax your body at the Spa and then sleep. It was perfect and the sole reason why I came here everytime. I expected the same this time, so I didnt read up on the new policies. I made my booking as usual and arrived on assumption. This is ofcourse my mistake. Nevertheless, I'm not coming back because the bang for my buck is gone. Call me a cheap skate, but there's better options around now for this price. Hotel staff was lovely as always and the rooms are what you get. It's either the older wing of 20x rooms or the newer wing. But that's ok. It's all you need.

Looked for a place with swimmingpool for a get away with my children. This hotel, far from anywhere interesting, turned up. Turned out that children are Only allowed from 14:00 to 15:00. Check in is from 15:00, check out is at 12:00. So effectively a boring place far from anything and not relevant for families. Even if I booked the Family suite..

Great hotel for our family stay. We booked a family suite and it met our expectations, a separate room for our kid, a small kitchen, a living room and a separate bedroom for us parents. The breakfast buffet is on the smaller side compared to the big hotel chains, but good! Free parking and 4 charging spots for EVs (at additional cost).

A window from the bathroom into the bedroom? The heck! Otherwise all right. Nice cozy little fireplace to have a drink.

1. Bed arrangement. There was something between a mattress and bedsheet, a layer of cloth. Every morning I left it smooth. Every evening, coming back from work, I founded it wrinkled, as if someone wanted me suffer sleeping on that. Every evening I needed to do my bed myself.||2. One day, my key card stopped working. Soon they found out that it is not my card, it was the door lock malfunctioning. What next? "Sorry, we can not fix it now, you have to wait until tomorrow". Then, every time I needed to go back to my room, I had to humbly ask the hotel service to let me in. If the hotel service was busy with other guests, I had to wait in a queue. I HAD TO HUMBLY WAIT IN A QUEUE TO GET BACK TO MY ROOM!!!||3. Checking out, I asked for a receipt. It was impossible to get it... even when I have paid in advance two weeks earlier, upon th check-in.
