Overall a terrible stay — we even left a day early.
When I told the receptionist it had been a horrible experience, their response was basically, “Okay, whatever.” No apology, no concern. So we just packed up and left.
The bathroom had mold. Our room was never cleaned during the days we had booked in advance. There was no parking available for our car. Inside the room, it was around 28°C with no way to cool it down — no windows, no air conditioning, nothing. We asked at reception for help, and they said they’d bring ice, but it never arrived.
The food was disappointing at best. Everything was overcooked to the point of being dry and tasteless. Many dishes were constantly empty — for example, when a fresh bowl of potatoes came out, it was gone instantly because half the restaurant was waiting for them.
Breakfast was chaotic. There was no bread when we arrived, and when they finally put out a single loaf for about 200 people, it was gone in minutes. Then maybe another loaf would appear 10 minutes later, and then 20 minutes after that another one… The same problem happened with fruit and pretty much every other basic item.
And sadly, these are just some of the bad experiences we had during our stay.
