First Landing Beach Resort & Villas

I really enjoyed staying at first landing beach resort with my family. Although we stayed in one of the older accommodations it was all serviceable and conformable. The private pool was amazing for cooling off and swimming. The resort offered daily activities were good for young and old and made things easy to organise. Customer service was good. We loved the foot island out the front in the sea. Great for walks, picnics and photographs. Recommended.

Our stay at First Landing was an amazing experience. Waking up every single day and watching the tide come and go, plus the amazing sunset was phenomenal!|Our beachfront villa was clean, spacious and well appointed. Having the washer/dryer was a bonus. The outdoor furniture provided was comfortable to sit watching the kids, or for that late arvo drink.|The Resort itself has an amazing menu, fabulous cocktails, and if you're lucky enough to catch a fish which our boys did, then you will experience a meal to die for with the fish they prepare.|The staff and their welcoming hospitality is what truly defines a resort. Aggie, Norman and the amazing JB will not be forgotten. Our arrival was greeted with, 'Welcome Home' ❤️|I have returned home a relaxed, thankful guest of First Landing, and I can guarantee that my only destination now in Fiji is First Landing, where I'll be welcomed home.

1. Location is beautiful. 2. Friendly customer service. 3. My room was 111. Beachfront view, with swimming pool. Loved it. Especially the outdoor shower. 4. Walking to the Foot island was lovely. 5. Bought alot of things during Market day Especially the baked goodies. 6. And private dinner area for my team. Overall, I'd go again with family and friends 🧡

We booked two beachfront villas, and two ocean view bures to celebrate a 50th birthday that was beautifully arranged with Fijian decorations and a feast of local and international dishes. We also had a surprise anniversary celebration, and the resort catered a romantic dinner under the stars, complete with French wine, elegant desserts, and the soothing sound of waves. The team’s attention to detail made both events truly special.||In between celebrations, we indulged in resort activities like snorkeling, kayaking, and cultural nights featuring traditional Fijian music and dance. Every moment felt like a celebration of life and love.||The Duty Manager, Norman is a gem. He went above and beyond to make our celebrations and stay a memorable one! And not forgetting the ever-helpful staff. Vinaka. we will return soon.

The welcome experience was truly disappointing. We confirmed our airport pickup twice before arrival, only to find no one there to meet us. When we finally arrived at the resort, there was no apology—just a question about whether we had paid. To make matters worse, we were unexpectedly charged a 3.5% on our travel card, none of which had been mentioned when booking. The next day we arrived just 5 minutes before the breakfast buffet was set to close, but instead of accommodating us, we were told it was already finished. That was the first and last time we attempted breakfast there. Every payment we made at the resort was slapped with the same unexplained 3.5% fee on our debit card. To anyone considering travelling to Fiji: avoid First Landing resort if you must stay there, don't stay long. And if you are looking for a decent meal and friendly service I recommend the Boat Shed restaurant, next door. This was never told to us by the resort it was after two day that a taxi driver made us aware of this location. Which was the only highlight of our entire stay at this location. Vanaka for nothing...

The super friendly, and welcoming staff are absolutely fantastic, nothing is ever too much trouble. |The food is amazing, and the cocktails are just next-level. |The individual bures are private, and even with guests in a bure beside yours, they remain quiet.

Stayed 10 nights, the initial drive into Vuda Point put us off a little with the industrial site just before the entrance.|Once we settle in that made no difference to our experience and we had a wonderful stay!! The staff were very authentic and got to know us very well, the meals were excellent.|Very peaceful and quiet during the day and lots of fun at the evening dance shows.

Amazing experience ❤️ what a lovely place. Great to relax or have a function. Picturesque views and an attached small island to hold functions or wedding. Well kept and friendly staff
