First Landing Beach Resort & Villas

Nice laid back resort relatively close to Nadi Airport. A good alternative to the high priced resorts at Denarau. We stayed in a Beach Villa with our own small pool which was amazing and perfect size for a small family. Food was great and the best tasting out of the Fiji resorts we have stayed at. Night entertainment during dinner was also a highlight with traditional dancing and also fire dancing on separate nights. The small beach was good but rocky and lots of small coral. Barefoot Island was nice and did some land based fishing off it one night. Surprisingly a great stay and would come back for the food and room amenities. A great option close to Nadi airport.

Came to First Landing off the cruise ship and was super happy with the day. We used the pool which was super nice and the water temperature was perfect. Enjoyed lunch as well as swimming around at the beach. I would highly recommend this resort for the day 🌴

We started to acknowledge how much we enjoyed our stayed here after we left. We had an incidente at the airport and had to stay more days in Fiji than planned before we went Home, and by them, First Lansing was fully booked. We cherished the hospitality, the kindness and good energy of all the staff. They welcome You and treat You as family. The resort is very well distributed, the room (garden bure) was spacious, cool and very clean. It's surprising that even though we were sorrounded by Nature, we didnt find a single bug in the room. The breakfast was included and was satsifying with fresh and hot options. The restaurant's food was a highlight, we remember our dinners there very fondly. First because of the delicious food, kudos to the Carbonara and the Kokoda (I'm peruvian and we are very proud and fond of our gastronomy, the Kokoda was very well Made and it was the closest thing to a taste of Home I've had in Fiji - good ceviche). Second because of the live music they had everything night, the musicians really sang with their hearts and was moving. When the tide is low You can walk through the bay and it's very beautiful and soothing. The beach is small and very prívate. The pool is Big. In general it's a very warm, cozy and tradicional resort, it's not the fanciest or most updated, but it definitely Will win a place in your hearts. Although the location sets You a bit afar from the port Denaru, where most Day tríos take off, that justo means you'll have to pay something extra for the pick up and drop off. We miss You and are very grateful for our First Landing Family!

We came in as guests using a day pass, the price itself was very affordable (20 FJD for two adults) this gave us access to use the pool and to wander around resort. There is one public pool and chairs to lounge at. We ate at the restaurant, overall the food was good. The mixed cocktails did not taste like any alcohol was added but the bottled beers/ wine were good! The service was nice, with many of the staff greeting us We also spent some time on Foot island, there were some picnic tables to sit at, but unfortunately a lot of rubbish on the grass.

First Landing Beach Resort & Villas offers a totally relaxing and welcoming holiday environment. The view from the resort is the beach and it's lovely to see the sea and be able to take a walk around the reef. The vibe is felt as soon as you arrive, and the staff are all friendly and very helpful. Checking in and out was simple and straightforward. The villas are lovely; large rooms, offering a closed -in verandah with a net shade - which is perfect for keeping the bugs out. The chefs are fantastic - all the food I ate was delicious and the servings were generous. The pool is awesome - and the poolside service from the waiter for food and drinks just makes it into a fabulous experience. I totally recommend this place for a relaxing, restorative vacation!

Awesome place to be. Very relaxing. Not crowded. Very friendly staff!!! And the prices were way more cheaper compared to crowded expensive places. Very serene and loved watching the sunrise and sunset. If you are after a relaxing getaway, highly recommend First Landing hotel.

Our 5 night stay was exceptional. The location is stunning on the sight of the first people to settle on Fiji. The ocean view bure in which we stayed was close to all the facilities but quiet and spacious.||What made the resort so good though were the Fijian people who were always there to greet you with “Bula” and a smile. It felt like we were part of a greater family.||The food and drink, including freshly harvested coconuts to drink, in the restaurant were very good indeed and excellent value. The setting overlooking the pacific is stunning. The ocean was wonderful for swimming in and kayaking on.||Every evening three guitarists played and sang. The “warrior dance” evening was fun, as was the “Polynesian dance” evening. Being serenaded by the guitarists and members of staff on our final evening was very, very special.||Thank you First Landing Beach Resort for such a magical stay.

A great week in a beautiful place. We stayed in 501 a two bedroom house with it's own pool. Loved it. Loved the food st the restaurant and the bar has good happy hour prices. Kayakingout front was fun.
