First United Building Corporation

It was built in 1928 by Luis Perez Samanillo based on the design of Andres Luna de San Pedro. In 1936, Berg's Department Store set up shop on the building's ground floor. The building hosted consulates of France and Panama from 1933. It was damaged during the war, but was later repaired. In 1951, Chinese businessman Sy Liang Ten bought Berg's from its original American owner, Ernest Berg. In 1968 it was acquired by First United building corporation.

It's an old building but properly maintained. There's a barber shop and coffee shop on the ground floor.
