We paid only €150 for 1 night so I was not expecting any luxury suite. For what I paid I would say I got value for money. The location is fantastic - 50 meters from the waterside. - the 3 stars are for the location and the friendly staff. No doubt there are some “luxury suites” here but our room was a cupboard. Luggage has to go on the floor and you walk around it. I attach a photo - you decide. I’m not complaining, as I got value for money for location but I think this place should be renamed to “Luxury suites & some small cheaper rooms” - not very catchy perhaps. I share this so you can check before you go and know what you are getting. Note: Parking is at public car park, 5 minute walk but up some steps. If you need to haul heavy luggage and kids down to this place then maybe not a good option for you. The property has no lift so again, if you are not good on your feet and have a lot of luggage then again not very practical. It would mostly suit couples travelling light.

😊: The central location was fantastic, parking more difficult in car park up the hill from apartment. Window looked onto side of next building, no balcony, which is fine but not a lot of light into room. Did not stay in room a lot. Breakfast served in restaurant on sea front, don’t get mixed up with options as we did, will get charged extra for this, so reality is breakfast may not be included (oops)..

😊: Location perfect. 😢: Had to park the car a fair distance away and in the height of summer may be a bit tricky. No toiletries, even just shower gel.

😊: Breakfast is at a cafe close to my the room , an allocation of c €10 so continental or omelette & coffee.. 😢: Room smaller than looks on photos and dark.

Firstly, we are quite fussy, and stay in a lot of hotels. This hotel and room was top quality indeed, there is a real large bath and it's true that the Jacuzzi system doesn't work, but we have always found wherever we go, these systems are problematic, and there are stairs to go down to get to this hotel so with heavy luggage it might be more awkward for some folk, but these 2 points would not prevent us coming back to this quiet brilliantly placed town centre quality hotel. I would mention every gadget is to hand including ice making machine, quality coffee machine, music system and satellite TV, luxury touches that you don't normally get in 5 star hotels in London! Lovely comfortable large bed too! Just a really nice stay here was certainly our experience.

😊: The room was big and very clean, with a great shower. The bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious!. 😢: Felt like it was slightly overpriced, but still had a great stay..

The rooms are amazing. We had the room with the loft which was great for the kids. The location is also great and the host very friendly. The breakfast arrangements with the ‘Greko’ restaurant need to be better, as the choices from the menu are limited. Overall, I would highly recommend this.

The accommodation does not have parking. The main carpark is about 30 steps climb and a couple of mins walk away. Parking is free, but it can be difficult to find a space. When we arrived at the accommodation, it was down an alleyway between an ice cream shop and a tavern. There was no one to greet us we arrived about 3pm, ringing the bell was pointless as we located the receptionist working in the ice cream shop. We got into our room, and we had paid extra for a jetted bath tub. This has been broken for more than 12 months, but this property is still advertising it on Expedia and booking.com at an enhanced rate. There is a deceptive notice in the room stating it broke yesterday, which is clearly just a lie. I was told by the receptionist that it clearly states the issue on the hotel website. We were not given any money back they just did not care. Breakfast is either Greek or continental, and you get this at Grecos tavern, which opens at 9 am. The breakfast was fine, with no issues. The room was big, the location was excellent staff were ok but the place is starting to look tired rather than luxurious. Would not stay in this accomodation again.
