Good drinks and food. We did not have a reservation and the upstairs was full but they were able to squeeze us in at the bar. Tried an assortment of their dishes. Loved the soups (potato and the cheese dumpling one) and the spinach dumplings. Simple. Straightforward. Delicious. Great sample of classic Austrian food.

absolutely great restaurant, staff nice and helpful, even despite the full restaurant they found us a place at the bar where we could enjoy the food. I recommend the schnitzel and potato salad and local beer. I appreciated the friendly approach of the employee who spoke Czech like us, please pass on the compliments and thank you for a great evening

Very cozy place with traditional interior deco slightly hidden from the busy streets. Super friendly staff, super tasty food of good portion. Everything perfect!

Amazing traditional restaurant. Pork schnitzel was fresh, and potato salad was flavoursome. Staff are friendly, and it's a nice, large dining space tucked away from the main street.

The food was good and the service and atmosphere were great! They also served good beer. Can recommend for a good cozy dinner. It was pretty full even it is not high season so I can recomend to call before heading over.

Located near the riverside, this lovely authentic restaurant serves great delicious food. We had the pork schnitzel and potato soup. It was a Wednesday and the restaurant is only open from 11.30am. Cozy ambience that just make you feel like home the moment you sit down. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and we would definitely come back whenever we visit Innsbruck again.

This place was amazing! The menu is small, the prices are great! Ribs were fall off the bone, cole slaw was fresh and light. Affogato and Coupe Denmark were also great. Parts of this restaurant has remnants of a building from the 1200s near the bathroom downstairs so that was pretty cool!

My family stopped by the restaurant tonight and had a lovely time! We didn't have a reservation and were happy to be immediately seated on the patio. The food was great, the service was excellent, and we were even given a ton of local knowledge from (presumably) the owner. 10/10 experience overall.

Food and beer were great! Had the Tyrolese Cordon Bleu which was the special for the evening. No room in the restaurant so I sat at the bar. Bartenders and patrons were very friendly.

We found this place on Yelp and we loved it! It' has a great out door seating area with a full bar of course. Owner speaks English which was a plus. Food was ver delish. I ordered the ribs with coleslaw & polenta & my hubby ordered the local fish with rice which was like a risotto. Both were very delicious. We also ordered the chicken cordon blue and a beef dish both were yummy too. Make sure to always ask what time kitchen closes bcuz we wanted to order dessert but the chef left lol.

Just a wonderful experience! Every dish was perfect. We ordered three of the soups along with some traditional pork dishes. The young man, who is our server upstairs, handle the entire room by himself with ease, and was very friendly. Kind of funny, as we sat at our table, a 70+ year old looking chubby man man kept giving us the serious stink eye as his wife smiled at us warmly. They may have even gotten up and left without eating. Hard to say. Just a fabulous experience. Also, we walked in with no reservations and reset immediately.

Had tried another Biergarten but left after waiting 15 minutes for drinks that never arrived. Finding Fischerhausl was the perfect antidote to what started as a poor evening. The service was ideal, friendly, and quick. The food excellent. The clientele varied and friendly. And all at very reasonable prices. A fantastic experience while visiting Innsbruck.

Our server was adorable. He tried to teach us German and was friendly to speak to and he made recommendations on the menu. We had a great time and the food was very good. They light a new candle at each table as new customers comes in. Interesting touch!

Found this place walking toward the alstadt, had a nice garden/patio area so we chose it for our final meal in Innsbruck. We got the Tyrolean raviolis as a starter with cheese and spinach and they were great. The trout and pork cutlet dishes were also good choices on the menu. The service was friendly and laid back. The waiter made us feel welcome, cracked a lot of jokes, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. Nice outdoor area to grab a meal away from the traffic of the alstadt . Plenty of canopy to enjoy a rainy day.

Randomly pick this restaurant from yelp in this small town in Austria. It was little hidden from the main road but when we found them .There are bar and restaurant so the first floor is bar and second floor is restaurant with decent size . We look at the menu and we have no idea what signature dish we should order so the waitress came to help and we got all the good food , great service And happy tummy

Great food in outdoor Biergarten. Service was very welcoming. We tried all the pork dishes, which were delicious. The Schlutzkrapfen app was tasty too. We had thee kids under 10 and they all liked it.

Food was excellent. Ambiance was very relaxing. I loved the decor. When you walk in the door head upstairs to a warm welcoming environment.

Great place. Service was top notch. Waiter very helpful and his attention to detail was perfect. The food was amazing. The best pork schnitzel I've ever had and I've had many over the years. It was a rainy day when we were there so the outside beer garden was not in use. We weren't even sure it was open at all. Once inside we were greeted to a warm and inviting atmosphere. It is just at the outside edge of the beaten path and a bit hard to find with the construction in the area but well worth it.

Convenient location! Right in the middle of downtown Innsbruck with many gelato places near by, the food was fairly decent. It is a bit of a tourist spot but it did the job! I wasn't fond of the spatzel, there was far too much cheese. I got the dumpling salad and it was pretty tasty!

Went here because of the Yelp reviews and we were not disappointed! Sat outside and even though it's been hot in the area there was a nice breeze. Our waiter was very friendly and spoke wonderful English, which was great. I had the Wiener schnitzel (chicken) and my mother got the grilled chicken breasts; both were scrumptious! Would definitely recommend going here if you're looking for a casual, but nice dinner!

I had the Wiener Schnitzel and my wife had the Cordon Blue. Both really good. Nice selection of wine - specially white - and excellent service.

They are great at letting you know what is gluten free. My whole family was happy with their meals and the patio is really nice!

The service was great and the food was very good and the house white wine was amazing. The fish dishes were fantastic and the veal schnitzel was the best I have had so far. The schantrell mushroom special did not have enough mushrooms in it. I would come back.

Fantastic local fare. We had the beef and it was great! Norbert was an excellent host and gave us superb recommendations for restaurants and hotels for the remainder of our journey.

A great restaurant for a summer outdoor evening. My pike was fresh and tasty. My wife had a marvelous salad. Service was excellent. Owner/Manager Norbert is very accomodating.

Great Tyrolean food. You can eat inside or out. Staff is attentive and friendly. It is just enough away from the tourist area. We would come back.

Good food, good service, good beer selection. standard Tyrol food, we had the schnitzel and a chicken dish. It is off the beaten path, tucked in off an alley with a nice patio. We would return here for sure.
