Beautiful location, nice view but monster mosquitos. I wasn't too thrilled about the food but the room was nice with a comfy bed.

This hotel (I think family run) appears to have recently undergone renovation. The bathroom was completely new and modern with good water pressure in the shower. The room had new hard wood throughout- no old creaky floors or stained carpet. The bed was comfortable, although the double bed was just 2 single beds pushed together. There were some “hunter” themed touches (distressed leather chair, a dark heavy plank used as a wall accent) that made the room more cozy. The entire room was spotless clean and bright. |The restaurant served regional dishes which were well prepared. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. |We only stayed one night, but it was definitely so much better than staying in a business or big chain hotel.

At 4pm on a Sunday we decided to have a coffee at the restaurant with a nice view on the lake. The restaurant was half empty. We were asked whether we are going to eat as well, and after we said we came for coffee, we were advised to get coffee to go from a tiny stall next to it where people were queueing up for ice cream and arrogantly reminded that "the restaurant needs to keep places for people for dinner".

Great food, good service. Especially nice outside area at the lake. You can rent a boat.

Right next to a beautiful lake with possibilities for canoeing, rowing or paddle boarding. Great service with friendly people. Rooms are nice and clean.
