"I find Fischer’s a great Austrian-inspired spot for nearby refreshment any time of day when visiting the park theatres." - The MICHELIN Guide UK Editorial Team
"Marylebone’s premier Viennese brasserie feels like it’s from another time. Gold-framed portraits of men with moustaches and women in cocktail dresses hang from semi-tiled walls, the toilet doors have a little golden curtain rail, and any number of things feel like they could happen in this room—from a murder to marriage. What most people are here for is gold-hued and crispy: Fischer’s schnitzel is a flat, crisp piece of meat, big enough to throw around the park on a sunny day, and it’s best paired with chips." - rianne shlebak, heidi lauth beasley, jake missing, sinead cranna

Certified Cheese Fan meet Fischer’s käsespätzle. We have a feeling you’re going to get on. It’ll provide an additional crunch factor to those soft egg noodles and a solid hit of saltiness to break through all of that creamy emmentaler." - rianne shlebak, heidi lauth beasley, jake missing
"The spirit of old Vienna is alive and well at this Austrian café and konditorei that comes from the same stable as The Wolseley and Brasserie Zédel, meaning it’s a slick and well-run sort of place. It’s perennially packed too, whether people are coming in for eggs and viennoiserie at brunch or cake in the afternoon. At lunch and dinner, the menu is a roll-call of Central European favourites, including a selection of sausages and some cracking schnitzels that are well worth getting with the Holstein garnish." - Michelin Inspector
"Five minutes from Regent’s Park station is Fischer’s, a Viennese-inspired brasserie that produces schnitzel that’s even crisper than the breeze coming out of its air-conditioning unit. It’s part of the same restaurant group as The Wolseley, so the service is slick and the room is like a Wes Anderson set minus Bill Murray. Crispy schnitzel aside, there’s a pretty good selection of herring, and a very nice pancake dessert." - jake missing
