Fish Creek Hotel

Beautiful place i had had a bad shift folloing some bad family news and had another shift the next morning needed a place to stay local for the night staff were great and put music on for me to cheer me up the even upgraded my drink on the house the place very quiet until after dinner as its a pub bistro and hotel. suited my needs perfectly as I was in town for an extra shift at work. bistro was a well worth it was delicious 😋 room are neat and tidy elegant linen on the bed rooms were decent size give the size of the hotel bathroom is communal male female one each and could use an update but the place is rich with history and perfect for a night away the town is tiny peaceful and great scenery.internet was terrible but id Definitely go again.

Our rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable - all a couple of cyclists needed. The meal lived up to the hotel's reputation and was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fish Creek is a quirky destination and worth a visit, although visitors should be aware that most things are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

We’ve had another great Saturday night dinner in the bistro. Every meal we’ve had has been fantastic and this visit was no exception. We enjoyed the scotch fillet, the pork koftas and a kids fish and chips.

Clare and her team provided excellent service over what was a very busy AFL Grand Final long weekend. The dining room was heavily booked with multiple staggered bookings to accommodate the numbers. Food was good, delivered promptly and importantly, hot. This is a convenient venue if riding the Great Southern Rail Trail.

We were so lucky to choose the Fish Creek Hotel to celebrate a big family occasion, and we all had an absolute ball. The atmosphere has always been great. The food also, was terrific and we had such a great selection. Everyone was happy and talked about having their birthdays there. And the service is always magic.

We enjoyed our dinner at this lovely country pub. Salmon and couscous salad was great. Too full to try a dessert but they looked great. Thanks for the hospitality :)

Very nice stay on our way from Sydney to Melbourne. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave useful tips for the area. Had dinner at hotel restaurant and Parma was very tasty. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Only note is that bathrooms seem to be little old and outdated but nevertheless spotless clean. Would recommend staying at Fish Creek Hotel! Staff at both hotel and restaurant were great!

We stayed for three nights as a base to visit Wilson's Prom. The pub is great, with wonderful service and great food. We watched the AFL final there and it was a great atmosphere. We will come back again for a feed.

Went here for a spontaneous dinner on a Sunday. Awesome staff, great food. Can only recommend. Had the specials and were blown away. Not usually this enthusiastic, but this really took the prize.
