Trailfinders booked this hotel for me and it was a great choice. |On arrival at 0930 I was greeted so kindly and they got my room ready as I had some breakfast. |The room was spacious and had everything I needed including the nicest outside area with table and chair. 2 bottles of fresh, filtered water are provided every day and there is greeting on your bed when you arrive and also on your television!||Breakfast was my favourite meal: views over the sea, prosecco, omelette’s and other eggs cooked to order, piles of fresh fruit and the orange juice it so fresh it has an inch of fruit pulp on top. |I had lunches and snack dinners in the Cocoloca bar and these were good. The Pina coladas and virgin Pina colada’s were delicious. ||The pool and loungers are good - if you walk along the path from this area you can get down onto the beach. |Walking along the beach is quicker to the other restaurants and shops rather than using the road at the front. ||There is a supermarket 5 minutes away on foot (turn left at the hotel gates) but beware of the hostile service and they’ll serve local people ahead of you and shrug. |The supermarkets in and around the police station (a further 5 minute walk) are better. ||You’re supposed to get cards for the buses at a supermarket but the 2 I asked at said no. Not sure what that’s about because your hotel will tell you to get a bus card at the supermarkets. ||Jambu in the restaurant and Manda and Aigerim on reception are so professional and kind. All were very helpful with any task or question and I thank them for their good service.||I stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there is a good atmosphere and I felt welcome and relaxed. I would recommend the hotel and I would return but I WOULDN’T have any laundry done. |6 small pieces that I had laundered cost me £96 sterling. Yep. £96. |Disgraceful and I now see why complimentary Prosecco is on the buffet table
