I met my niece and nephew here on a quick day trip. They had heard good things and they had heard right. I couldn’t decide between burger or wings but both were plenty big. I think I liked the burger better. It was huge. Yall. Stop by and support your small businesses. The food was great!

Why eat processed fast food when you can eat real food made by a nice family that owns their own business? They had lots of menu options including wings, fish, burgers, Philly sandwiches, Italian Beef sandwiches and even Polish sausage sandwiches. I was in town on business, cannot stomach fast food and found Fish's Wings Shack online. I'm very happy I stopped in for dinner tonight for good food and conversation.

The guy that took my order seemed to be in a bad mood over the phone. In person interaction was better. The food was good outside of my chicken having feathers still attached to it. The price for 3 items and a drink was decent. I would visit again.

Wayne was great with customer service and making sure we have everything we needed! Fish 100 out of 10! Wings fire, seasoned fries and tenders mouth watering!!! Will be back every chance I get!

They say it's the small hole-in-the-wall places that have the best food and this place is proof! Food is made to order, hot and fresh... and so very tasty.

Me and my husband stopped in for lunch today while in the area and wanted to try something local! We both had the catfish plate and the food and service were awesome! The catfish, slaw, seasoned fries, and hushpuppies were absolutely delicious! The owner is such a nice guy and provides great service to his customers! Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to get quality food and service from a local establishment.

My son and I took a Saturday drive to visit some unique places in West TN...Loretta Lynn's ranch near Waverly, Alex Haley's home in Henning, The Mindfield in Brownsville (sadly not enough time for the Tina Turner Museum there as well:)! We drove to Ripley specifically to eat at Fish's Wing Shack! It was amazing! First of all, the Shack is filled with memorable signs with saying, quotes and Bible verses--one-of-a-kind decor! Second, the food was outstanding! We had the fried catfish (fresh, moist, great seasoned crust), fries and hushpuppies with corn in them, and of course the world famous coleslaw (with a sweet poppyseed dressing not mayo). My son also added an order of the honey habanero wings and they were juicy and spicy and absolutely delicious. Hats off to the cook whose name I can't remember...WONDERFUL food! Made fresh while you wait! Finally, in today's lack of service culture, Wayne, our host, was a shining star ! He was courteous and friendly, helpful, spot on in his recommendations, and made us laugh and smile and share stories as he did with us! I can think of many places in cities with good food and much higher prices:) that could take a page from Wayne. He enjoys people, has a heart of service and blesses everyone who comes in with personal attention and focus. He is curious, enjoys earning about other places and foods ... but it is the way he made us feel like honored guests in perhaps the 10-15 min we spent with him that knocked our socks off. We just wish Fish's Wing Shack were less than a 3 hr drive away as we would return often (if only to try the authentic Italian Beef and Philly sandwiches on the menu which lure hungry northerners off the beaten path!). Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing food and service. Best wings that we've had in the area, and Fish sat to talk with us the whole time. We will be back. Side note: when I Restaurant has Food Network playing, it's quite likely that that restaurant is excellent!

I had spicy honey hot wings and sweet heat wings with fries, my husband had the Philly cheesesteak combo with honey hot wings, and our 2 year old son had chicken strips and fries. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. We got to chat with Fish as well, and he was a super cool guy. We will definitely be back!

All I can say is I love the food here. Every time I'm in ripley it's the first spot I head to. Amazing food and amazing service!

I've drove past this place several times, and today I decided to stop in. Staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic! I have to agree with the other review that the seasoned fries are a must. This place is called Fish's wing shop for a reason as I feel in love with the wings. Will be coming back very soon. Excited for my next trip!

It's got great fish sandwiches fitting of an independent restaurant. Perfect seasoning, perfectly fried and big. I haven't tried the wings because I don't like wings, but people who do love them.

I'm coming back from a trip up north and I just had a taste for hot wings. I googled this place and I am not sorry I did. The staff is so friendly and checked on my husband and I several times, the wings were fantastic and we each had the whole wings. I had Buffalo and my lips are still burning and my husband has a sweet habanero and he said they were wonderful. The seasoned Fries are a must! I will be a repeat customer!
