Fit City Gym

I went here for a while and the equipment is old most of the time some equipment is broken and takes 4 months to fix it. There are never paper towels or soap in the bathrooms. The ceiling looks like its about to fall down in a few spots. Some short trainer with a receding hair line that looks like it got blown back by all the El Paso dust storms is the most judgmental person I have ever seen. One of the trainers there stole a weight from me while I was using it. I'll take my business else where. I don't recommend.

Let me start with: I’m a gym hopper. I’ve seen a lot 😂 I can honestly say this gym is one of the top gyms I’ve been to. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is clean and not saturated with kids like some gyms are after school hours. It is organized and has a home-gym feel to it. I love that it seems to consist of a mostly mature crowd. There aren’t a bunch of goofballs running around cursing and leaving equipment all over. The clients seem to respect the facility, so that’s nice. I love it here. They also have a really good smoothie bar with snacks. 🙌🏼 Annnnnnd a very nice office for massages, stretches, and muscle activation therapy.

Gym is nice, the community in the gym is lovely, staff is friendly, plenty of machines, weights, and other equipment to aid in your workouts / stretches. Personally like the fact that there's a few bars and enough head room to do pull ups / muscle ups in. Smoothie bar inside the gym ( frugos ) provides healthy smoothies and snacks. Gym provides Accessible microwave and tables which is nice if you need to eat ur meal preps and such. many good trainers as well

I have been a member of Fitcity gym since it has opened. This gym has a comfortable feeling to it. Everyone is friendly and courteous. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. It feels more like you are working out at a friend's house versus a gym. The gym is also kept clean which is something that is important to me. Also there is a smoothie bar.

Hmmm I literally went in just now to ask for some info this was at 4:45pm. Wound up walking around a bit to check it out by myself but didn't want to disturb other members who were working out as I totally was not in gym attire a day stood out like a sore thumb. I did call too before I went by and no answer and no one at the front desk and I was there for a good 15 minutes minimum waiting for someone to show up. Even called the number but of course no answer. Felt silly standing there so I left. Not sure what to think about that especially when it comes to trusting an establishment with possibly my banking info.

Horrible. Told this dude to cancel my membership about 3 separate times (politely). Has the audacity to keep charging me and doesn’t refund the full amount. Doesn’t call you back when he says he will so you gotta give this guy reminders. Told me to wait 3-5 business days for my full refund for all the time he’s been stealing my money and it’s been 2 weeks. Gave this dude the benefit of the doubt but he has tested my patience and tolerance.

Completely hidden gym . Located behind a plaza & something only a local would know about . Inside is another local fav business , Frugoz juicery . Definitely worth popping in and checking out .
