FITAPRETA VINHOS

We came here specifically to try the Fitapreta wines, thanks to a recommendation from a local friend. If you’re a wine enthusiast, the tasting experience is a must-do. We chose the €45 'Big Picture' option and were able to sample 5excellent wines. The staff is truly nice and helpful, making the whole experience highly enjoyable. Be sure to try their Azores production; they are genuinely special and stand out.

What an amazing winery, in different ways! The tours was impressive, explaining the history of the property.. the wines so different, interesting and with a story! I could not have wished for a better afternoon! Thank you all for this great experience

Stopped in for a tour on the way from Lisbon to Sevilla. Staff was very polite and knowledgeable. The facility is small but well maintained. The white wine was very refreshing. The red was exceptional. We also had made arrangements to eat and the black hoof pork was delicious and was the milk and goat cheeses. Well worth the drive.

A must in Alentjo, the tour was as much historical as it was about wine. Andre was generous in sharing his knowledge and very connaisseur explaining the art of wine making. Great place to spend time, relax and enjoy this wonderful estate rich in all it senses :)

Visited with a group from the USA. Incredible place with amazing views. Bought a small bottle of olive oil and it is delicious and very rick in flavor! Highly recommended to visit and tour.

We had a wonderful experience tasting and learning about the wonderful wines of Finapreta. Veronica was such a knowledgeable , kind and welcoming representative in the tasting room. The wines were delicious and I’d definitely recommend a visit here to anyone. Thank you so very much Veronica!

If you are near Évora: FITAPRETA is a must! ♥️ The gorgeous landscape of Alentejo’s rolling hills of cork oak, olive trees, and vineyards is beautifully expressed at Fita Preta, whose 14th century and neo-classical architecture create a dreamscape where you can walk through the portals of time into the past, while fully immersed in the splendor of the moment. The wine tasting & tour of the winery (guide was great), with ancient frescos, walls of wine aging in oak barrels, expansive terraces, and new restaurant was a delicious-delight. Alexandra, the co-creator/owner, was wonderful as always. Her added extra heart, charm, & thoughtfulness has made Fita Preta a place for all to fall love. Merci beaucoup e muito obrigada ♥️

This is a fantastic winery with excellent food! Beautifully restored! First class service and wine!
