Fitiquity

Started here at the top of the year, and I absolutely love it. Good people, clean machines and ample workout space with the floor and the studio up front. Great equipment, and the weights go high. Theres also a lot of fun different equipment for those looking for less traditional workouts. And I love that the large doors are always open near the boxing ring in the back— perfect airflow and no weird gym smell. This is a great gym for men and women alike. I feel safe here and happy to come multiple times a week.

My favorite gym to this day. I’ve been to may gyms in my day and by far this is my favorite. The temperature is always perfect. There is fresh air being circulated through the gym. You can literally feel the wind on your body. The staff is all great. They have all the equipment I need, and it’s never too crowded.

I've only been a member for a few months but its not busy when I go. Its clean. There is plenty of cardio equipment. The staff has been nice and friendly. So far its great!

Gym itself was fine, though definitely did not enforce Covid protocols when we were still in the thick of things. Wasn't too crowded during my visits. The real issue came when I cancelled my membership -- seems to be a recurring theme here. They charged my card repeatedly after the cancellation, and when I reached out to the billing company they use, I learned that Fitiquity had not actually notified them of my cancellation... despite repeatedly reassuring me they had done so. Huge headache, and they were not much help in fixing the problem they had created -- I tried called the gym multiple times to speak with someone who could make their mistake right. But I was given the runaround + told someone would call me back... only for them to either not call back at all or reach out days, sometimes weeks later. All in all, from cancellation date to everything being resolved was 2-3 months. Frustrating, and a waste of my time. Do not recommend.

My wife had a membership here. They not only lost the cancellation paperwork so she was billed another month but then they charged her a cancellation fee. She called several times to speak to the manager and somehow they were never in.

Excellent independently run gym. It feels like a true neighborhood place. The owner is always listening to the needs of the members. classes are no cost to members. This is a rarity these days.

Would give a 5 but couple machines been messed up since january.

This is a pretty good gym! It's a small local gym, which means that you see the same faces every day, and it feels like a community. It's very casual, feels very safe. Owner seems nice, employees are helpful if you need it for some reason, and they have towel service, which is a big deal for me going to the gym. There's a few machines I wish they had (the lack of rowing machine kills me), so they don't get five stars, but otherwise it's nice. Of note, as a man, my assessment of what makes a gym safe and comfortable is probably very different than other genders, so take this with a grain of salt.

Awesome gym in Burbank! A true gem, great trainers and the best set up. I usually feel claustrophobic in gyms but not here! They have an outdoor area with great lighting. Really nice members and always have available machines/equipment

Great gym with great classes. My girlfriend loves the Zumba class there. They also have a boxing program if you're interested in taking boxing lessons there.

HARD TO CANCEL AND HARD TO GET IN CONTACT WITH. BUT THEY WON'T HESITATE TO CALL YOU WHEN YOUR PAYMENT WONT PROCESS! You get 2 stars because your staff was friendly, the place was clean and had everything I needed. But you are impossible to get ahold of. I moved to an apartment complex with a gym in April of 2023. I emailed to cancel my account. The guy asked me if I had filled out a form, I replied I didn't know I had to fill out a form. I got no reply but they appeared to stop the payments. After a month I got charged again and emailed to try to cancel again. No reply. I called the number listed on Google and nobody answered, and I got the "this voice mailbox has not been set up yet." I forgot about it again until I switched banks and got laid off. Since there was no money in my account anymore I started getting calls from unknown numbers in Texas and they'd leave voicemails trying to collect payments. I called to cancel at Fitiquity again and no answer, mailbox not set up. I just saw I got charged AGAIN. I looked up Fitiquity in my bank statements and in the time where nobody called me and I didn't see a charge, turns out they'd just been taking heaps of money once it hit my account!! and called my bank to block payments from them. Im unemployed now and I could really use the $700 they more or less stole from me. I take a little responsibility for not emailing them over and over again to try and get it sorted earlier, but come on, THIS many non-replies? Not answering the phone? VOICE MAIL NOT SET UP??

Best gym ever! Would recommend to anyone who's looking to get great workout in. They also have a boxing ring there if you want to do boxing

The WORST customer service ever. Don't even have the courtesy of returning phone calls or emails. They had flyers delivered to your home. They placed mine between two screens and you couldn't get the flyer out of the screen. Called and spoke with Montse who is clueless and didn't even offer an apology but rather answered with all I do is work here. They damage your property, you call them twice and write two emails and they don't have the decency to return a call. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS THEY DON'T DESERVE IT. Just a terrible way to do business.

This place is trash and will make fraudulent charges on your card! Do not fall for it, they'll say it's month to month and still charge you multiple times once you cancel. It's a weak gym to begin with and an unhelpful staff. Worst experience I've ever had with a gym

joined today. the owner himself spent a lot of time with me this morning setting up a workout program for me. really nice guy.

I've been a member of Fitquity for about a year, and it's been a terrific experience. They open an hour before most gyms at 5 am. The equipment is well maintained and high-grade for someone serious about their fitness. It's clean in the locker rooms and throughout the entire gym experience. The founders are interested in customer feedback and consistently maintain an excellent workout environment, which is paramount! I've been to several other recognized brands of Gyms in the area I prefer and recommend by far Fitquity!

do NOT trust this staff - they made fraudulent charges to my card multiple times after I tried cancelling months ago. I rarely ever write reviews but this place is so unprofessional and wasted my time.

Love this gym in Burbank! They offer, spin classes, yoga, Zumba, boxing, and personal training. SUPER CLEAN with a state of the art air filtration system. All of the equipment you need to get your sweat on and showers as well. The staff is very friendly and eager to assist you with any of your needs. Family owned and operated. ONLY $50 a month with deals for family packages. Don't walk- run to this gym and become a part of the Fitiquity family.

This place is awesome, especially in dealing with any apprehension due to the pandemic. They have a top-grade air cleaning system, high ceilings, and large window garage doors that they let up for additional air circulation. The staff is friendly and down to earth, bathrooms are clean, and classes are great. I especially like the spin classes and the stretch class offered Saturday mornings. If you want a gym that has good quality equipment, feels safe, and doesn't have a corporate vibe that is trying to sell you on a service or product every five seconds, then this is your place.

The staff, manager & owners of the club are very friendly. And Im welcomed by name giving it a community feel. Fitiquity is always clean with plenty of fresh flowing air. There's lots of space for everyone to feel comfortable. And I love that I can get a great workout & not have to worry about having to wait for equipment. Best thing about Fitiquity is they have plenty of cardio options & several functional step machines!

Best gym in the valley! Friendly staff that go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Knowledgeable trainers. A variety of classes, from spin, yoga, Zumba and boxing. Always clean! 10/10 recommended

Hidden Gem in Burbank ., very clean, nice equipment , gets the job done on every level.,, amazing staff who always have positive energy flowing and of course awesome ownership!

Good luck trying to cancel a membership here. Nice gym, nice equipment but they won't let you do something as simple as calling to cancel. You have to show up in person with a written note plus your ID. Never heard of that in my life. To top it off, I have been trying to get my money back for the time I stopped going there (months) and when I call all they can tell me is we can give you a call back or Trent can help you. I don't usually write reviews but this place is unprofessional and wasted my time.

I took Hidie's spin class on a Thursday @ 5:30pm at Fitiquity, they have a spin room which has tons of bikes and feels like a boutique studio! Hidie plays really good upbeat/pop music which I love to spin to and her energy is infectious... I definitely got a good sweat in and will be back!

Great little neighborhood gym , offers boxing with full ring , spin cycles, and all the equipment necessary for a solid workout , show up and get it done. Come check it out!

By far the best gym I have been to in the valley! All equipment and rooms are kept super clean and tidy at all times of the day. Gym is super big too! They have a boxing area with a ring, an aerobics room, and a spin room. The different group classes they have are always fun and their instructors are the best.
