Five Bays Bistro

Second time here and it was just as good as the first time! It was a busyyyy night but the staff did great making sure everyone was hydrated and well fed. I started off with the burrata salad, then the salmon and finished with the chocolate bread pudding (it was really more like a chocolate lava cake).

Top notch place with wonderful menu, excellent service and refined decor. Much nicer than anyplace else in the area. I had the swordfish over lobster risotto and it was well presented and perfectly cooked. Everyone else in our party of five also loved it. Definitely recommended!

Went here today for the 1st time. Everything was amazing. Service was great, servers were all super nice and friendly. Great menu, small and not overwhelming but even still it was hard to pick because everything sounded so good. Cod chowder was fantastic and all our entrees and apps were so good. Will defenitely be back

We went for dinner on Friday evening and absolutely loved the experience. From the delicious food, thoughtfully presented and prepared, to the staff, everything was done to perfection. Shout out to the Chef for the best food I’ve had!

Celebrated my birthday there and it a place we enjoy visiting during our annual trip to Osterville! Food, cocktails…all outstanding! We had a reservation, so no wait. We went on a Monday and it was packed, so make a reservation! This is also a perfect place to sit and enjoy dinner/cocktails at the bar!

Outstanding dinner with a quiet and relaxing ambiance. I had a very creative (and delicious!) scallops and succotash dish and my wife had the chicken Marsala. Frankly, I had never understood the appeal of chicken Marsala until I tried some of my wife’s dinner tonight - what an absolute revelation! For both of our dinners, every element was executed perfectly and all blended together to create harmonious and delicious meals. The key lime pie we had for dessert was also to die for. We found the service friendly and welcoming and the ambiance refined yet relaxing. We appreciated that it was plenty quiet enough to carry on a civilised conversation without needing to shout. I’m sure we’ll be back!!

Made a reservation so we were seated immediately. Menu has a variety of creative options as well as nightly specials. We ordered chowder and a salad with smoked peaches, burrata, and pistachios (both delicious). For entrees; Five Bays burger, swordfish, cod, and tournedos of beef special. The swordfish was moist and tender. The cod was thick, and flaky served over fingerling potatoes. Two flavorful beef filet tournedos were prepared to a perfect medium rare and served over mashed potatoes and broccoli rabe. Service was attentive but relaxed. Will definitely return again.
