Yelp
SO disappointed!
When I first came there before the pandemic, it was pretty darned good. I liked it so much that, after telling my wife how great it was, she got me a gift card there for Christmas a few years ago.
After the pandemic . . . what the heck happened? Prices went through the roof, and the food quality hit the floor.
A friend of mine was getting his Air Force wings in Oklahoma. This was three years ago. I went to a Five Guys there - one of the coolest things was that they had a take-out bag that was stamped with all the options available. You just checked off what you wanted, with all the add-ins, handed it to the cashier, who rung up your order and then when it was done, put it in the bag.
It was so cool, and so efficient. You didn't have to stand there and hold up the line saying, "Well, I'd like the pickles . . . and mayo . . . and maybe the onions . . . oh, wait, I'd better not get the onions . . ."
This Five Guys has become horribly disappointing. I took my wife there to thank her for the gift card. She took one bite of her burger, and said, "We're never coming here again."
She's right. We haven't. Nor will we. This place is hugely overpriced. It's like they're serving Wagu beef on a hand-made brioche bun.
They're not. Even Burger King is better.
