Burgers Better Than In n Out. Dont belive me? Try them. Ask for all the addons you want. Mushrooms? Yes, free. Onions? Yes, how ever you like them. Jalapeños? Yup! Pickles, lettuce, bbq sauce, mayo, mustard, you get the point? I promise you'll like it.

They finally have milkshakes and Malts here! I used to have to travel to Walnut Creek to get the Five Guys milkshakes. The Salt Caramel is so good. Can't go wrong with custom burgers, yeah you pay more but it's so succulent.

Nice to have Five Guys just minutes away from home. Whenever I want a good, juicy burger, I'm there. It's located at the busy Pinole Shopping Center, but parking is usually not a problem on most days.

Overpriced, subquality burger. It's my first time trying Five Guys burgers, but it was disappointing. Cheeseburger was flavorless. The awards adorning the walls was from a bygone era of the 2000's. A different burger chain is a few blocks done. That would be a much better option

Nice open space, the service was good. The burgers are sometimes not very considerably prepared. Mine had the mayonnaise and chilli sauce everywhere, and was falling apart after opening the wrapper, it was impossible to hold without getting completely dirty. It tasted good though. Otherwise it's the traditional great quality of Five Guys.

I love it nothing fancy do what you do and do it very well. You can order your Burger anyway you want and they will do it also great shakes and fries

THIEFS! that's what they are. Worker got the order wrong, overcharged us and didn't want to give us the money back because of their mistake We spoke with the manager and he gave us absolutely no solution, also worker lied regarding that he confirmed the order with us. So worst experience ever in a fast food chain. Besides fries were far from being as good as in other Five Guys.

Yelp
My go - to is the Cajun fry w/ no salt ! Haven't been here for a while - the price has really gone up for the small fry ($5.19 ) but of course they always fill the bag w/ extra fries !! Service is efficient & quick & there are salted peanuts in the shell to munch on while you wait for your number to be called... There's something about the Cajun seasoning that really hits the spot & enhances those fries ! You can watch your food prepared behind the counter... There are hamburgers, hotdogs sandwiches & fries here plus sodas w/ free refills & milkshakes !! There is always music w/ a good beat & they always are sweeping up the floor & wiping the tables so it always is neat & clean! The red & white checkerboard design is classic

Yelp
Is Five Guys increasing faster than inflation? It was already pretty expensive last time I've had it but it's looking super crazy now. Their payment system now even asks for tips too? This is a fast food restaurant... Why is it even suggesting a tip amount?! Food wise... Still better than Mickey Dee's but the price/quality ratio is very skewed for Five Guys. The free peanuts will not make up for it.
google avatar

Yelp
That was sooooo freaking good!!!! 10X better that In&Out. I mean for a cheese sandwich with veggies and this sandwich has mushrooms 2 bell pepper, grilled onions, and I added jalapeno (which were fresh). Them....fries good too. Good job- clean fast, friendly.

Yelp
This is my first time visiting this location. Parking was super easy restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong with any of the orders they will customize your meal! I had the mini cheeseburger and ordered a large fries as we had other family members order as well and it was all delicious!

Jay R.

Yelp
This is my favorite Five Guys location by far!!! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and super efficient! From the moment Kevin took our order, I knew the experience was going to be fantastic. He recommended the patty melt...which let me tell you did not disappoint! Of course, my new favorite go to item. Thank you to the lovely lady crew in the kitchen; Eolalia, Gloria, Jessenia and Kelly who made sure our food came out in a delicious and timely manner! Besides the food being great, the staff is what made the experience THAT much better. Also the cleanliness of the restaurant was A+! Thank you to the staff for making this my new go-to!! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Yelp
Their burgers and fries were really good and tasted fresh. The customer service was very friendly and prompt. The restaurant was clean. Plenty of parking!

Yelp
restaurant price burger at fast food setup. the free peanuts are always good. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my mobile order, which totally defeats the purpose. I went in to pick up they said takes 10 minutes to get me fresh fries, meanwhile i saw counter orders keeps getting called and picked, and i waited and waited, the fries keeps going in bags other than my order!!
google avatar

Ashley S.

Yelp
I go here so much that the lovely servers and cooks say hello to me specifically by name. Sometimes the wait is a little much but my food is never cold and it's pretty consistent

Yelp
My boyfriend told me this is where he first tried malt vinegar on fries, and that I had to try it. And yeah, I could see why he loves it. It gives salt and vinegar chips vibes - very addictive. And it feels less acidic on the teeth! Anyway, their burgers are good. They're known for their customizability, so for one price, you can add as many toppings as you want from their list of like 20+(?) toppings! The hard part is trying to remember every topping I want to get! I wish they had a whiteboard or something to check off each item. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed the combinations of toppings we ordered. We got the little burgers instead of the regular which just means one meat patty instead of two. Their burgers are quite pricey though, so definitely expect to pay about $10 per little cheeseburger once you count in tax and tip. You could get an order of fries per person, but you could also easily split one order between two people because they give you a bonus scoop of fries in the bag! It ends up being quite an oily bag though so be careful if you're taking it to-go. Make sure to grab some malt vinegar for your fries - so tasty! You probably already know it but also they have free peanuts too! So you can appe-tease yourself with some peanuts while waiting for your burgers and fries. Yum!

Yelp
We made an online order and it was ready right when we got there. Super fast and nice service and the food was great

Yelp
Why the low stars this place was great! Should be called five gals as all them workers we're ladies and just sounded like they love what they do giggling and messing around but getting the job done, that's exactly how it should be. We ordered the little cheeseburgers and small fries and a drink. Wouldn't say it was that little, good size. Had everything on the cheeseburger except mushrooms. It was delicious lots of bold flavor, jalapeño and cheese hit the spot everything works well. They gave us a whole bag of fries, way more than the small size, I'm so upset about that.. those fries are good nice and crispy. They should have homemade ranch tho, that would just hit the spot. Lots of seating and good drink options. Food came out in about 10 minutes. Probably last time I was at five guys was more than five years ago, and this experience was much better. It reminds me of in and out but dare I say better. Premium burger more pricy but worth it for sure.
google avatar

John D.

Yelp
I have to wonder if the staff has ever eaten any of their own burgers. without fail, the burgers are very difficult to eat. the buns fall apart because they put the sautéed onion and mushroom on the bottom bun which is very small and thin. by the time you're ready to eat it's turned to mush. Why can't they just put the sautéed vegetables above the beef patty & get better buns!? Worse yet, they dump the greasy fries in the to-go bag which gets all greasy. once the bottom of the bag fell apart, and our food landed all over our driveway. At least our dog enjoyed it. they need to get their shit together. Never going there again!
google avatar

Toiya A.

Yelp
Every time I come here, they always get my order correctly. The person at the front taking the orders is nice, friendly and patient and they always seem to get my order done right!! They definitely felt like working!! my burger was toasted well on both sides of the bun with all the additional toppings plus they give you free peanuts while you wait for your food !!! I will always come back to they make you feel like one of the ladies called me"mija" which made me feel part of the fam! Smooches to the wonderful dinner crew!!! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!

Yelp
Expensive for mediocre grease and salt. ($20 for 1, burger, fries, & drink). Although the store was clean, the grease seemed to be in the air. Cheaper and more healthy options are available at other fast food places. So much grease the paper bag falls apart and you have to clean your fingers multiple times. 4 plump Hispanic ladies were making sure customers got a lot of food, especially fries and the free mushrooms and fried onions- but that created problem because the buns fell apart and I had to eat with a knife and fork. Adding the mushrooms and fried onions made getting to the meat required 3 or 4 bites only to find out the meat was dry and tasteless. And the POS screen pops up with recommended tips and I felt my order took longer because I did not tip. I left full but had to go to the restroom to wash my hands and face to avoid getting my car all greasy.
google avatar

Luis O.

Yelp
2 out of the 3 burgers are wrong. We only had 3 toppings. The ladies are in a deep conversation and not even making burgers and when they did they cant even make it right..... $60 for burgers come onnnn . The ladie in the black shirt is the manager and she is letting this happen. She was the one talking the most

Yelp
SO disappointed! When I first came there before the pandemic, it was pretty darned good. I liked it so much that, after telling my wife how great it was, she got me a gift card there for Christmas a few years ago. After the pandemic . . . what the heck happened? Prices went through the roof, and the food quality hit the floor. A friend of mine was getting his Air Force wings in Oklahoma. This was three years ago. I went to a Five Guys there - one of the coolest things was that they had a take-out bag that was stamped with all the options available. You just checked off what you wanted, with all the add-ins, handed it to the cashier, who rung up your order and then when it was done, put it in the bag. It was so cool, and so efficient. You didn't have to stand there and hold up the line saying, "Well, I'd like the pickles . . . and mayo . . . and maybe the onions . . . oh, wait, I'd better not get the onions . . ." This Five Guys has become horribly disappointing. I took my wife there to thank her for the gift card. She took one bite of her burger, and said, "We're never coming here again." She's right. We haven't. Nor will we. This place is hugely overpriced. It's like they're serving Wagu beef on a hand-made brioche bun. They're not. Even Burger King is better.

Rhonda W.

Yelp
Best Fries in the area! I sometimes go in for a burger, but always get full after enjoying their hot fries with the malt vinegar. I still wished they had Turkey or Plant based burgers.
google avatar

Rachel M.

Yelp
I'm surprised by all the bad reviews- I've gone here twice within a week and got solid customer service and even better food. I'm a bit ashamed to say that these were my first experiences with Five Guys- I had been meaning to try them in the past when I lived in Oakland. but I think I just kept going to Super Duper Burger or True Burger. Better late than never! The inside had lots of accolades on the wall, most from the East coast, but nonetheless fueled my excitement. I later learned that they originated in Virginia and spread globally due to its popularity and ambitious owners. Inside had red and white tile, reminiscent of past diners. There were huge bags of potatoes on the side and free peanuts. Their fries are fried in 100% peanut oil and their burgers come your way with a ton of choices. I chose to get a cheese burger (all the way) and a little fries. Food came out in a standard greasy paper bag - burger was neatly wrapped in foil and for a "little" fries order, there were a ton in the bag! The fries were hot, delicious and addicting- they reminded me of the iconic Bud's in Vallejo. The burger had two juicy beef patties and loaded! "All the way" included the usual veggies (lettuce tomato pickles) and condiments (ketchup, Mayo, mustard). I loved the grilled mushrooms and onions! You can even add more stuff- just check the menu, which lists calories that I turned a blind eye to. Menu also has hot/corn dogs and milkshakes, which I need to try in the future. Meal came out to ~ $14-ish. Docking a star for the cleanliness - I had to clean my own table because it was dirty and not sure how sanitary the free peanuts situation is, especially during the pandemic. Otherwise, glad I can quell my burger/fries craving and do a Trader Joe's run right after!

Yelp
Many east coast born franchise burger spots don't translate to the west coast. Based on this visit, I'd say 5 dudes is as consistent in No Cal, as it was in So cal, and all over the north east where I first had em. Back many years ago, My brother drove me from his Maryland home 45 minutes to get my first taste. Griddled on a flat top made in front of you if you care to watch, this fastish food burger joint rivals anything... including in n Out. They used to have peanuts for you to consume while you wait but I'm sure that's a covid casualty. Still however they offer all you can drink free refills at the fountain. I didn't get fries this time, but remember them being huge portion. All that and a very juicy burgers made your way helps 5 Dudes stand out fo sho. I owe this visit to Rachael M who's check-in and photos alerted me there's a location not too far from me here in Pinole. Solid east coast born burger that rivals anything you can get for $10 anywhere else.

Yelp
Would not add cheese to a fries order. I know something about pressure from higher ups to save money but lets get real. Would have paid a dollar or tipped well. Even offered to do a little dance for the chesse. Answer was a firm no 5x over. Also.. looks like the chain serves minute maid lemonade. 0% real juice. So healthy initiatives for real products have been in public conciousness for over 20 years now. Get with the times five guys. There is a reason your restaurant is almost empty at 5 pm
google avatar

James P.

Yelp
I can no longer eat here for a hamburger, a small fry, and a water costs 20 bucks. I love Five Guys, but the prices are too high!
google avatar

Kevo D.

Yelp
get this bland ass shit out of my face. why the fuck is everything so expensive? i ordered a bacon burger and that shit was so weak and bland i wanted to slap the shit out of myself for coming here
google avatar

Jay H.

Yelp
Overpriced and lost touch with reality. We need to all boycott these establishments that believe in price gouging the customer. The food is mediocre at best, it's just hamburger, why are they charging us $25 to eat a hamburger? Make it make sense! If all consumers took a stand against establishments like this they'd either lower prices or go out of business.
google avatar

John F.

Yelp
I always enjoy five guys! The fries and hot dogs are so delicious also the cheeseburgers. The staff is friendly helpful with the menu if needed. Finally I enjoy that there is plenty of space to enjoy your meal in its casual style setting.
google avatar

Genny M.

Yelp
I would just come to listen to the staff laugh. It was clear that they enjoyed each other's company and were having a great time being at work! It was sooo refreshing to hear belly laughs coming from a group of people. Their service was in no way effected either. They were prompt, friendly and efficient. The Friday lunch crew has it dialed in. Will definitely be back just because they made it so enjoyable. The food here was to be expected: hot, tasty and delivered fast. Yum!

Yelp
What in the heck is going on in here! They forgot to give me a milkshake with a previous order. I called the restaurant. They apologized for forgetting the milkshake and told me I can come back and pick it up. I told them I was already home and that I would get it the next time I visited the restaurant. Fast forward I ordered a cheeseburger and french fry this evening and I told them what happened with the last time I ordered a milkshake and asked them to please replace the milkshake. The workers said they want to receipt. I told them I don't have a receipt and I'm not out to get free milkshakes. (and hello even if I had the receipt that doesn't prove that I didn't get the shake ) I asked him if I can speak with the manager so I can explain the situation, unfortunately I was unable to communicate with the manager due to a language barrier. I'm very frustrated that I had to pay for the mistake of the restaurant. I'm hurt that I trusted they would be fair but they weren't. In all fairness I'm editing the review, I just reached for a fry and it's the best fry I've had from doing take out in a long time. Hopefully the staff improves with accommodating guests.

Lee H.

Yelp
5 Guys burgers are overrated and not worth the price. I ordered a burger and fries, and it was just under $19. Although the burger was juicy it was pretty small and didn't have a lot of flavor. It surprised me that it didn't even taste "beefy". I like that you can ask for whatever toppings that you want, but they failed in the execution. I didn't get the tomatoes that I requested and the pickles were all bunched on one corner of the burger. 5 Guys also advertises that you get free peanuts while you're waiting for your burger but I was never offered any, and I didn't see any that I could just grab and serve myself. Maybe I needed to ask for them, but you would think they would offer given it's a gimmick for them to bring people in. I did see large sacks in the middle of the dining room that were marked peanuts. The Cajun fries were pretty good, but good fries aren't enough to compensate for a burger that just doesn't match the value of what you pay for at $19 with fries. I'm going to skip 5 Guys in the future. There are plenty of other burger places that serve better burgers at more reasonable prices.

CESAR M.

Yelp
I'm sorry Guys, but I'm completed unhappy, a dried and overcooked burguer is not the right way to provide service, same things for my fries, I was expecting something great, but between your way to provide service (everyone was stone) And your food makes me feel so disappointed!
google avatar

G-man B.

Yelp
This is my 5 Guys go too. I order the Bacon Cheeseburger " All the Way" with Jalapenos, add fries and a drink. Wait for order and commence to chowing down. Free keychup and vinegar for the fries. Sooooo Goood. I recommend it on a weekly basis peoples.

George T.

Yelp
All I wanted was a regular hamburger with raw onions, fries and drink. When I got all the way home I received a hamburger with everything on it and grilled onions. Also I was number 10 and they called everybody else's numbers before mines. One of the workers seen me still waiting for my order and did ask what number do I have. Seconds later I received my order.
google avatar

Marty F.

Yelp
Enjoy the hamburgers from this place in Pinole. We also treat ourselves when traveling.
google avatar

Melissa M.

Yelp
I do not recommend this place i was charged 20.58$ for one meal. the hotdogs are mediocre the burgers need more flavor and the people who cook your food talk about you in Spanish. The cashier just looks at you in shame because she knows what's going on. I actually feel like throwing away my hotdog, I could have made a better meal. I only went here for my son because he loves french fries. But it looks like I will stick to In-N-Out Burger because their attitudes are better and the food is better also.
google avatar

Alejandro Z.

Yelp
If I could give them zero stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to five guys for my lunch meal, I order a burger and fries and a drink, to be honest the entire meal was very very pricy, and the taste was not there for that price and i know the marketing strategies they give you more fries to make it seem like it's worth it but com on we all know potato's are cheap and potatoes are not even crispy they look like the oil hasn't been changed in quite a while! So do not go here because they are going to scam you with potato's, they make it seem like it's worth it just because they don't measure your fries and they give you a whole bag full of fries so people get tricked and think that the meal was worth it because they give them a lot of Fries for the expensive meal and burger taste was not it! So if you're thinking of going to five guys because of hype that people give this place think about it hard and long! You have a wonderful day lol
google avatar

J L.

Yelp
Burgers / hot dogs stack em condiment's - with a bag of a whole lotta smacking salty, hot fries. Def leopard blasting cheering on the heart attack after this greasy goodness!
google avatar

Ambria W.

Yelp
Hadn't had five guys in a while so I thought i'd give it a try today. Ordered a little cheeseburger with a drink for $13... waist of money. The patty was unseasoned, the cheese wasn't melted and the bread wasn't toasted. It tasted like a cafeteria burger that you get in middle school.
google avatar

Benjamin B.

Yelp
Well I have had five guys up north and no down south in California. Every time I order it's perfect. This location had no issues either with an online delivery order of a double cheeseburger a single bacon cheese burger and large cajon fries. Everything was prepared as specified. There burgers were cooked perfectly and tasted great. The fries were also on point. Way too much food but I will say they are pricey. But not bad at all

Yelp
This location is not as good as the Alameda location. We arrived and there were 2 ladies but both of them just looked at us as we were walking in, NO GREETING and we all just stood there looking at each other. We stood several feet from the counter while Boo was looking at the menu but again no greeting just stares almost like they didn't know what to do. We moved a little closer and I said is someone coming to the register. We ordered and it was just weird. Oh, by the way, I was at the Alameda location YESTERDAY and I'm not sure how that location is rated the way it is because I always get great service there. Anyway, we ordered our food and because I didn't get a shake yesterday, I was going to make up for it today and this location DOES NOT serve milkshakes. Bummer - poor service and no sweets. I've been to this location in the past but it's been a long while. The ladies here are clearly not enthused in anyway about their jobs so don't expect much by way of customer service. I ordered my usual, grilled cheese with mush, onion, pickles and tomato and although my sandwich was good, I was puzzled why my sandwich was made first and then left to sit while Boo's cheeseburger was still cooking. Y'all know I love my food HOT - this is just common sense to me. I came back to this location because I was coming from Richmond but Alameda is closer to me and the location I prefer. I'm going to get my milkshake tomorrow but obviously not here. *I will say this location is not the cleanest even amidst the pandemic - every other restaurant I've been to has been clean but I was confused why there was food on the floor when there was literally NO ONE in the restaurant when we arrived. Trust me, they were far from busy and at one point there were 3 ladies huddled by the grill - clearly not observing social distancing although they were wearing masks, I'm just wondering why one of the 3 couldn't have been getting the trash/food off the floor.

Yelp
Update Opens late!!! A+ on customer service, this site I have been coming here for couple years, this is my one pick! No matter how many times I come here day or night the services Amazing!!! They are always busy however they have a great efficient team that gets the orders out, they make it your way and I Love the free roasted peanuts, they are back finally but wait let's talk fried YUMMMMMY!!!! I love me a little cheese burger fresh ingredients, fresh bread and once you take out your little cheese burger from the foil wrap it warm with the cheese just ever so slightly melted so yes!!!!! Yummy!!! Yes delicious and so perfect, so if you are in the area get over to this Best of the Best FIVE GUYS!!! Lots of parking, super clean establishment, I watched how they would come out from behind the counter and clean with disinfectant the tables and chairs after each customer, I myself just love a clean environment, they are following all COVID-19 guidelines so please be mindful and follow the rules, I will be back!!! Great place for s fresh meal, open late until 10pm, food is Amazing, place is really clean and great fast service with a smile thank you!!!!!!

Yelp
If you're in Pinole, you'll have multiple burger options with In & Out, Habit, and Five Guys all within a few minutes drive. I came for lunch with my buddy for our bi-monthly burger run. It was actually his first time at Five Guys; I've been to the IAD, Dublin, and Pleasant Hill ones. The standard hamburger comes fully loaded and has two(!) patties. I got mine with A-1 steak sauce. Its about 50% higher in calories and price compared to say, In & Out's Double Double without cheese. It was juicy, but very messy. The Little Hamburger might be better for portion control. The regular Five-Guys fries were crispy and tasty - not overly seasoned like the Cajun fries. Although we enjoyed the burger, there were a few minor issues with this particular location: * The restroom had a toilet and a urinal, but no privacy stall so its sort of wasteful. Maybe they ran out of budget? The In & Out at least can accommodate more than one person. * The restaurant was not full and though it had the same red and white decor of In & Out, it does not have the same fun vibe. Guess we're spoiled by the exceptional service at In & Out where they hustle to clear tables for you. I think we'll stick to In & Out and Habit for our bimonthly burger runs.

Yelp
What a great location, Right off the freeway. Very friendly and fun staff who clearly enjoy their jobs. Delicious burger as always.
google avatar

Ray M.

Yelp
This is the worst experience I've ever had at a five guys, first off all they have is regular sugar for their unsweetened tea (not good for a diabetic), so decided to get a ginger ale it was flat, and the bacon cheeseburger had No bacon on it (they did give me some bacon). The staff here was to busy talking to each other and goofing around they didn't even notice the high school kids stealing soda and making a mess all over the floor. Won't be coming back to this five guys again
google avatar

M. W.

Yelp
We've Doordashed these burgers three times now. The many burger add ons are fantastic and mostly free. The burgers are delicious and arrive toasty warm. Piles of yummy fries. My personal favorite is the chocolate malt. It tastes like ice cream, not the lukewarm foam you get at most burger places. We are fans of this place.
google avatar

Bellea M.

Yelp
First time at a Five Guys. It's okay, nothing amazing except they have a ton more toppings you can add on. Didn't like that everything is packed in a bag, like you're taking it to go. Fries scattered everywhere, bag soaking up the excess oil. Nope, not eating that in MY car.
google avatar

Lovely J.

Yelp
Horrible place over charging people, not following COVID guidelines and customer service was horrible
google avatar

Kendra B.

Yelp
This location is consistently disappointing. Their fries are sub quality and if you order through Uber eats, they fail to fulfill your order.

Dennis H.

Yelp
We had very good luck with 5 guys. The one in Clayton/Concord is the best. We visited the one in Pinole and had the worst burger and service ever. We ordred 4 meals, 3 of which were wrong. Most of this was due to the person taking orders having to ask the people in the back what a lettuce wrap was. what was grilled onions ect. It took 15 minutes to get the order made, and another 45 minutes to get things returned and make roughly right. The fires were soggy and greasy. The burgers had to be opened up and have things like mayo and mustard put on them even on the re-order. I will never go this place again and ask that if your hungery go somewhere else. Not knocking 5 Guys, but do some check ups on your businesses. Only giving it a 2 because I got eat peanuts while waiting for orders to be re-done, otherwise -5.
google avatar

Jt B.

Yelp
The guy taking my order didn't listen to anything I said. Kept asking me over and over what I said. Got my food and the lady giving my food asked if I wanted ketchup & I said yes. She gave me 2 packs... I'm like, can I please have more ketchup and gives me another 2?? Is ketchup not free with 2 burgers and fries? The fries tasted terrible, half cooked and like microwave fries. The cheese on the burger wasn't even melted, it was still cold and the burger was awful. Worst 5 guys I've been too. Take the time to go out of town to a different one.
google avatar

Karen S.

Yelp
I love this place & all of the staff are super! People writing reviews about less than perfect service during this Shelter in Place need to STEP OFF!!! Can you imagine serving burgers to fools who walk in with their mask hanging off their faces? These guys do it with a smile! At least I think so since they are wearing their masks properly! Anyway........enough about jacka$$es complaining about service at a time like this ...... the Cajun fries are so delicious. The burgers are always fresh & juicy & even the hot dog is yummy. This is the best burger spot around (sorry In & Out) We love this place & feel so lucky to have moved to Pinole so that we can enjoy our guilty pleasure as often as our waistlines allow. I want to personally thank the staff for being such a sweet light in an increasingly dark world. Don't let the haters get you down! We appreciate you so much & wish you good health always!

Yelp
How someone make a bacon cheeseburger without the cheese nor the burger? This really happened to me tonight at Five Guys. On the order printout stapled to the bag, I see my order accurately listed as follows: Sandwich #1 BC Lettuce Tomato G Onion Shrooms Jala {{{{ Bacon }}}} Perhaps the burger builder is not understanding what "BC" means? Two important letters making up a crucial part of the Bacon Cheeseburger. Is no one getting burgers during his/her shift? While piecing together this mess of a burger, did this person not once question why someone would pay $8+ for just a couple short strips of bacon and handful of toppings? Of course, I only found out they messed up my order when I got home. I can't even call and complain because their phone is always busy for some reason. Feeling really hangry and gypped right now and this weak sandwich just ain't gonna cut it.
