These burgers have no business being so good!!!!! Literally one of the best cheeseburgers!! Love going to this location, the staff is so friendly and always greet you as you walk in. If I order online, it's always ready or if it's not ready they will acknowledge you and let you know the status of it. I love how you can customize the shakes, bacon peanut butter banana is a fav of mine. And I love the free peanuts to eat as you wait!! There's always space to eat inside and seats outside as well. Totally worth the price, such fresh ingredients, ugh just typing this is making me want to get it asap!

It was a good experience trying out their burgers and sandwiches. We got sandwiches, hotdogs, fries and hamburger. The quality was good and I felt the food was fresh and the patties tasted good. Their buns are plush and soft and melted in mouth. Their fries were the crispiest I’ve tasted. Overall a great experience. Will definitely be back to try more.

Burger and fries were absolutely on point. Unfortunately, the fountain Coke was… not Coke. More like sparkling water that once heard about Coke. Pretty sure the syrup was missing or running on fumes. Still a solid experience overall, just wish the drink matched the food. Easy fix, hopefully.

The burgers are delicious. I have take out, and all was OK (not wet). Bacon was crispy, lettuce was fresh, buns were warm and soft, and beef was cooked well. Potatoes were tasty also. The staff was friendly and did all fast. When I was here a year ago, it was so terrible food. Thank you that you improved this place.

Accidentally put a Doordash order here instead of their Sunnyvale location, which I was closest to. Immediately realized my mistake as the payment was going through and tried to call the restaurant so they wouldn’t accept my order. Called 3 times before someone finally picked up, and by then they said it was “too late” for me to cancel and get a refund because the burger had already been prepped on their end - I would have to cancel through the app. However, I am unable to get a refund through the app either because the restaurant already MADE the burger. I tried to do the right thing to make it easy for the business, telling them not to waste their product on something I was planning to cancel, but they said there’s nothing they could do and the burger would be made regardless if someone would pick it up or not. I don’t have the financial luxury to throw $14 away for nothing so this situation is infuriating. There is no way they couldn’t have just 86’d the order.

Excellent service and a delicious burger were highlights of our visit. Really appreciated the two friendly welcomes we received, was impressed by the professionalism & courtesy of the staff, & enjoyed a perfectly cooked burger. Definitely returning to this location, great vibes!

This post is about how clean the bathroom was. Thank you. I'm always prepared to be grossed out when entering a public bathroom. Have you ever found a clean bathroom at a target or Walmart or tjmaxx or Ross?! It was a pleasant surprise to find a public personal space so clean and welcoming. I felt human. The burgers, fries, and shakes are great too. Haha. Pricier than in n out, but good. The employees were kind and welcoming.

Mind you, I love me some Five Guys. The food always hits, and that's why I keep coming back. But what I will not stand for is rude and discriminatory behavior from staff. After I placed my order, an unhoused man came in and also paid for his meal. Despite the fact that he was a paying customer just like everyone else, I watched and heard a female employee repeatedly ask her coworkers to remove him from the restaurant. What made it worse was that she spoke in Spanish -- assuming no one would understand -- saying things that were dismissive and demeaning. Unfortunately for her, I understood every word. Luckily, one of the male employees stepped in and told her clearly that he is a paying customer and has every right to sit and eat his food. I respect him for showing the basic humanity and professionalism that should be the standard in any customer-facing role. To treat someone differently simply because of their circumstances is unacceptable. If a person is respectful, calm, and paying for their food, they deserve the same dignity as anyone else who walks through those doors. Period. Five Guys corporate needs to see this, and management at this location needs to address it. Staff should be trained on respect, inclusivity, and professionalism, because I come here for great burgers -- not to watch someone be humiliated for existing. Do better.

I thought of making a review for the purpose of the service it was amazing!!I mean the moment you walk in your greeted from the door. The staff look happy to be working on a Saturday evening! The place was clean in the inside with a next seating area outside!! Food was good and came out within a good timeframe!

I was coming here for lunch with my family and the burgers, fries and shakes are really amazing! The workers there were amazing and the lady is very kind and outgoing. Service was fast and no long lines! This is the best time to have lunch and not a lot of people! Definitely coming back next time!

Without a doubt the friendliest Five Guys I've ever been to. I love Five Guys burgers, and this location is one of the best. They are so nice, the restaurant is spotless, and the food is top tier. I eat here a few times a year when I'm in town, and always look forward to it.

I am sick of discussions with people on the "best fast food burger"... In 'n Out, Shake Shack, Five Guys... if you care about quality ingredients, you should go for Five Guys. You can choose many toppings and create a great burger to your liking. Yes, it is more expensive than eg In 'n Out, but it also delivers higher quality. Plus, they cook their fries in peanut oil, which is healthier than oils used at other places. All in all, if you care about your health and want to have a cheat day and go for fast food, go for Five Guys. + love the service here!

This location is always good. The workers are always friendly here and our burgers are always cooked well! They also give a lot of fries! Love that we can have unlimited toppings and don't pay extra.

The staff was so friendly and efficient! They were patient with my kids ordering for themselves. Plus the food was accurate. I'm also always amazed by how big the large fries are. It's definitely enough for our family of 4 to share! Just remember little burger is one patty, and regular burger is two patties! We also love the peanuts bin while we wait for our food!

Came to get some large fries for my daughter ... *Customer service 10/10 guy that took my order was awesome and polite ... *Food, fries were fresh out the basket and gave me lots and lots .... 10/10 Next time I will try something else other than fries but overall I would recommend to coming to this restaurant and plus it wasn't busy as well.... Never disappoints food is great I feel nobody can do better, service always customer based if you have a problem they will fix it , even when busy they stay on top of customer service and food is always Hot and Fresh, hands down the best fries and not to mention the milkshakes

Little cheese burger. All the way with no mustard. Five guys is how a burger should taste. Forget McDonald's, shake shack, in n out, habit burger. The char grilled patty makes a difference and all the toppings are fresh and tasty. French fries are delicious too. Nice and chunky.

Parking is plentiful and easy to find. A bit chilly inside. Seating is ample. There were little people. The ambiance was average. There were several workers that livened the place. I ordered Bacon cheeseburger all the way no mayo (5/5): wow this burger was really loaded! The first bite really just hit. The pickles had the first punch in and everything else just followed. The fries were also really good. They also gave a generous amount. The fries were big and crispy yet the interior was still soft. Google/apple pay is accepted here. Although a bit pricey, the food here is exceptional and is generous. Overall, Five Guys is a good place for a loaded burger and some delicious fries. I would come back here.

I just want to thank the lady who gave me some pickles despite the fact that I didn't order anything. I was absolutely miserable with morning sickness and I think the pickles she gave me saved me from like actually crying -_- very grateful that she didn't side eye me or anything, just shoved the pickles into a cup and handed them over. They were perfect, exactly what I needed.

Though Five Guys is on the pricier end for fast food, their food tastes amazing. The interior was clean, parking was easy and there wasn't a line. The bacon cheeseburger is my favorite (cut in half) and the cheese was melted and gooey (my favorite!). For the burgers (if you've never been here before), you can choose available toppings and condiments for free. I love that you can add items like grilled mushrooms and not worry about additional charges. My favorite is their fries! They're always extremely crispy with a soft interior. Even after leaving them on the table for hours, they still taste good and aren't stale which is surprising! The large comes with so many fries that you would definitely need to share.

I only go here to eat fresh crispy Cajun fries and they messed up my order. I had ordered two large fries and the guy there first prepared only one large fries and then after 10mins he realized and prepared other large fries and mixed the both fries.. They weren't fresh at all and were soggy.. Totally disappointed..

Not much to say here, Five Guys is a great choice for those seeking the burger mood.

Okayyyy I was team In n Out 4 lyfe and never really bothered going to Five Guys although I have tried it before but a long time ago. Decided to try it again because why not.. now I feel like I've been missing out. wth was Five Guys always this good?! btw the two are no longer comparable imo. Ordered through the app each time and did not experience any issues. Didn't realize "Little Cheeseburger" was basically regular size and "Cheeseburger" is a double patty.. felt like a n00b. I couldn't finish the double patty so Little it is. I love that you could customize your burger. Ooo the melted cheese with a side of Cajun fries. Lets talk about their customer service because... everyone is super nice! No matter which station they were working at, they never leave you hanging and acknowledge you right when you arrive. Huge thanks to the staff and the delish cheeseburger.

I've ordered five guys a few times now and I want it to be clear I'm mainly reviewing the franchise as a whole. If you come in knowing you'll have a slightly pricier / slightly soggier burger than most chains. You'll be content. I actually like their burger size and I'm always full afterwards. It does get messy and the oily fries added directly to the bag don't help the fact all your napkins are going to be pre-oiled now. It does sound like I'm throw shade at Five Guys but I'll always be willing to grab a quick meal from one of these places.

I scheduled my food for a 515 pm pick up. I arrived 15 mins early so they could fry my fries but to my surprise my order was ready to go. My understanding was that the fries won't be prepared until I arrive. I don't know how far in advance they prepared my order but the hamburger buns was soggy.

Fast service and great food. The pricing is a little high for your standard meal but inflation! Lol

Well, I keep eating here time and time again. So that's proof they're doing something right. It's a little pricey for sure, but it's been pretty consistent since I've eaten here over like the last 30x. Any complaints? The cajun fries are way over seasoned and the oily bag, and napkins does always annoy me. It hasn't stopped me from eating here though.

Their bacon cheeseburger is off the hook and not too greedy! The Cajun fries tasted like it's aroma! It was crunchy on the outside but soft inside! Wasn't mushy at all or veggie like fries lol. The guy at the counter was not friendly at all. We tried to joke with him but he wasn't having it. It was about 8:30 pm so maybe he had a long day...but still should greet customers with a smile! I recommend the Oreo and cream shake it was delish! I drank or should I say I ate that before my meal got there! Couldn't stop, it was too good!

I like this location rather than the one off of Brokaw. I have been here twice.. twice w/ 2 different colleagues. I was recently here on Tuesday. He Skyped to ask me to lunch to console me for my advanced age. I just turned 37. And it's not like he's younger than me... haha. I drove and treated last time so naturally for my birthday it was his turn to drive and treat me - like the princess that I am. He picked me up (he works in another building) and drove us here. I didn't even get to pick where to eat. I ordered a Little Cheeseburger w/ everything. He ordered the same but the regular cheeseburger and a cherry shake. I didn't order fries because I know their portion is huge and that I would steal a few of his... I stuck w/ water. The wait wasn't too long but we filled the wait by talking. I barely know him and do not work w/ him or for him. Finally... our number was called. He went to get our food and I went to get us napkins and a straw for his shake. He comes back and goes, "Oh, you are making yourself useful!" How dare he. They gave him a Little Cheeseburger, too. It was hysterical to see his reaction. We both finished our burgers (greasy and delicious) but we did not finish the fries. I could have but was trying to be good. Can never go wrong w/ a delicious and greasy burger.

Five guys is five guys, not sure why I'm even rating this because you should already know... Five guys fries are bomb. Burgers are just your average burger to me; better than fast food chains but not as good as gourmet burgers.

Lately this location has gone down... food is rarely ready on time if you place an order online... the store always opens late... if you order in person you aren't greeted like they welcome you in and it takes forever and day for th we food to be prepared... none the less the food is never a miss. They seem to overstuffed to kot turn orders quicker.

While this place is famous for burgers, don't miss the bacon cheese dog. I get mine with mustard, relish, fresh onions and jalapeños. No better dog! Not exactly cheep, but very good. Small fries are abundant!

Check your orders! The lady who helped us was super sweet and helpful. We ordered 5 burgers, a plain hot dog and 2 large fries to go. Order didn't take too long. We did a quick count as we're driving away and was missing a burger so turned around. They apologized and quickly made another. Got home, handed the burgers out and all of the kids said their sandwiches were wrong. The plain dog was the only one correct. The worst? My lettuce wrapped bacon burger. Seriously? How sad does that thing look? Definitely not worth the almost $9 for it. Missing the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mustard, bacon, pickles, just about everything - did I mention no BACON?!? I did call the store to let them know almost every order was wrong so they're aware of the disconnect. The manager was very nice, again very apologetic. Offered to remake it if we bring in the receipt and give them another chance. Very doubtful we'll hang onto a receipt that long. The good - fries are yummy and originally missing burger was perfect. Now to find some bacon

I forgot how good these burgers were! First off I feel like everything comes in huge portions so if you're a baby like me, you might want to size down for your fries or opt for the "little" burgers. It's actually not that small though - you're definitely not getting a kid's size. In fact I feel like a lot of other burger chains have burgers at the little size but that's a discussion for another review. My little cheeseburger "all the way" got me most of the standard toppings you would expect. I do want to highlight that the onions and the mushrooms come grilled which is a big part of why the burgers taste so good. Another big selling point is the patty itself also tastes like it's actual meat as opposed to many other chains. The fries also look and taste like real potatoes. My whole experience is summed up by good tasting and authentic food.

Love their Cajun fries, burger seems to be lean compared to in and out but very tasty. It hits the right spots. The service is great and these are guys are always excited to serve you with a smile. My go to is a little burger with grilled mushrooms and grilled onions and top that with cheese and voila!!!! Don't forget to try their shakes

Ordered door dash. Food was decent, but I really can't understand how YOU CAN FORGET THE BACON ON A BACON BURGER???? Ordered a bacon burger with lettuce and mushrooms and they put everything on EXCEPT THE BACON!!! ON A BACON BURGER!!! WTF???

Five Guys is good for thick meaty burgers with tons of toppings. The burgers are way heartier than say McDonald's. My go to toppings are lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, and mayo. The Cajun fries at Five Guys are tasty. Just get the mini one since it's way more than enough for two people. Also don't forget the free peanuts near the back of the store!

This is probably my favorite Five Guys location. Great customer service, and the food is almost always very good. There have been a few times they have been very slow and twice the fries were a little colder/rubbery than I would have liked, but they have always been really nice about remaking them. The burgers are great, they'll make it without a bun and with a ton of toppings too, which is my favorite way. And I always get the cajun on the side and ask for extra and sprinkle it on the burger too. Only consistent downside is the soda is always pretty flat and I wish they'd upgrade to the new Coke machines.

"Dayum dayum dayum!" That's always what I think about when I see a Five Guys and I sang that song in my head as I was eating my burger from the "ghetto grocery bag." I still like In-n-Out but sometimes a Five Guys Burger and Fries kind of hits the spot. Well tonight, Five Guys was my plan B as my plan A which was Chick-Fil-A was a close-fil-a. So I figured, why not. I had a Bank of America deal, I could use some comfort food as my bf has flown back home and it's almost the new year so let's go out with a bang. I ordered a "mini" bacon cheeseburger which is just a normal single patty burger as their regular is a double patty. The cash register guy was awesome and had fun with me as I was trying to figure out toppings. I appreciated a good laugh. He also was kind enough to suggest a double stuffed oreo shake and it was just that..I was double stuffed with goodness. I also had the "little fries" which is little but overflowing into the bag which was oily and soaked as a good Five Guys burger does. I also took some peanuts to go. Everything was great and I was doubly stuffed! I do appreciate the all you can put on your burger toppings like the grilled onions and mushrooms! Only word to the wise is that you can't come here if you have a peanut allergy. They cook everything in it and there's boxes of peanuts so peanut allergens beware! It's good to have a change of pace and the staff was fun. *Note* If you have not heard the schmoyoho song, go youtube it :)

I go through these phases where I am just downright craving milkshakes. Which can be truly unfortunate for someone with lactose intolerance: but, the suffering is worth it during the moment, I swear. Thankfully with Five Guy's offering hand spun milkshakes with unlimited mix-ins (for 3.99!) I don't have to travel far to get my fix (or sit in rush hour trying to get home to relieve the aftermath, if you know what I'm saying). My go to as of late is the Oreo Double stuffed Milkshake with Coffee. To die for people. Try it. I'm debating for next time adding some malted milk to make it thicker. We shall see... Especially as I see this unhealthy addiction not ending anytime soon.

This is my first time at a Five Guys. They are very similar to In and Out but with a few more sauce options. More sauce equals more calories. Here's your choices of toppings. All the Way: Mayo Relish Onions Lettuce Pickles Tomatoes Grilled Onions Grilled Mushrooms Ketchup Mustard Extras: Jalapeno Peppers Green Peppers A.1.® Steak Sauce Bar-B-Q Sauce Hot Sauce I ordered the little burger (1 patty) with everything on it ($3.69 + tax). The regular burgers come with 2 patties. It was so deliciously greasy, it dripped onto my dress pants! Ugh... Ordered 1 regular size of regular fries. *It's enough for 2 - 3 people depending on how much grease each person wants to ingest!* The large fries will serve about 4 people. My friend ordered the bacon burger which was double patties, bacon, with everything on it. Both our burgers were super drippy, greasy, but good. The fries are sopping in oil but still delicious. The ambiance is super duper loud and filled with lots of Brocade employees on weekday lunches.

My daughters wanted burgers late evening on a Saturday night. First time ordering Five Guys and got a little confused when I ordered a single patty hamburger and he called it a little burger. Didn't realize that the regular hamburger came with 2 patties. Once we figured that out, we placed the order. Michael, with whom we placed our order, was super helpful and kind. While we were waiting he engaged with my daughters and was super friendly to them. My daughters both liked the burgers and fries, but the service we recieved was excellent! Thanks Michael!

A HUGE rhank you to Trey for helping with the ketchup dispenser. I had my hands full & was struggling to fill a ketchup container. Trey dispensed ketchup and covered the containers. EXCELLENT service! Thank you!

Good location and great burgers. They make it fresh and they do it right. We went to eat on 4th and they were open.

Come on... Literally made the opposite of what I ordered. Asked for everything except mushrooms and got mushrooms except everything. Never had an issue at any other location and I've been a fan ever since they franchised to the Bay. Good burgers/fries but cost way too much to mess up like this.

San Jose , ca location Disgusting and disappointed :( after long day I went to pick up dinner and this is what was given: disgusting flimsy fry's which only belong to a trash can and not a paying customers plate . Burger was soggy incorrectly made . It was basically a mayo burger not even close to "all the way"- No peppers, old bacon no ketchup etc. As soon as we came in the car with the to -go pack we went for fries and they were so mushy we headed right back to the store and it was closed We Called the guy & he tells me to come tomorrow to get refund for the fries or an order of new fries. Really after ruining my families meal today u seriously think I ll come back tomorrow just to get refund for fries!!

We ordered the Cheeseburger and Cajun fries. I added everything in black letters for my toppings. After waiting for our order, we realized we could had just ordered one Cajun fries instead. The reason why? What I like about Five Guys is they give you so much Cajun fries! I have a big appetite and I could not even finish them. So we rather just save them to eat at home. My burger was cooked well and the buns were not soggy or squashed this time. The toppings was well placed on the patty. Every bite I took, none of the toppings fell especially the mushrooms. Good job Five Guys! =)

Solid 3.5 stars. Having 5 guys after 4-5 years. Still make a solid burger. I think the prices have definitely gone up, I remember it being much cheaper earlier. That being said, the burger quality and toppings in still pretty spot on.

You can't go wrong with Five Guys. They have decent burgers and amazing fries in large proportions. Their shakes are very good and most of it you can customize to your liking. I live down the street from here and this place always providing a cure for my hunger.

I had a bad experience at the Brokaw location so I tried five guys at this location on N First. Fries and Burgers were excellent and I am pleased with the service. Also, peanuts are located by the fountain drinks not the front entrance.

I ordered "add all" burger and "cheese burger". They are literally just two bread with just cheese or a piece of meet. No sauce. Cost me 20 dollars . Will never go again

Solid Cheeseburger - enough for the Mrs. and me, cut in half. Loved the American Cheese and plenty of it. OK it was $10.70 net BUT we had crap Burger King in Wells NEV for about the same price - the $ gap between mediocre mass burger fare in US and much better options is dwindling. Go with 5 guys for another $2 or so, well worth it.

Always fast always friendly. It's a five guys you know what to expect food wise but the service goes a long way. Good job guys. Thanks for being efficient
