Five Guys

First time in a 5guys restaurant ever and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is kind and helpful. The food is great, best burger I ever had at a chain-franchise type restaurant. The fries are best in class with a huge portion size and the soda machine has options I've never seen and didn't know they existed. Definitely recommend.

Always loved Five Guys! From the establishment in Phoenix AZ to my hometown here in the DMV. This location was so welcoming. I wish I remembered the young ladies name that worked the late shift. She had dark long hair. Extremely friendly. All the staff were 😃. Fries always hot and finger licking good.

The staff at the 808 H Street in China Town location are VERY nice, so this review is about the food. The peanut oil on the fries didn't taste fresh. I'm not saying it was rancid, but I question the quality and how many times it's been reused. I ordered a burger but when I got home, I found a LONG HAIR in my burger. Yuck!!!!! I threw away the burger so THAT WAS MONEY LOST. The Five Guys that closed on 19th & M St. seemed to have better food. Not sure why Five Guys corporate closed it, but I won't be going back to this location.

Food was perfect - burgers and toppings were assembled as expected and the fries were made to order only after the burgers were ready. And peanuts… an unfair advantage over every other fast food joint!

Five Guys has great burgers and the fries are good. This location is no expectation. Unfortunately, both orders I placed at this location were incorrect, and the line was too long to speak to a cashier to ask for a correction. The tables were dirty as well.

The service and food were OK, but there were quite a few homeless/transient folks, hence the atmosphere was not exactly... umm... great.

For a quick lunch great option. Cheese burger is very tasty with “all the way”. Veggy is also very good. Peanuts are fun, fries are good.

Absolutely fabulous experience at Five Guys! Without a doubt, the best food I've ever had from a Five Guys. The staff was incredibly kind, and the burgers and fries were so amazing that I've decided this will be my go-to spot every time I'm in the area. No need to look for any other Five Guys – this place has won me over! The quality of both the food and service is simply unmatched. Can't wait for my next visit!
