Five Oars at Siglap is one of my regular haunts for great coffee, desserts, and the occasional meal. Tucked away in a low-key building on Upper East Coast Road (formerly a foot massage spot!), this under-the-radar treasure surprises with its spacious industrial interior. The food and desserts are consistently excellent—from the indulgent chocolate tart to perfectly crispy barramundi. Great coffee, warm service, and relaxed vibes keep me coming back every time!

My friend brought us here after trying 5 Oars in Tanjong Pagar. There was a bit of a wait before getting a table but it was worth it! Forgot to take a photo of the wagyu burger because I started devouring it immediately! Chicken Sriracha is a must try as well! The ube pancakes were huge and tasty!

Came for lunch at about 2pm on a Monday. Mentaiko Mac & cheese, towards a little salty side but was an outstanding dish! Wagyu burger, patty cooked to medium was tender and delicious too. Service staff were friendly and good in their service. Will definitely be back to try out their dinner menu. Open space public parking nearby 2 mins walk from restaurant.

Thank you for accommodating my extended family of 10 for dinner last night for a special occasion. Your staff promised to call me back and she did! 😊 We enjoyed the good delicious food. Please convey our thanks to your chefs. Great service too! Photos of some of the dishes we ate.

spent abt $30/ pax but generally satisfied:) mentaiko macaroni is a GO! it’s not like other cafes whereby they just squeeze the mayo on top, the flavours blended well here :) $17 the salmon rösti is filling, it’s nice, not extraordinary but it’s nice ordered flat white 6oz and it was smooth and tasted non bitter $5 iirc gd cafe in the east! ambience was really nice :)

It was a crowded Sunday afternoon but we got our seats within 10 minutes by scanning our reservation down through the app at the entrance. We opted for the high chairs and it work out fine. Menu by scanning and ordering through the waiters. We enjoyed our brunch and hope to be back soon.

Haven’t been in a while and noticed they have updated the menu. We were there late afternoon before dinner menu is served. Ordered the smoked salmon Rosti from the brunch menu and it exceeded our expectations! Tea is quite ordinary but coffee is still good
