The pool is excellent and very well maintained. The pool area is beautiful, clean, and surrounded by a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed right away. Everything around the pool is nicely organized and visually appealing. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, always smiling and making sure guests feel welcome. The food and drinks are delicious, fresh, and well presented, with a great variety to choose from. Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax, enjoy great service, and spend quality time in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!

An exceptional place to stay. The design is modern and stylish with a relaxed beach vibe. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable with great views. The staff, especially Dave were friendly, professional and made every detail feel person. Dinner at the hotel was excellent. The menu offered a great mix of flavors, the presentation was elegant and every dish tasted fresh and well balanced. I highly recommend it for both stay and dinner if you want quality food, comfort and a memorable experience in Dubai.

Amazing stay at Five Palm! The hotel has a fantastic vibe with beautiful views, stylish rooms, and excellent facilities. Everything was spotless and well maintained. We came to FIVE Palm Jumeirah with friends to relax and enjoy a pool day. The pool area is beautiful, well maintained, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was lively but not overwhelming — good music, a pleasant crowd, and an overall great vibe. The staff was attentive and friendly, everything was well organized, so it was easy to fully relax and enjoy the time. A perfect place for a daytime pool escape with friends. We would happily come back again.

We had an amazing stay with a very good atmosphere and lots of fun throughout the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to joke and create a great vibe. The receptionist Mustafa was very nice to us and made us feel welcome from the start, he was kind and very welcoming. Emna was truly the highlight of our stay — the most fun person to be around, always smiling, incredibly kind, positive, and welcoming; she made everyone feel comfortable and happy, and she welcomed us very warmly. 100% recommend this hotel!

Amazing experience at Five Palm Pool! The pool has a stunning view, great vibe, and super comfortable sunbeds. The atmosphere is lively but still relaxing. Wife and I got the Beach pass for the day. Beautiful location and venue. Beach is well looked after and the sunbeds are comfy and in great condition. Mr Sarwar was serving us and we were very grateful to him as he listens to our requests and always available to help. Food here is amazing too..beef sliders were our fave. 5stars and defo coming back
