Five Points Flowers

Loved the service, needed emergency flowers for GF and they were open and willing to work with me on a special arrangement with cool colorful rainbow flowers. Good prices, I would recommend if your in a rush.

I would like to take away that star! But I need to write this review! If you're looking for a florist in Tucson, find somewhere else! When we stopped by, the door was heavy metal and barred across. Gentleman standing by another shop said this place had been shut down and boarded up for quite a while. (I will mention that it was daytime during the typical work week hours.) Yes, it's the first one Google shows you- but might as well look elsewhere. Goodluck.

Very few Flower shops take the meaning of sending flowers seriously. Five Points Flower Shop is truly a gem in the Tucson Community. Located near downtown area. The owner gives excellent customer service. The hand written notes and the calligraphy is just another personal touch and gives more meaning to "Receiving Flowers". The flowers have always been great quality and last a long time. Not to mention the arrangements are beautiful!!! I highly recommend this shop. It won't disappoint.

Horrible Service from shop owner herself and worst quality of "fresh flowers" I've seen. After noticing the MANY wilted flowers in buckets I kindly gave her a tip on how to keep them fresh longer, she rolled her eyes and mumbled a rude sentence in Spanish thinking I wouldn't understand. In the same visit a car pulled up by the taco shop next door not directly in front of either location and the driver clearly not wanting to be a customer to either store as she was walking away once parked. The flower shop owner darted after her like a wild dog (leaving me alone in her store mid question) to yell at her about how she can't park there, this that, and the forth. Mind you we are the only 2 cars in the lot, no bothering a soul. Her very aggressive approach toward the driver turned that situation into a cussing match between the two and at that point I wasn't interested in any of her services. You can tell the flower shop owner is sooo worried being the parking lot guard dog that she puts in zero effort into her Job which clearly shows the minute you step into the store through her services, product and presentation over all.

Best bouquets. Great service and very friendly proprietor. Flowers here seem more full, and robust, somehow. Have been happy with this place for years and years.

The owner is incredibly kind and accommodating. She has owned this shop for about 15 years and is very creative and makes beautiful bouquets. They also do balloon arrangements. Because of the excellent service they have given me, I will now only go to this florist. Whether you need something small and personal, or bouquets and centerpieces for a party or wedding, this local shop will deliver!

I first came here looking for some flowers for my girlfriend. I walked into the shop and found a lady trimming roses, I told her that I wanted to get my girlfriend some flowers and that I didn't have a lot of money she pointed out a few bouquets of roses for pretty cheap $20 total. I then asked if she had a particular kind of rose, she had them in stock. I bought the roses, she put them in a pretty vase and gave me a card to go with them. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable flowers for any occasion.

Stay away!!!! Flowers bouquets are not fresh. Flowers delivered were wilted and called to replace I was cussed at in Spanish and that I was not going to get another delivery. My order was completed as requested, I asked for funds back and was laughed at. If you want cheap flowers that you will be embarrassed about then this is the place for you. Poor product and absolute poor service!

I asked for price on 2 doz lavender roses and was quoted agreeable price. Lady on the phone told me she had 2 doz only available. I placed order for 2 doz, paid for 2 doz. but actual delivery was 1 doz. when I called to inquire about the error, I was told that they only had 1 doz. and that I was only charged for 1 doz. the price billed was the 2 doz. quote! Never again.
