I was there for lunch on a Sunday. The place was very quiet and no problem getting a table. I had the Frenchie burger and fries combo. The burger was good but I'm not a fan of the crispy style coated fries. That's just more of a variety thing and nothing wrong with the quality of the food. I'd eat here again while in the area. They have a brunch menu also that looked good.

I recently visited Five Eleven in Summerside, PEI, and from start to finish it was a wonderful experience. The moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-kept everything was, instantly making me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff were genuinely friendly not just polite out of obligation, but warm and welcoming in a way that made me feel like a valued guest. Service was quick without being rushed, and the team struck that perfect balance of being attentive without hovering. Prices were very reasonable, especially given the quality of the food and the overall experience. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and quietly cozy ideal for anything from a casual lunch to a relaxed evening out. Five Eleven truly feels like one of Summerside’s hidden gems the kind of place you almost want to keep to yourself but can’t help telling people about. I left not only happy with my meal but also already looking forward to my next visit. Summerside is lucky to have a spot like this!

Burger was just ok. 1/4 of the kettle chips weren't cooked. For some reason, even though there was only 4 tables and two servers, I sat with a half eaten plate and empty beer for 25 minutes waiting for someone to check in or offer dessert. Not the best for a place that charges $22 for a Burger.

Great burger, nothing special. We were told we couldn’t sit inside the restaurant (ie had to take the food out to our car to eat it) and it took a long time to be ready. That being said, they were absolutely slammed, super popular especially right now because of PEI burger love, and it was absolutely not their fault. They explained everything and were very friendly.

Splendid experience! The food arrived in a timely manner, packed with flavor, and the servers were excellent. This restaurant was recommended by locals in Summerside, and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend trying it. The spinach dip was also delicious, and the portion was generous!

Google
Excellent dining experience! Friendly, prompt service. Food was fantastic! Had some mussels to start & then each had the lobster roll which came with a nice little mixed green salad! We were too full for dessert!

Google
The service is the only reason I’m not giving a 1 star. Service was great - our server was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. So thank you! The food……. Was honestly not great. Ceasar salad soggy. Steak frites are just a lump of steak with soggy boiled vegetables. The spinach dip is actually disgusting. We came to celebrate a birthday and were disappointed- thank you to our server for being great to make up for the poor food.

Was referred by a local about this hidden gem. Enjoyed scallops and shrimp with haddock for my main .

Yelp
So refreshing to see a new unique/quality restaurant in Summerside, PEI. For appetizer we had the grilled brushetta baguette which had fresh tomatoes and red onion with a nice twist which we believe was a little vinaigrette. The dips the chef makes are amazing, so if you get a chance order your meal with a side of sweet potato fries and dip. If you like spicy, I highly recommend the chipotle lemon mayo! I got a chance to try the cedar planked herb & honey salmon filet and would highly recommend it - I didn't know salmon could taste this good! I ordered the brushetta steak sandwich with garlic & lemon mayo, and the steak was quite good. Definitely a "sit down for a while" place, probably not the best for younger children, although the staff is very friendly towards kids as well.

Yelp
Came here pre-show (Forever Plaid) in Summerside for dinner. We could not find another place to eat that had a vegetarian option besides coleslaw or french fries and didn't have a BUNCH of bad reviews and warnings... so here is where we ended up! It's in a very strange location - inside "Credit Union Place" which seemed like a seedy casino of some kind? Hidden! The decor was fine, the staff was OK... our server seemed to have a BIG chip on her shoulder but warmed up a bit by the end. Three out our party of four ordered the "Fish & Chips" which they said was really good. I tried the fries and they were great! I had the seafood chowder (meh) and a house salad (bunch of carrots, picked red onion, etc. in a nice house vinegarette. They got us in and out in about 35 minutes, so that was good. Overall... I hope I don't return here, but have a feeling it might be the best culinary option in Summerside???

Yelp
Why is it so difficult to get a decent meal in Summerside? This isn't awful-awful, but it's pretty bad for what it's pretending to be. Our server had three tables at the height of the evening and we still had extremely lousy and slow service. I had mussels, which were pretty good, and a soggy caesar salad. My husband had an enormous plate of bland sweet potato fries and their house salad. Thank goodness that they had the Gahan 1772 IPA. The decor looks like the latest in mall restaurants in 1997, with matching soundtrack. And it was freezing inside on a warm August day. Overall, I just got the sense that no one cared -- not about the food, the drinks, the service or the ambiance.

Yelp
The rolls weren't warm but they were fresh and soft. I kinda wish I had the strip loin steak. It was tasty (had a bite) morsel but those fries were divine! I had the chicken madras but made the mistake of ordering a salad. It arrived with my entree and wasn't that tasty with the balsamic dressing.

Yelp
Summerside's best kept secret! Tucked away in a corner, on the main level of Credit Union Place. Each experience at this restaurant has at exceeded anything else in Summerside! From their pub fare to their fine dining selections, I have yet to be let down. Last night was the first time I had ordered take-out from there (I had no idea that they even offered take-out). I asked for it to be ready at 5:30 and at 5:29 out came my food!

Yelp
Looking for a pleasant distraction......fail Hoping for a lovely evening & enjoyable meal to unwind the stressed university student who's home for a visit...the food wasn't bad my lasagna blackened on the bottom, flavor ok mind. I believe the dill was forgot for the dill sauce on the haddock (the fish was alright) and the goat cheese for the salad was a no show. All things that might be easily over looked if even some of the meal had been served with any hospitality at all. Our waitress was cold, curt and mildly abrasive(there are other adjectives that could also apply). It all started at the please wait to be seated sign, so it seemed the atmosphere was already set at our arrival. At the end of our 70+ dollar meal upon reflection not a total fail for a distraction. My visiting university student did forget about the two mid-terms, two papers + the two labs in the coming week ahead for just a few fleeting moments when she took time to tell me how nasty our waitress was...A bit of a distraction? Yes... The pleasant distraction I was looking for? Not really. We all have bad days, we all need a little understanding for both the servers and the folks seated in your section. At the end of the day it is all of our responsibility to try to do our job well, that didn't happen tonight on our visit. I don't believe Fiveeleven West is worth a second try.

Yelp
No frills pub, tucked into the town's sports and recreation center. Atmosphere is casual, family friendly but still respectable--the newly renovated dining room is clean and modern. There's a takeout counter, but to fully enjoy the craft beers on the menu, take a seat! Aside from the commercial beers, craft beers from the local brewery, the Gahan House, are offered in diverse formats. Food was lackluster--regular pub fare at a price that's not justified by the location, but decent enough to act as finger food. My party ordered moules et frites and a burger (it was Burger Week in PEI) and each plate ran around $15. Portions were hefty and fries were as expected. As good as you can get in Summerside during off season--come for the beers if you happen to be thirsty while touring the western side of the island.

Yelp
The best restaurant in Summerside, which is unfortunately not saying much. I've had difficulty finding good food in the Summerside area but 511 is probably the best dinner you can get. Better quality food and better quality than 2 Brothers. I also think its got a better atmosphere and service. I had the Veggie Madras which was pretty good. It can be pretty hard to find a decent veggie heavy meal on the island (outside of Charlottetown) so getting one was a bit of a treat for me.

Yelp
five eleven west is hands down one of the best restaurants i've been to in summerside. the food is so amazing and perfectly cooked. the wait can be long sometimes but that's because they're not making fast food they're making real food with real ingredients, real and delicious food takes time. thank you for the great experience
