Found out about this place on Instagram and started following them. Finally went with a couple friends to check it out. It's located (currently anyway) inside a Korean Bakery Shop that is open but only takes pre-orders.
The food here is amazing!!!! Got the #4 Salami sandwich with prosciutto added on. The owner (whose partner he says is Italian and she handles all the food operations) is super cool & friendly, and he told us that the bread takes THREE days to make, but that it's authentic to the street sandwiches made in Italy. All the ingredients were fantastic, even the arugula, but the bread was the start. Airy and light as it was fermented, it is fantastic! We also shared a pepperoni pizza (also with hot honey like the #4), which was also delicious! And finally got some cannoli (Nutella one pictured) which were the best I've ever had.
It took about 20 minutes to make it out here, but it was SO worth it! Highly recommended!!! I can wait for this place to explode as I know it will!!!
Note: They have very limited seating here, so you may need to eat the food elsewhere.
