Fjällräven Ann Arbor

I came from Ohio looking for a Skule 28 bag and not only did the have it, the color I wanted was 30% off. Natasha was fantastic amd helpful. She has worked this location for 8 years! Beautiful layout and products

I went into the store a few weeks ago and was super impressed! The store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I’ll be in to purchase all my camping and hiking attire needs (okay, and wants- I would buy a backpack in every color if I could).

Please note: this review is purely about the customer service at this store, and not so much the products themselves. Walking into this store, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who was making fresh, hot s'mores complete with graham crackers, chocolate, and a perfectly charred marshmallow. Since we were all adults, we were also treated to a free local beer (half can). To top it all off, the cups were sustainable. One of the most pleasant shopping experiences I've ever had. As for the actual items in-store, we did not end up buying anything because although they looked very nice and high quality, the prices were slightly out of our price range. Hoping for a sale!

I love all things European. I recently got the kanken online and was amazed by the quality. Wanted to check out the store, the staff was super friendly. Everyone who knows the brand, knows it’s a little pricey, but it’s worth it. I walked out with a jacket that I absolutely love :) I feel lucky to have Fjällräven store so close to me. I love Ann Arbor.

We love this Fjällräven store! The staff at the Ann Arbor location are always helpful and pleasant. Today I stopped by to pick up accessories for a new kanken backpack I’d bought on a third party site - the sales associate spotted that it was a FAKE and helped me report it and replace it with a real kanken bag. She also went above and beyond searching through inventory to find me the colors of accessories that I wanted. We stop by every few months and are very glad to have this local store, and grateful for the kind employees who work there.

Will never patronize this store or the company of Jfallraven again. Their return policy involving a refund is a complete sham in which they continue to gain profits from their “policy”.

Friendly helpful staff and great products. The store is small with somewhat limited inventory. Parking is a challenge, but public parking is available fairly close by and reasonably priced.

Such an amazing store. Emily helped me pick out the perfect winter coat. She was extremely kind & knowledgeable on all the products and was such a great help. The selection in the store was also incredible. Chances are if you don’t see your size on the floor they have it in stock in the back room. Was really impressed. I will definitely be visiting this store much more often. Highly recommend!

I called the store 2-3 times to find out if they had an item I wanted in stock but no one answered the phone. I left a message but no one called me back. I ended up driving to the store but they didn't have the item that I wanted. Still, the store didn't have a bare wall or empty space as it was packed with merch. They also have "outlet"/ clearance/ final sale items in the back of the store. One employee was rude to me - I tried on a jacket but wasn't sure about the fit. She asked me with an attitude - how do you expect it to fit?

Took in an item that seams came apart 3 months ago. I said sure hope we get this by the cold weather.....still waiting folks!

This is the kind of store that I wish we had in Flint. Where do I sign a petition to get one closer to home? Fjallraven, a Swedish company, sells both men's and women's clothing and outerwear, plus outdoor gear for camping and hiking. It's for the person leading an active lifestyle that still wants quality and style when hiking around the great outdoors. I can relate. Plus, the clothes are nice enough to don as regular street wear, too, if that is the look you're going for. I guess I don't mind looking like an eccentrically rich lumberjack every now and then. When I walked in, I was met with a cool rustic vibe, including a canoe on the wall, a chandelier hanging overhead that looked like it belonged in a hunting cabin and what appeared to be trees lining the walls. I knew I was going to like this store almost immediately. Stopped in last month for the first time and left impressed. The clothes are high quality. They're durable, stylish and comfortable. They have a jacket that I'm going back for this month. It's kind of a Christmas gift to myself. Their line of winter jackets is impressive, most in the $250 range, for both men and women. Most of the clothes are between $100-$300. That's a little expensive but I think it's worth it when the quality is so good that I won't have to replace it with something new next season. In that sense, it's worth it. Aside from that amazing winter coat I can't believe I left without buying the first time, I liked their flannel shirts and some of their pants, which look are made out of this incredible material that is lightweight, yet made for really rugged activity, like rock climbing. They were around $200, but I think I'll have to spring for a pair. The manager was great, knew about upcoming promotions and let me know about possible price reductions on specific items. Now, I just have to go back for that Christmas present to myself.

This particular location, I have to give them a 5 stars. The products are superb as we know, environmental friendly and they recycle. Perfect for everyday use and outdoor activities. But what I really want to emphasize is the service. The 2 staffs went above and beyond. We were there this past Friday afternoon. They helped with recommendations, and patience as we choose different styles and colors. We each end up getting one. What was exceptional was that it was close to closing time, they didn't rush us for one bit, and helped us until the end. Thank you so much. Great services to the both of u.

This store is wonderful for 2 reasons in particular: -They always have a really great stock, lots of color choices and style choices! -The staff is sooo helpful and friendly! They helped find exactly what I wanted and more! For real, stop by and check it out, it's such a cool place!

I wish all the color options were displayed but everyone was nice and helpful overall just don't be fooled by the few colors that are actually on the floor, from my experience they have everything essentially in the basement you just have to ask for it :)

The merchandise here is of awesome quality and style and the staff is really helpful. I will definitely be back soon for more gear!

Silly... I called to verify their hours for today. They finally answered the phone after 5 tries and stated 7pm. I drive for 30 minutes and arrive at 5:45 pm. They were closed and it was completely dark inside. Silly... Last visit was also bad. The guy was on the phone clearly stated that all backpacks were 20% off to the customer on the phone. When I asked for the same discount he stated that I miss heard. I went to Moosejaw and got the 20% off and Moosejaw dollars. Just silly how they avoid taking my money.

Walking into Fjallraven was like a breath of fresh air! Upon entering, I was immediately delighted by what seemed to be a ceiling -to -floor wall display of backpacks covering the spectrum of colors. As I ventured further into the store I noticed the decor had somehow miraculously managed to make me feel like I was simultaneously in an outdoor alpine setting and a comfy upscale home. The friendly staff made me feel both welcome and at ease to explore and discover. All the while, they were readily available to enthusiastically share product knowledge and assist in locating sizes and colors. A truly pleasant and impressive shopping experience and a new "must-go-to" destination when in downtown Ann Arbor. Oh, and it's just a few stores north of the Cherry Republic!
