Fjallraven in Meatpacking District NYC has some seriously incredible customer service! Thank you! I was looking for a winter coat and was incredibly indecisive as I’m new to cold climates. I was basically the most pain-in-the-neck customer ever, coming back three days in a row to try on what I was considering and ask questions. Jacob, Jordan, and Amira all helped me and never once let me believe for a second that I was annoying. All three were bright, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Jacob and Jordan were high energy and ready to drop everything and run to grab another coat for me or teach me about waxed vs non waxed. All smiles and ACTION ORIENTED service! Amira was incredibly patient and kind and never once did I feel like she—or anyone—was trying to “sell me” on something I didn’t really love. I really APPRECIATE that! I constantly got the feeling that they genuinely wanted me to get exactly what would meet my needs and in the end I did. I bought an incredible winter coat that seems to be of amazing quality, a fantastic fit, and I believe worth the price tag! I feel like the staff really went the extra mile for me and Fjallraven has earned a longterm customer thanks to this experience! Thank you, thank you, thank you! See you all down the road!

first time walking into this place to shop for winter gears. i asked a question and the answer was just seriously unhelpful, short and added no value to the conversation. then the staff repeated remarks without letting me finish my question so that was a very distasteful experience. it was as if I should know as much as that staff did about the product inventory in the store and how dare I even ask a question so basic. totally disrespectful tone and attitude. caught me off guard and never wanted to go back. this maybe why in person shopping experience is not thriving anymore in the consumer space. ill check out the soho location to see if the experience there is more professional and hospitable.

Horrendous customer service. They told me to order my jacket online, so i did, it's been over a week that I paid for it and I haven't heard from them about a purchase confirmation or shipping. I've contacted them 5 times without a response. If you search their reviews you will see this is a consistent complaint of them. Wish I had know this sooner and I would have purchased from Patagonia instead.

Discovered this company a few months ago and love their clothing but their sizing has been a little hit or miss for me. Anthony and Elmira at the Meatpacking store have been phenomenal getting me properly fitted and have offered excellent advice. Can’t wait to see what new products they release in the fall!

Thank you for giving new life to my decade-old Greenland parka. The parka was frayed but still functional, and T.T. (who works as a tailor at Fjällräven’s Meatpacking District store) had the vision and enthusiasm to patch it in the most interesting of ways — using red-brick trim to cover worn-out edges at the wrists, hood, zipper, and waist. Now it is a unique and customized parka that I can wear for many more years, and amazingly, the work was free of charge. It was covered under Fjällräven’s lifetime guarantee. Thank you to T.T. and Fjällräven for offering this inspired in-house repair service.

A special thanks to T.T for revamping my bag. I've had it for more than ten years and it was starting to look worn out. T.T, who works at the Meatpacking District location, was very helpful in choosing colors that were eye-catching. They added red to the top part and blue on the bottom (not seen in photo). When I saw the transformation I was obsessed and delighted. Now I wear the bag every chance I get. Thank you T.T and Fjällräven!

Bad customer service and rude wouldn’t come back to this location. I would much rather go to a different location and buy online honestly
