Had the best time on the 3 hour whale watching tour ! The narrator/naturalist was absolutely amazing! She shared lots of fun facts and was very friendly. She kept an eye out on the water and let us know when there was wildlife nearby ! Such a wonderful ride! We did not see any whales , but lots of dolphins and sea lions . They gave us a rain check ticket even though it was not necessary as The trip was still wonderful and more than worth it . They had a full stocked bar with snacks and treats. I was able to grab a hot coffee and thankfully Dramamine!! The bartender was friendly . The staff was all very helpful even checking on guests to make sure they were ok when the boat got rocky. Highly recommend this excursion while you’re in San Diego!

I had a great time whale watching! We saw a group of 4 whales! It gets chilly in the middle of the Pacific Ocean so bundle up! The entire cruise was a great experience because I enjoyed looking back at the city , passing the naval base and watching the helicopters take off, passing Point Loma and then getting to catch the whales traveling as they head to Mexico. It was so beautiful! This is a great solo, group, family or couple activity. Although it is not guaranteed to see whales they do their best to find some for the group. They also sell snacks, sandwiches and drinks on the boat. The tour is about 4 hours so plan accordingly. I got chilly at the top after seeing the whales so I ended up going down into the boat to sit inside so I could get out of the wind. The view below is also just as great.

Google
Highly recommend!! The staff is very kind and knowledgeable! They do an amazing job at locating wildlife. During our three hour trip we saw many whales and hundreds of dolphins. For the price and experience we had to give it a 10/10. Would recommend a hundred times over!!

Google
We attempted to do a whale watching cruise, but unfortunately the water had other plans. The naturalist let everyone know prior to boarding the roughness of the water as well as the potential for needing to turn around at some point. Their abundance of caution for passengers as well as the sea, and the fact they don't do things to distress the sea just for views, earns them a 5 star in my book! They also did give out rain checks for those on board which means can come back to try again another time. Would definitely recommend them just for their professionalism, kindness, and transparency.

Flagship Cruises & Events is a local, family-owned and operated yacht charter, cruise and events company serving San Diego since 1915. They specialize in gourmet dinner cruises, harbor tours, patriot jet boat thrill rides, private charters, corporate events, weddings and many more special occasions. They also offer whale watching excursions December through April, and year-round ferry and water taxi service to Coronado Island and along San Diego Bay. We took the round-trip ferry from San Diego to Coronado Island. The journey was fun, and we enjoyed every moment of it! Highly recommended for family activities.

Google
I took the South Harbor Tour and North Harbor Tour. For the South Harbor Tour we were explained about Coronado Island, then went under the Coronado Bridge, checked out the Naval Base, NASSCO and BAE Systems. As well as the port of San Diego. Solid tour but if you're interested in Naval ships, this is for you. We also got to hear the flag lowering ceremony from the Navy as well. The North Harbor Tour we went past the airport, saw the iconic San Diego restaurant, learned about Point Loma, saw some wildlife, the fuel station and then the rest of the way back was mostly about military. Overall better views than the South Tour but less things to explain.

Google
Honored their guarantee... It is not the most stable boat, heed their advice, if you are prone to motion sickness, I strongly recommend taking something for it. They also sell Dramamine on board, for a very reasonable cost. While we did not see any large whales on our trip we did see a number of dolphins. In addition they honored their guarantee and gave us a free pass to return and try again. The staff were very courteous. I would definitely try them again even if they didn't give us a bounce back pass for not seeing whales.

Google
Such a wonderful brunch cruise experience we had. I read some bad reviews and initially, I had second thoughts, but, I was wrong. The price was worth it - we enjoyed the buffet, cruise along san diego bay, some dancing, not to mention the bottomless champagne! Crew were nice and friendly. Only concen was the dessert station, as it appeared they didn't bother to refill even when we still had about 40 mins before we disembark. We were left with very few choices. Other than that, all went well. The ship was clean, even the washroom. Everyone seemed to have a good time. To the Flagship Management, thanks for reading the reviews and do something to improve your services!

Yelp
I wanted to leave a FIVE STAR REVIEW, I DID'NT AT FIRST, BUT THEN I DID. INDEED, I initially was not going to be able to, and that was until PATTY STEPPED IN. We, my Partner and I, went on the 2 Hour TOUR, w/ my Uncle and his Husband. We were a bit UNDERWHELMED!!! As a form of compensation, we were given 2 new 2 HOUR TOUR TICKETS. We decided, after agreeing to that, that it would be better to use them for the PATRIOT TOUR, scheduled for the very next day. THANKFULLY, the TICKET OFFICE MANAGER Patty came through for us, and exchanged our tickets. We needed to find the tour with the most bookings, though, to avoid cancellation. SHE WAS VERY THOUGHTFUL TO THINK ABOUT THAT!!! We look forward to a better experience on the PATRIOT TOUR, but as a note. We have had prior Great Experiences on the Harbor Cruises!!!

Yelp
We attended the New Year's Eve celebration aboard the California Princess with Flagship Cruises, and while the night had some bright spots, the overall experience fell short of what we expected for the price. To start on a positive note, the staff was truly wonderful. From the captain welcoming guests onboard to the servers checking in throughout the evening, everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly doing their best to make the night enjoyable. The service itself was not the issue. That said, there were several logistical and experience-related concerns that were hard to overlook especially given the roughly $400 total cost. First, there simply were not enough tables and chairs for everyone onboard. We witnessed staff attempting to seat an elderly couple in a dark corner without a table. They eventually joined us since our table had extra chairs, but someone ultimately had to take that spot, which ended up being a pregnant woman and her husband. This felt uncomfortable to watch and avoidable with better planning. Second, while I understand this was an appetizer-style event and not a full dinner (which may have been my misunderstanding), the appetizers themselves were disappointing. Many items were served cold, lacked appeal, and our table was skipped multiple times by servers, leaving us with very little to eat throughout the night. Additionally, no small plates were provided, only napkins, which made eating messier items awkward and inconvenient. Third, I paid extra for the premium bar option, which was one of the main things I was looking forward to. Unfortunately, the drinks were extremely watered down and poorly made. There are clearly advertised differences between the well bar and premium bar on the website, but the premium option did not feel elevated at all. After three drinks, I didn't feel anything and the quality simply wasn't there. Lastly, the DJ and music selection didn't quite fit a New Year's Eve celebration, particularly for younger guests. While I understand the crowd may skew older, the energy felt dated and didn't build excitement as the night went on. This is, of course, subjective but it noticeably impacted the atmosphere. Overall, while the staff deserves a lot of credit, the event itself felt underwhelming for the cost. With better seating arrangements, improved food service, higher-quality drinks, and a more energetic music selection, this could be a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, this particular event didn't feel like the best Flagship Cruises has to offer.

Yelp
My first time taking a harbor cruise on the Spirit of San Diego. We had some friends visiting from out of town and we decided to do something very touristy with them. It was actually a ton of fun. We booked the two hour cruise using a Groupon and got a great deal, $24 a person. Initially, though I wasn't so excited when the boat took off. The first hour was chaotic, and there was really nowhere to sit until I managed to squeeze into a couple bench seats on the top deck. Then the boat returns to the port and half the people get off and half more get on which I thought was super weird, but it ended up being great. There are three tables on the back of the boat on the middle deck that are fantastic. My friend's mom had made friends with some people sitting at one of the tables. When they disembarked, we were able to snag their table and the table next to it! The second half of the cruise was really great. We were in the back of the boat. It wasn't windy at all. We went underneath the Coronado bridge and then the sun was setting and it was absolutely spectacular. The boat itself has seen better days. It could definitely use a facelift. They've got a little bar where a gentleman can make you cocktails and serve you hotdog. There's also got bags of chips and cookies available. I got a virgin Mojito, and it was really tasty! All in all, it was really fun and absolutely worth it, even for a local. I recommend booking at the time we did if you go in the winter. 3 PM to 5 PM. The first hour is sunny and warm and the second hour is more like dusk. And then when people get up to leave, you can snag their better seats. Plus for some reason not many people booked for that 4-5 PM hour and it wasn't nearly as packed on the boat.

Yelp
Booked a 2 hour harbor tour last month while in town visiting. Tour and boat were great, Friendly staff, clean boat, weather was perfect. Loved the history of san diego harbor

Yelp
Enjoyed a relaxing cruise this past week from one of the Flagship Cruises. Super stoked to try out this experience because my boyfriend and I had never explored the dock in San Diego before! We were able to walk-in and redeem a voucher to get tickets for a cruise leaving in 20 minutes. Perfect! Especially since we were going to do the 2-hour cruise and our street parking spot was max 3 hours ($2.50 each hour). We had to wait for the boat to arrive, but overall once you walk in, there are plenty of seats to choose from. The weather was beautiful so we were at the top deck, which is where you can see Rusty do his entire trip narration with a mic. Inside in the other floors you can hear his voice well with the speakers too. There's a mini counter that sells drinks and other snacks. It was pretty tempting to buy something to munch on to be honest. Overall I'm very satisfied by our trip here and found everything to go very smoothly! PS The north-side hour trip takes you past some cute sea lions! The south-side hour trip brings you past a lot of military vessels.

Yelp
Bought the ticket online and I was very pleased and excited throughout the process. Showed up at the port and showed my ticket and was told to followed the crowd. Got on the ship and I was able to select a seat at the bottom and upper deck for view purpose. The cruise was a two hours as stated on their website. The cruise was very interesting and informative! They offer no-alcoholic & alcoholic drinks on the upper deck and small snacks. Overall, great experience and next time I'm in San Diego, I'll do it again!

Yelp
Pleasant and affordable way to get from the Gaslamp Quarter to Coronado Island. The boats are wheelchair accessible, but the ramps are steep so you'll need put your shoulders into it or accept a push. The outer walkway is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair, so you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the San Diego skyline and inhale the crisp briny breeze. Wear a jacket or sweater!

Yelp
Very enjoyable to our harbor cruise. Staff was super friendly. Easy to get on and off the boat as well. We booked through Groupon and used the extra percent off code. Saved a ton of money by using Groupon. Recommend you do the same. Good way to spend a couple hours in San Diego.

Yelp
First time visit to San Diego (August, sister trip), and we took the 2-hour tour. The weather was gorgeous, so we took in the beautiful views! The staff was great, and we enjoyed on board beverages and snacks. We got to see the sea lions basking in the sun and learned a bit of history along the way. Overall pleasant experience and worth the cost if you're visiting.

Yelp
i would heavily suggest a cruise in San Diego! we reserved our tickets online, and the actual boarding is easy with your online ticket ready. on board, you have a bar, snacks and seating. you can walk around anytime, on any floor the cruise consists of an hour packed with knowledge and historical facts about San Diego. you will see other boats, cruises, sea lions and the beautiful scenery that comes with the water i think we saw Pirates fr

DeAnna G.

Yelp
Took the two hour cruise this afternoon and it was a lovely trip. They go out to the bay the first hour, return and let people off/on and then head towards Mexico. The entire trip is narrated and we learned a lot of interesting information about the area and ships. Tablecloths were very dirty and the woman working the snack bar wasn't the friendliest. Overall, a great trip for the price!

Yelp
Taking the 2-hour harbor tour aboard the Spirit of San Diego was a delightful and educational experience. My lady and I booked for a Wednesday at just under $40 a piece. We were greeted by very professional staff, shown on board, and pretty much left alone to find a comfortable spot to enjoy the tour from. There are 3 levels to the ship: the first is a formal dining room, which was off limits for the tour, but the second floor and the top deck were both open seating, and there were some additional seats and plenty of space at the railing at the bow and stern. We enjoyed the upper deck the most, for the sun and breeze, and the panoramic views of Mission Bay. The first leg of the 2-hour tour took us toward the mouth of the bay, and our knowledgeable guide pointed out numerous sights along the way, and imparted some historical tidbits as well. We saw 2 of the 4 naval bases on that leg, and were able to watch some F-18 Hornets doing touch-and-goes, and some military and Coast Guard choppers doing some low flyovers. Very cool! The second leg took us south, under the Coronado Bridge (spectacular), and past the other two naval bases, where we saw an aircraft carrier, several destroyers and cruisers, and even 2 nuclear submarines! How cool is that? We loved seeing the strength of our military, and their pride in our country. The tour was comfortable, enjoyable, and affordable. There were refreshments (including beer and some alcoholic seltzers) and snacks for purchase on both the top and middle decks, and full-sized restrooms. If you're looking to see Mission Bay in a way you never have before, this is a great way to do it, and not break the bank.

Yelp
We really enjoyed the two hour San Diego Bay Tour. We did both, the North and South Bay Tour with a short stop at the dock in between. The early morning start time around 10am worked great. It was sunny but not too hot yet and it seemed to be significantly more busy by the time we got back, so I would recommend the early tours for that reason. The narration by Rusty was great, he knew everything about everything and seemed very enthusiastic about it. The South Tour will take you under the San Diego Bay Bridge. Both tours include a lot of info about military sights and topics. It takes off right next to the aircraft carrier museum, so could be combined. Parking available right next to it.

Yelp
Second time out on the waters with flagship in the past 3 months surprised I didn't do a review so I'll do a review for the first and second time. First time was a dinner cruise. Food was very good. Dancing was fun. Our server Lexi was very nice in the beginning then just kinda left us to our own devices and didn't show up until the end of the evening with the bill. Asked for refills from other staff walking l didn't care much for her service. Everyone else I met that evening staff-wise was super nice and accommodating . Sergio was our bartended and this guy knew his stuff. Fun guy to talk to. Good drinks. DJ was fun and had good playlist Second time around was the brunch cruise. Very different atmosphere. Food was still on point. Had normal breakfast items and a taco bar with chicken and steak. The bacon and waffles are the thing to get. Our server we got Sergio which is apparently the father of our bartender from last time! Arturo was out bartender and he makes good strong drinks. What a great experience. The only thing I didn't feel was needed was the flute singer, who was kneeling singing to kids and hovering over a bridal party ... it was awkward. Something not really needed for a brunch.

Yelp
We sort of did this 2 hour cruise at the last minute. We called and they had space for us, so off we went to catch the boat (yacht, I guess, not sure what you call them). We were greeted, got on and soon were off for a great time. We went on the tour that passes Coronado Bridge, the Naval Base, and we got to see some sea lions. It was super fun. The boat is spotless and the service was super nice. We learned about the waterway's importance to the city by narration and we loved the views indoors or out. This is a small company called Flagship Cruises & Events. It is local, family-owned and is an operated yacht charter. They also offer gourmet dinner cruises, harbor tours (which is what we did), patriot jet boat thrill rides, private charters that I assume are some somewhat pricey, corporate events, and even weddings. They have whale watching excursions, but only December through April. Our trip was fun and very relaxing. It was not crowded and again the service was so great.

Heini B.

Yelp
Other than the cheesy wedding singer, who looked like she wore the same clothes from The night before, it was great ! Food and service was excellent
google avatar

Isaac J.

Yelp
This was my first time being on yacht and i gotta say it was pretty amazing. This was for one of their night events, the dress code was business casual. You are immediately introduced with a glass of champagne. We ordered the Spinach Artichoke dip as an appetizer and it was good. Very cheesy , and creamy. The steak was medium rare and honestly was very good. It had a bunch of flavor and the prawns added a great fresh seafood taste. Everything tasted fresh and was beautifully amazing ! The views of downtown harbor is very eye pleasing. You can relax and enjoy the views or if you would like you can go dance in the upper section of the yacht ! Very relaxing, very pleasing, and a great date spot.
google avatar

Betsy M.

Yelp
We had a nice little sightseeing excursion. Purchased 2 hour cruise but did not realize it is 2 - 1 hour cruises where you go back to dock and load more people. It makes it more of a 3 hour time commitment so know that if you want the 2 hour. Good narration and price is fair all things considered.

Yelp
What a true one of a kind experience when in SD!! Came out with a group of 9 for a Birthday celebration. Make sure to grab that poncho you'll be sure to thank me later. A great beautiful day out on the water for 30 minutes. The captain and staff were professional and kind enough to make sure they got pictures of everyone of you needed at end of the tour.

Jennifer K.

Yelp
New Years Eve on the Flagship California Princess was spectacular! My husband and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed all that it offered from wonderful customer service, spectacular views and great music to bring in the New Year! We brought some friends with us who had never been on Flagship before and they enjoyed every minute. You created a lasting memory for our New years Eve celebration. Despite the rain, we were greeted by the ship's captain and presented a glass of champagne upon boarding. The rain did limit our ability to explore the outside areas of the ship and did leave limited availability of seating, but the crew did their best to accommodate everyone. Throughout the evening there were hors d'oeuvres being passed around and an open bar which added to the atmosphere. We truly enjoyed ourselves as we danced the evening away to a variety of music from classic to current selections. Overall a wonderful experience

Rudy O.

Yelp
Personal in the front to get tickets. They are not helpful at all. We had a voucher from the hotel we are staying at and the girl at the front said we need the vouchers. We called the hotel and the hotel talked to them and they wouldn't honor the pass without a voucher. Hotel said you won't take it over the phone. No we can't hotel said you have before.
google avatar

Nick A.

Yelp
Great to have on time boarding. Wish they have cash & check payments. Not bad to experience this on weekends. Okay customer service here.
google avatar

Alice B.

Yelp
" My husband and I and a group of 12 friends & family went aboard flagship cruises for our 50th wedding anniversary and everything was excellent, our server (Sergio) was great, everybody loved the food so much and the DJ (Chris) gave us a special dance and then had the rest of the boat dancing until we got back to the dock, It was so much fun, thanks for making our anniversary special!!" Alice B.
google avatar

Jillian L.

Yelp
5 Stars! Had a fun and memorable brunch cruise today on the SD harbor! Perfect weather, attentive staff, good food, and beautiful views! They were very caring to my Mom for her accessibility needs, and even got escorted to our table by the captain! Christian was our waiter, and he did a wonderful job taking care of us! Bring cash to tip the staff! Their bar is card only, but tips are cash only I believe. Parking was a bit tricky, but I managed. It would be nice if they gave a voucher or discount for parking in the ACE lot!
google avatar

Jason W.

Yelp
I took their 2 hour harbor cruise which is basically a one hour North bay and one hour South Bay tour run back to back - the boat does stop back at the dock in the middle but you just stay on the boat. Everything ran on time per their published schedule. The majority of the sightseeing had to do with military sites and the narrator was very knowledgeable. Their patriot jet boat makes it a point to do a drive-by as well, which is entertaining. The boat has three levels, the upper deck is outdoors, and the other two are indoors. The front and the back second floor decks are also outdoors. Reasonably priced and a great way to see the sites around downtown San Diego. They sell drinks and refreshments on board and of course have restrooms. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

Yelp
We went in the dinner cruise last night. Super disappointed on the food that was so awful. I didn't eat any of it. 1st of the (3) meal was the same salad for everyone that was only served with Italian dressing and had onions on it 2nd of the meal main entree was a selection of steak, sea bass or chicken. I chose the sea bass that was very dry. No selection for sides. The mashed potatoes were hard and bland and veggies were just ok 3rd meal was strawberry shortcake that was covered in syrup Very disappointed Our waiter was attentive but forgetful. Also, they barely went out of the harbor and had the ship go in circles at some times which felt odd. The ship was really nice and the views were amazing

Yelp
Last Saturday, our family participated in the Flagship endless Mimosa Brunch! I was extremely pleased with our first time experience with Flagship. Let me begin by saying, I have gone on other local SD bay cruises but this really was the perfect experience for my mom's birthday celebration. This is what she wanted and even though I'm not a big fan, I did enjoy this! Purchasing tickets was a breeze. The directions for ticket retrieval and parking were clear and seamless. We had a party of 8 adults ( 2 seniors) and three toddlers. The high chairs were ready to go and it is stroller friendly! The brunch buffet was better than expected, there was a variety for everyone - omelet stations, desserts, breakfast, tacos etc... The live musician and service was fantastic! We were on the California Spirit and it was easily accessible and not too old school. The bathrooms were clean and conveniently located throughout and the cruise time - was perfect. Not too long not short. This is great activity for special events or to bring out of towners! Also, toddlers under three were free - which was a nice bonus.

Yelp
The sunset dinner cruise was a great experience! Food could be better/bigger portions but excellent service & views. Drinks from the bar were really good.
google avatar

Jasmine G.

Yelp
Came on a Saturday evening in November and had a nice time on the dinner cruise. Boarded the ship at 7pm and was greeted with a glass of champagne and the ship started cruising at 7:30pm. For dinner we were given a bread basket, salad with balsamic dressing, our dinner option, mine was the beef and it was great, and finished it off with a slice of cheesecake with apple topping. They had a bar on board and the dance floor opened at 9pm. We docked at 10pm and headed back to the parking lot which wasn't far at all. Great experience!

Maria G.

Yelp
We went on the ship for the Parade of Lights and the entire experience was fun but we were hoping for better snacks at the bar. We tried to make reservations for dinner but it was sold out. It would have been good if they offered pizza or something instead of just candy and chips. The Parade itself was not as good as it was in previous years but we still had a good time.
google avatar

George H.

Yelp
We took the Groupon two hour full bay guided tour of San Diego Harbor to explore the oceanic environment! We saw sea lions, seagulls, navy aircraft carriers, submarine, research vessel, Osprey taking off, and live navy training searching for explosives next to the pier. It's a very relaxing experience and they have a full snack bar with drinks on board the ship!
google avatar

Aiko M.

Yelp
3.5 stars, rounded up because of my mixed feelings for the harbor cruises I took. I did the south and north 1-hour bay tours; I was annoyed by the boring narratives and didn't learn as much as I did while on the duck boat tour (by a different company). The south tour was the best; I got to see the SD skyline and go under the Coronado Bridge. There was also a ton of military ships to gaze upon. The north tour was okay because I got to see airplanes take off and land at the airport, as well as witness military jets and helicopters do the same. It got rather hazy by 3 pm so many of my photos did not come out great. Overall, I would like to try a different event (dining cruise, ferry ride, whale watching, etc) and I hope to be more impressed. The guy sharing facts was spitting out so much information that I actually stopped listening. Pros: - smooth ride - great views - various tours - AAA discounts Cons - see above
google avatar

Kevin C.

Yelp
Decided to go for a south Harbor cruise tour on a Saturday morning. There is parking close by, no worries finding the dock or the boats / ships. I was surprised at how few persons joined us for the experience as we met our captain and pushed off. The guide bypassed the microphone for a more personal touch as he explained our sights in great detail. There are so many interesting ships and landmarks, and a few sea lions to keep us all captivated. Flagship is a class act. If you're in the San Diego area, stop in and let them help you explore and learn.
google avatar

Heidi M.

Yelp
We returned this year for another flagship cruise in San Diego. Last time we did the south Harbor cruise for an hour. This time we did the two hour North and South harbor cruise. Both are amazing. The whole time, you learn about the history of the area from a guide with a wealth of knowledge on everything you see. You get expansive views of the city and of wildlife that are great for photos. We saw brown pelicans, seagulls, seals, sea lions, egrets. The boat ride is smooth, too. So if you typically get sea sick, I do not think this would impact you. At the end of the ride, you can purchase a cool pic they they take of you as you board. The whole experience is fun and relaxing. I highly recommend Flagship cruises and now my husband and I have decided to make this excursion part of our trip to San Diego every year. It is our favorite experience in the city.
google avatar

Jessica P.

Yelp
I have to give a huge shoutout to Corchelle for creating such an unforgettable event! Every detail was so thoughtful and intentional -- from the stunning decor to the perfect ambiance, everything was on point. The vibe was immaculate, the music was amazing, and it's honestly been a long time since I've been to something this well done. You could truly feel the passion behind it. Please keep doing this -- we need more events like this!

Yelp
This tour captured great moments for excellent photographs The interior was organized well. Seating and dining arrangements were readily available. There was ample space on the vessel, preventing any sense of overcrowding. They do provide a small snack bar offering refreshments and a variety of beverages are available for sale or bring your own lunch. They offer a diverse range of tours, one or two hours and dinner cruises ensuring a variety of options and reducing congestion. The tour encompassed the coastline of San Diego, showcasing the construction of numerous vessels in the naval yards including a submarine, and we were fortunate to observe several sea lions. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable excursion and I highly recommend.

Yelp
We went on the Stars & Stripes Spectacular Cruise on the 4th of July with Flagship, and it was absolutely amazing! It was our first time doing this and it definitely won't be our last--we were visiting from Phoenix for my birthday, and this is now officially an annual tradition. I had no idea food was even included with the ticket, and it was such a great surprise. The buffet had mini burgers, BBQ pulled pork, and sautéed mushrooms that were absolutely delicious. We got in line at 5:30pm to board at 7:30pm and just barely snagged a table for five on the top deck, so definitely arrive early if you want good seats! Every staff member and crew person we encountered was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. The whole night felt seamless and special. And the fireworks? I've never been so close to them in my life--it was breathtaking. This experience is worth every single penny and then some. Can't recommend it enough!

Yelp
We had a wonderful time on our brunch cruise on the California Spirit. Rebecca is an excellent cruise director with great customer service. Mitchel is a phenomenal server. It wasn't over crowded and the food was really good! We can't wait to come back.

Yelp
We had a great little 2hour cruise, to the south and north bay in San Diego. Great time, weather was nice, upper deck is the way to go but it does get hot so stay hydrated and bring a hat we did. Our group of four even when arriving close to the time to leave, we managed to get good seats. Loved it and will definitely return! Snacks available during your mini cruise

Yelp
We did the dinner cruise. We had the chicken and steak. The steak was really good and chicken was decent. The service was good over all but our waitress was slow. Everyone was friendly. The DJ was good and nice.. The best part was the view on the water. I went on the top deck to take some pics. We weren't there to dance but I saw people enjoying themselves. Would definitely go again.

Yelp
The worst ‼ We paid over $300 for a champagne CRUISE And had to watch all the boats around us come and leave while we sat at a table For some reason the boat never left the dock and we were told we could go onto the ferry for the "cruise experience" I'm disappointed because we spent a lot of Money for an experience we never received I could've dined at a restaurant for atleast $200 less and received bottomless mimosas The staff were not even available for omelettes or fresh food I asked for a refund and was told by Rebecca the most they could give us was a ferry pass a ferry that is worth $20 is in no way compared to a $300 ticket we paid I'm beyond disappointed

Yelp
Don't think twice about booking this experience!! We had the opportunity to book this during our trip to San Diego and I am so glad we did. We did the sunset cruise that came with a 5 course meal and it was the best thing ever. The food was great and the service was out of this world! We chose an outdoor table and it got a little cold once the sun went down. It was also very windy and by the end of the night it looked like we had been through a hurricane.... our hair was crazy looking. I cant wait to go back once again and do it all over, we had a lot of fun! Definitely book this experience if you are looking for something unique.

Yelp
It was our first time going on the 2 hr cruise. It was very relaxing. I love that they also had a tour guide talking the entire time. I highly recommend whether you're a tourist or a local. Definitely worth it!

Yelp
My group and I had a great experience on the flagship. We went whale watching and saw 5 whales. We had many other fun surprises such as bottlenose dolphins surfing on our waves, California sea lions, and many navy helicopters and other ships. Great experience with staff informing us with the signs of there being wildlife, and they would always tell us if they saw anything. Overall all the staff were very kind.

Yelp
My family and I have a wonderful time on the Flagship cruise. We booked a full Bay tour for 2 hours. The ticket is $38 per adult for both North & South Harbor tour. Our narrator was very informative and knowledgeable. The sound was unclear sometimes, but it was okay. We preferred to enjoy the scenery from the top deck, although it was very sunny but it was such a magical view. They have a concession stand selling snacks and alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages. Everyone on the ship was very friendly and professional. It is a great tour if you are visiting San Diego, definitely you will enjoy your time

Yelp
Captian Kevin and Guide Sophia were wonderful. We went on the 3.5 hour Whale watching(searching) tour and loved it! No Whales but 500 plus common dolphins! Just Amazing and it gets better. A pod of bottle-nose dolphins lead us back to port from the bow of our boat. Great viewing, good sound system, nice snack bar and wonderful day on the water. We all got free ticket to return in the future. I know I will.

Yelp
I went whale watching yesterday and we saw like 5 whales in pretty quick succession once we got out in the ocean. We also saw a ton of sea lions and a dolphin or two. Our guide was very knowledgeable and it was fun to hear her sound excited every time a whale was spotted. It made the trip more fun for us. She also spoke about all of the military boats and aircraft we saw, and I wasn't expecting that. It was a really nice addition. Absolutely wonderful experience and I can't wait to go again
