Stayed her with my family and really liked it. The staff and the manager, Per, were really helpful and the service was excellent. It is located in a more upmarket area of Cairo and is only 30 minutes by taxi from Giza and the pyramids. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Ziad made a lovely omelette for us for breakfast. Amira was super sweet and packaged up pastries without my even asking when I mentioned two family members didn’t make it down in time for breakfast. Mohamed Ibrahim brought extra coffee. Mahmoud stopped by several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Staff is very accommodating!

Reception stuff not helpful. Cleaning is done well if you leave tips, otherwise not very well. Room service is not 30 minutes as indicated but 1 hour . Room that has city view is dark because there’s darkening film on the window and the view is not to the city but to the opposite building (from 4 floor) The location is noisy, not good for sleep. Good thing is that it seems quiet safe and frequently visited

We had a nice stay during our 3 nights here. The room felt quite old and could use some refreshment. The room was really noisy as well and we’ve been woken up by the street noise on several occasions. A big plus was the very friendly and helpful staff, which is rare in Egypt. The location is perfect in central Zamalek.

I loved my stay in the hotel Flamenco. The kindness of the staff, the security, the accommodations and the restaurant are very good. The friendliness of Amira and chef Ziad was one of the best things about my stay at the Flamenco Hotel, too. I left my country, alone, to visit a country with a culture and language completely different from mine. My arrival in the country was very unpleasant because of something that happened and, in general, I found the people very cold and distant. Amira, especially, was very friendly and attentive when I needed it.

First of all, I would like to greet you. Secondly, I would like to extend my greetings to this person, Mr. Ahmed Fawzy, who works in the restaurant on the tenth floor. He is one of the best and most skilled people in the world of tourism and hotels, in my opinion. He also helped me and my wife from the time I entered the restaurant until I left. He also has a gentle smile and is very friendly. I loved this hotel for the sake of Mr. Ahmed Fawzy, and I will return to this hotel again.

Room was quite clean and all facilities were functioning properly. Greatest disappointment was that the cleaning staff simply didn't care to clear the trash in the bin for three days. Repeated requests were of no use. The person in the reception didn't seem to understand English or he was faking as if he didn't understand, very bad indeed, one individual employee for whatever reason, spoiling the reputation of an otherwise good hotel...

The best part of the stay was the wonderful Egyptian breakfast options, and also the attention of chef Ziad.||The rooms are spacious, very clean and modern. Also the view is unbeatable of the Nile!||The location is within walking distance of shops, cafes, etc.||Thank you!
