Flamingo Hostel Kraków

😊: Location was great, very close to the old square. Windows were successfully blocking sounds from the outside, so we actually could get some decent sleep. Place was small, but everything you need for one night stay :). 😢: I've requested double bed, but it was twin connected together, so my partner actually split the bed during the nap and fall over on the floor..

😊: The apartment was lovely, but saying that you may experience noise due to a noisy neighborhood is a strong understatement. Besides the night club downststairs - good location.. 😢: It is located right above a nightclub, so there is noise until 6 a.m. A nice apartment if you are planning an adult stay and going out in the city to party – but with children, it is a really bad idea, and this should have been stated more clearly in the information. Extreamly noisy not just like music nearby - you can hear which song they play and after midnight, it’s only techno and constant thumping until 5–6 a.m. It might be better when it’s not the weekend..

Great location, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I stayed for a whole week, and the listing said the room had a private shower and bathroom, which was not true—mine was shared, and that wasn’t clear when booking. The photos also didn’t match reality. My room was extremely small, with barely enough space to move, no closet, no TV. The walls were so thin I could hear everything from the next room, and even when someone walked by, my bed would shake. They ask guests to be quiet from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., yet there’s a nightclub right under the hostel, which they don’t mention. I even asked to upgrade my room, but the staff refused and didn’t show any willingness to help. Overall, it was a very bad experience

The room was messy and the bathroom had mould all over the place. The 24h desk service they advertised is definitely not 24, and the opening hours are nowhere to be found. Terrible. And the street is wayyyy to loud at night for a comfortable sleep

Do not bother if you want to sleep at night as 4am fighting and screaming is a norm over 2 nights apparently. They charged me 70PLN for late check out despite me feeling awful, dont wait for sympathy |Won't stay again thats for sure

I booked a stay for two nights. The rooms 1 and 2 are located right at the party street so it was extremely noisy during the night even with closed windows. Bad smell in the rooms. Very basic. Location was great right in the heart of the Old Town.

what the hell the homeless guy doing in the shared toilet?! the sense of safity just wanished!!!!woke up because of cigarettes smell from the corridor and when i went to the toilet thats what i found!!! reception is not working after 10pm and who i can icall at night if i would find him there at night?! its disaster mess over here, waiting to reception come back to figure this out

The room was very small, the floor was noisy and we could hear what was happening in the room next to us, (E V E R Y T H I N G) and even in the corridor. The towel that was given to us was dirty but they said that that’s not their fault, and it might have been wine stain, (not so sure wine was BROWN but ok) but they kindly replaced it. The bathrooms at least one of them were big enough, and the bed was not the most clean you could wish for but it was ok, no noise complain except for very low volume music in the evening, and the squeaky floor mentioned before.
