Flamingo Hostel Kraków

The floor of my room is wooden tiles and it makes sounds when you walk and you can even hear the sound to the other room. Tv is useless and the internet is super weak. However the location is perfect if you sleep in this place for one night then it’s fine .

Great location, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I stayed for a whole week, and the listing said the room had a private shower and bathroom, which was not true—mine was shared, and that wasn’t clear when booking. The photos also didn’t match reality. My room was extremely small, with barely enough space to move, no closet, no TV. The walls were so thin I could hear everything from the next room, and even when someone walked by, my bed would shake. They ask guests to be quiet from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., yet there’s a nightclub right under the hostel, which they don’t mention. I even asked to upgrade my room, but the staff refused and didn’t show any willingness to help. Overall, it was a very bad experience

The room was messy and the bathroom had mould all over the place. The 24h desk service they advertised is definitely not 24, and the opening hours are nowhere to be found. Terrible. And the street is wayyyy to loud at night for a comfortable sleep

Do not bother if you want to sleep at night as 4am fighting and screaming is a norm over 2 nights apparently. They charged me 70PLN for late check out despite me feeling awful, dont wait for sympathy |Won't stay again thats for sure

The room was very small, the floor was noisy and we could hear what was happening in the room next to us, (E V E R Y T H I N G) and even in the corridor. The towel that was given to us was dirty but they said that that’s not their fault, and it might have been wine stain, (not so sure wine was BROWN but ok) but they kindly replaced it. The bathrooms at least one of them were big enough, and the bed was not the most clean you could wish for but it was ok, no noise complain except for very low volume music in the evening, and the squeaky floor mentioned before.

I booked a stay for two nights. The rooms 1 and 2 are located right at the party street so it was extremely noisy during the night even with closed windows. Bad smell in the rooms. Very basic. Location was great right in the heart of the Old Town.

Location is the biggest positive point for this hostel. The staff is also very helpful. The only issue is that it is on the first floor and there is no elevator. So if you have heavy luggage or you have any issue climbing stairs you need to think twice before booking. ||

Perfectly clean apartment, in the very center of the city, just a few steps from the main square. The room we were in is spacious with its own bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped. The front desk staff responded quickly to all our questions. Right next to it is a market, beer pub, Burger King, McDonalds. I gladly recommend it to all couples who plan to visit Krakow. :)

We love Poland, but this hostel was okay... Good: late check in (since we arrived around midnight), amount of bathrooms, breakfast was decent, very close to night life/bars/food. Bad: dorm room was hot/smelled, bathrooms could be a little cleaner, a lot of foot traffic in/out hostel (doors slamming), booming music from the club downstairs.
