what the hell the homeless guy doing in the shared toilet?! the sense of safity just wanished!!!!woke up because of cigarettes smell from the corridor and when i went to the toilet thats what i found!!! reception is not working after 10pm and who i can icall at night if i would find him there at night?! its disaster mess over here, waiting to reception come back to figure this out

I booked a stay for two nights. The rooms 1 and 2 are located right at the party street so it was extremely noisy during the night even with closed windows. Bad smell in the rooms. Very basic. Location was great right in the heart of the Old Town.

The room was very small, the floor was noisy and we could hear what was happening in the room next to us, (E V E R Y T H I N G) and even in the corridor. The towel that was given to us was dirty but they said that that’s not their fault, and it might have been wine stain, (not so sure wine was BROWN but ok) but they kindly replaced it. The bathrooms at least one of them were big enough, and the bed was not the most clean you could wish for but it was ok, no noise complain except for very low volume music in the evening, and the squeaky floor mentioned before.

Location is the biggest positive point for this hostel. The staff is also very helpful. The only issue is that it is on the first floor and there is no elevator. So if you have heavy luggage or you have any issue climbing stairs you need to think twice before booking. ||

Everything fine. Location just in center of city. Just if you have plan for party - it's the best. Otherwise, it's little crowd night time. Rooms in pictures looks better. For one night is okay.

Perfectly clean apartment, in the very center of the city, just a few steps from the main square. The room we were in is spacious with its own bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped. The front desk staff responded quickly to all our questions. Right next to it is a market, beer pub, Burger King, McDonalds. I gladly recommend it to all couples who plan to visit Krakow. :)

Couple aged 28 and 31. ||Perfect location down a little street off the square. |Our room was number 11. Directly above a nightclub, unsure if it states this on the website but even if it does it’s not obvious. So something I believe should be included. Nightclub extremely loud and plays music until 3am (and we stayed on weekdays). ||Hotel room was clean with coffee and tea. ||We stayed 3 nights and the room was not cleaned. Not a massive issue, but believe w cleaner should have offered towels. (I understand we could ask ourself but it would have been nice to have been offered / left clean towels). ||Hotel staff were ok. We only saw two females on the reception desk. ||Prior to the holiday we booked the Auschwitz tour through the hotel. On arrival we asked where the pick up station was and if it was a far walk (hotel staff did not know and advised we call the booking people). ||Due to not speaking Polish we requested the hotel staff ring on our behalf to ascertain where we were getting picked up however the staff said they were not able to. This was extremely odd and unhelpful seems we booked through the hotel!!!!

Clean and cheap with great location. We had an issue with the hot water which was solved swiftly however the heating was permanently on and no way of turning off. Receptionists request you to pay again using chip and pin to confirm arrival despite already paying in full online, it doesn’t charge you again, info via email would have been helpful for clarification. There are unfinished bits of decor but it is pleasant overall.
