Flamingo

Came here for a quick mid week drink and to get a quick bite to eat as it was close to the hotel. The staff were friendly, food was fresh and arrived quickly. Generally speaking the food was filling but nothing special. The main issue I had was that it was freezing inside, everyone was sitting with the coats on which is a real shame as the place was beautiful, had nice decor and music a nice ambient level where you could talk at normal volume.

This restaurant offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, complemented by friendly and attentive staff. I enjoyed the vegetable soup and a smos, both of which were satisfying. However, I noticed that the menu is currently quite limited, with no additional dishes available at the moment. This lack of variety is the only reason for my 4-star rating instead of 5, as everything else about the experience was wonderful. I hope the menu expands in the future to offer more options, as I’d love to return and explore a wider range of dishes!

One of my favourite places to be in the city. Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Sometimes the fries taste like old oil, i wish they changed it more often.

We had a great Sunday afternoon at Falamingo. The music was great, the service was super friendly and the vibe was super chill.

Terrible service! Just went to this place for dinner, never again. It all started normally: we arrived, took a seat, scanned the menu and waited to be served. So you'd think... after 10 minutes of trying to wave the waiter while it seemed he was ignoring us(?!), as he was just turning circles behind the bar since there were barely other customers, we finally caught her attention. The only thing he could think of at that moment was just SHOUTING: "You have to order at the bar" in the most unfriendly manner possible. That, in normal cases would have been the point where I would just walk off, but my company was in a hurry so we decided to get the food anyway. There was no indication that ordering at the bar is the policy, not on the menu, the table, door, bar, ... Just the biggest not-my-job mentality I've ever seen. You can't run a restaurant without basics customer service or hospitality. Concerning the beef burger I had. It was fine and at least in was real ground beef. However for one or two extra euros you get a much better burger at Ellis Gourmet Burger near Saint Catherine with the side dish included.

A good spot to have dinner and start your night. Burgers and fries are as exquisite as their white & blonde draft beer even if you have to carry it yourself since there’s no table service.

The atmosphere was good but serving only at the bar with exaggerated prices!!! That for 2 Duvels beers the was being poured with tap cost 18€ I can’t imagine that would will cost me only 8€ in some good bars in Brussels. Avoid ! Tourist trap

Super place for drinks. Nice terrace. They have reopened to former size by taking over the Balls & Glory next door. Weird comment buy hey... : going bathroom is very dangerous. Stairs start immediately at the push door (=first step is a stair down) and no warning whatsoever.

Gross, sticky, loud rude, bad tasting food. How do I give this place negative stars? Do not waste your time. The donburi was cold, made with chunks of canned tomatoes (like they were just dumped out of the can), and the egg was ice cold. The sauce was just sugar. The ramen noodles were all balled up together. The tables were sticky and gross, covered with crumbs and pieces of food. Eater beware!

Very good al food : lunch (The pistolet & soup formula is unbeatable) and dinner ( burgers with colored buns ) - Good coffee from Mok -Incredible happy hour ( cocktails 5eurol and beers 1,60 ) All of them served by a lovely staff
