A very well situated hotel on the outskirts of the old city centre. This enabled it to be quiet and yet close to all the places of interest. The hotel room was large enough and there was a bath in the ensuite. Breakfast is excellent. Having been to Paris the price of the room was very reasonable. Lastly the reception staff always had time to explain and help where they could.|It always helps having a bar attached with a "Happy hour".

An excellent stay in a lovely city.Friendly, helpful staff and high-quality service in a central location.Breakfast was great, the rooms are comfortable and the hotel is generally well-kept and spotless. The pool is an amazing amenity and although it was a busy weekend in September, the hotel was pleasantly quiet.|The reception staff were extremely welcoming amd went out of their way to help us.Would 100% recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights as a mini honeymoon. The hotel is perfectly located to explore the beautiful town without needing to use the car. Everything is so close and it’s easy to take in all its beauty as you walk along the cobblestone streets.|The hotel is very clean and well presented with very friendly staff is made a lovely stay. The room we had was a decent size and very well decorated. There was plenty of storage and a beautiful bathroom with a large walk in Shower.

Wonderful boutique hotel near the center of the old town of Brugge. Near, the town square, bell tower, etc.. Many sites and sights to see. And visit nearby. The hotelier was very helpful in guiding us so that our stay was most enjoyable. Breakfast can be expensive but looked wonderful. So many great restaurants around . When in Brugge, drink the beer from Brugge. Taste the classic Belgium meals, enjoy the great Belgium hospitality. This hotel is quiet, clean and on Langestraat - a curvacious cobble stone street. Rooms are smallish…but that does not take away from it’s nostalgic charm.

Another enjoyable stay at our favourite hotel in Brugge. Friendly staff who always give us a warm welcome when we visit. 10 minute stroll to the main square. Off road parking. Excellent and extensive buffet breakfast. Well appointed rooms. Situated in a quiet part of the city.

I stopped by this hotel as a tourist in Bruges and politely asked the reception if they could help me print just one page – a document with a QR code required for tomorrow’s visit to one of Belgium’s famous monasteries. This is part of the country’s cultural and touristic heritage, not just a random paper. To my surprise, the staff simply refused, saying “we don’t print.” For a 4-star hotel in a city that lives from tourism, this is very disappointing and shows a complete lack of hospitality and support for visitors. Even a small gesture of assistance would have left a positive impression, but instead I felt unwelcome. I cannot recommend this place to travelers who expect even basic courtesy.

Great, helpful and very cheerful staff. Rooms are lovely and comes with free biscuits and tea. Breakfast is amazing as well and has a bit for everyone.

Yelp
Not recommended. This is a generic four-star hotel at best, apparent by the utter mediocrity of the interior design. Unfortunately, the real problem is the near-impertinence, unfriendliness and hostility of the staff, especially the management. Thus, a stay in Bruges easily morphs into a nightmare of Kafkaesque proportions or, to stay in Belgium, Hieronymus Bosch-like dimensions. No, but no thanks - there are better alternatives in this town for sure!

Yelp
I cannot say enough good things about the service and hospitality of the staff at the hotel. They are really helpful. Knowing that reservations are essential in Bruges, we selected three different restaurants to try. All were film for the evening. While we were discussing possible plans B, the phone rang in our room. The hotel had checked with one of the places and asked about us coming earlier. Could we do so? Why yes we could. And had a delightful meal in in den wittenkop. Getting up early, I asked about where to get a coffee. The hotel person said could I wait a few minutes, of course. I sat in the lobby and read, a few minutes later a full pot of coffee came out with cream and sugar. Very nice. The rooms themselves are pretty traditional nothing fancy, but all the normal comforts and amenities. I'm giving the five stars for the service which deserves to be rewarded. The breakfast is excellent as well with many hot and cold items, fresh fruit and breads. Hotel location is very good. Away from the fray in the grand place, but only a ten minute walk. There's a great beer bar just 100 meters to the right as you exit the hotel. The windmills along the canal are another 7-10 minute walk in that same direction.

Yelp
This hotel is amazing. Located right in the city. Walking distance from everything. The rooms are spectacular, very modern contemporary. Breakfast in the morning is wknderful, so many options and the bar is great, they have happy hour as well. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I definitely will be back.

Yelp
I stayed at Flanders Hotel for one night only (Friday night). Like everyone says, the room is located just outside the touristy part of Bruges on a quiet street. Bruges is small anyway, so it's not an inconvenient location. The hotel has everything you need- rentable adapters, hairdryer that works well in room, even umbrellas in the room. They did a nice job going an extra mile to provide a book inside the room where it is written inside an organized list by the service/item you are looking to buy in Bruges and the address of the shop where you can purchase them. When you check-in, they give you a card that you can use for discounts at the museums, shops etc in town, but we found it's only 1-2 EUR discount at most places. There is an indoor pool as well, but we didn't use it because it's really small and can get awkward with more than four people inside at one time. My only issue was that we stayed in room 115, I believe it is on top of the restaurant area, and we could hear every conversation word-for-word that went on downstairs under us. This was annoying but still OK. Also, the breakfast is good and served from 8-11 AM; they had eggs, bacon, deli meats, all cheeses (even brie yum), hot and cold drinks, chocolate croissants, etc. I wish they had a waffle maker though ;) Pretty much everything you could want for breakfast honestly. Our room was spacious enough for two people, and the bed was about a queen size, but I noticed they had pushed together two smaller full- or twin-size beds to make the one bed. I think we paid 100 EUR for one night. The room was clean and they also provide a hot water heater, coffee, and tea complimentary in room so you can make it in the morning. The room isn't fancy, but clean and spacious, and definitely quaint. WiFi signal was good in room. Good quality for price. I would recommend this hotel for couples or families, and I would stay again.

Yelp
We enjoyed our night in the Flanders Hotel. With friendly and helpful staff, the rooms were well appointed with a good shower, WiFi and tea making facilities. A fine breakfast. Off street parking (€14). A 5 min walk along cobbled streets to the centre of Brugge; a must see city. Great value!
