Flanigan’s Resort & Spa is all about location and charm. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and our room (208) was spacious with a balcony view that I kept coming back to between adventures. Being just a short walk from the Zion National Park entrance and nearby food spots was a huge plus.||Little touches stood out—free washers and dryers (with softener available for purchase), a cozy noise machine, and even a small hike right behind the resort. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I didn’t want to get up for those early morning hikes.||Parking, however, was a bit of a puzzle—sometimes we had to park below and trek back up to our room. While the experience was overall excellent, I can’t say I’d return at the same price point. You’re paying for convenience and setting more than anything else.

Stayed here for 2 nights and really liked the hotel. The guys at the desk, Russ and Zebadiah were extremely helpful. They gave us tips on the park and told us about the off the beaten path park, Kolob canyon. We stayed in the new wing with the mountain view which was very upscale. The hotel is right at the entrance to the park and walking distance to shopping too. Very convenient. This helps because parking in Zion is a challenge. Their Spotted Dog restaurant is on the property and was great especially convenient after a long drive. Reviewed separately . Having laundry on site was also helpful. They even gave us a discount for breakfast at Oscar's restaurant which was good too. Pool and hot tub on site are nice. The view from the property was great. The mountain view rooms are pricey which may be a concern but less expensive ones are available. Would definitely stay here again. Kudos.

We had a two night stay here in late August and everything was perfect. We were in one of the new rooms at the back of the property. The room was well stocked, tastefully decorated, bed incredibly comfortable (like being wrapped in a cloud) and had a stunning view from both the front and back patio. We even got to watch a baby deer hiding in the sage brush. We took advantage of dinner on property at Spotted Dog, which was delicious, and had a couples massage at their spa, which was the perfect addition to our weekend getaway away. The property is steps away from the entrance to Zion and feels like a carved out piece of paradise. If you want to treat yourself to a luxurious stay then this is absolutely the place to be.

Flanigans Inn & Spa is about location & views & relaxation. Everyone is so kind & helpful. It’s a beautiful place to return to from a busy day of hiking & driving. But if you don’t want to drive there is so much to do without getting in your car! The spa was wonderful & caring about your body’s needs from all that travel & hiking. Thank you for sharing this wonderful haven.

Amazing trip to Zion & Flanigans so close to park entrance. Our room was one of the newer ones & was gorgeous & modern & clean with lots of wildlife visiting our back patio daily (deer) which was an added bonus. Resort was lovely all around with friendly staff, close to everything & a Zion shuttle bus stop across the street. Additionally, Spotted Dog cafe was really good! Lots of GREAT food options in Springdale. Would definitely recommend!

After experiencing one night in a lodge that was completely misrepresented, we came across Flanigan's Resort and Spa, which fortunately had a vacancy. Russ was friendly, professional and attentive to our needs, wanting our stay to be exceptional.||The room was clean and comfortable, with good amenities as well as the quietest room refrigerator we have ever had in our travels.||We also enjoyed the property and views, including the labyrinth and hot tub after our hikes in Zion National Park.||Lots of improvements going on currently, but did not impact us as we were not in the room during the day, but enjoying Zion. Property is right along the shuttle line as well.||If we do return to Zion, will definitely book again, especially with more renovated spaces in the fall and their new Spa space next year.||So grateful we came across Flanigan's Resort and Spa. It completely turned our visit to the area from awful to excellent.

We had the most amazing breathwork session with Ryan Bean at Flanigan’s Resort & Spa in Springdale, Utah. The experience was held outdoors with breathtaking views of Zion National Park, which made it even more powerful and grounding. Ryan (Instagram: @ryanbeanyoga) guided us through the session with such calm, positive energy it was truly transformative. The staff at the spa were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. The property itself is absolutely beautiful peaceful, well-maintained, and surrounded by nature. If you’re staying at Flanigan’s, you have to sign up for a session with Ryan.. it’s an unforgettable experience that perfectly complements the serene setting of Zion. 🌿🧘‍♀️✨

We spent the past weekend here celebrating our anniversary and really enjoyed our stay in a king deluxe balcony room. Check-in was seamless after a 2.5 hr drive from Vegas and Tiffani was so kind whenever we asked questions throughout our stay. The room was nice and the balcony had a great view of the canyons. The bathroom was small but fit our needs. The TV had stream capability, which was nice when we wanted to unwind with Netflix after a day of hiking Zion. There was an electric kettle with coffee and delicious tea options - major points in my book. The resort was across and down the street from the Springdale shuttle stop 3 and we even walked to the park our first day so the location was perfect. Check-out was easy and they even allowed us to leave our car for a few hours (even said up to a day) so we can get in another hike at Zion. The staff was amazing. We will definitely return here in the future!
