overall, a nice place with a great location :) We got a good deal (promotion of get 2 nights, 3rd is free) which is why we picked it and it was a really calm area - not crowded at all, serene. prob due to it being low season. Lovely setting, really liked the fountain and garden. Great tea selection in lobby. Generally nice staff!! Too bad the restaurant closed the day we arrived :( menu seemed yum! Courtyard rooms are OK, nothing luxurious (the setting outside and the hot tub added the Luxury)- plainly decorated. A bit dark (which was nice to sleep in). Sound machine is a great touch, and water available. Beds are big but not firm enough for us and we felt the pillows and comforter are lumpy which isn’t our fav (but that’s personal preference) Wished we had a view from our room but view from the area is amazing. the main big benefit in high season is that is 10 min to the zion NP entrance A few ants in Room but we did eat in there Overall we were pleased but weren’t wowed . Prob wouldn’t pay full price.

Beautiful view from our 2nd floor room. Grounds lush and serene, hot tub great for our cool nights. Pool area very nice! Room was big, comfy bed. Staff wonderful too. Ate at on site Spotted Dog twice for dinner, fresh farm to fork options were delicious! Especially the meatloaf and cheesecake! We will not hesitate to stay here again!!!

We loved our stay at Flanigan’s. Our friend recommended this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic: it is close enough to the park entrance that you can walk in, but if you prefer, the shuttle is also very convenient - right there on Zion Park Blvd. Once we arrived at the hotel, we could walk to various dinner options, shops, and a great coffee shop. Our room was wonderful: very spacious and comfortable. And I really loved how peaceful this hotel felt. There were so many outdoor spaces that you could enjoy. I wish we had planned extra time to just stay at the hotel and enjoy the indoor and outdoor amenities. And next time, I’d love to book a service at the resort’s spa - I saw it had great reviews. ||This trip was our first visit to Zion, and of course, there is so much that we didn’t see. Whenever we make it back, we’ll definitely try to book here again.

I stayed in one of the desert king rooms and had the best night!! Im not sure where to begin. The bed, pillows, bathroom the view!!! At night I went out the back sliding door and laid back on the lounge and looked at the stars. So many beautiful details were put into the room to make it so comfortable. I ate dinner at The Spotted Dog which is located on the property. The food and drinks and staff are amazing!! The location puts the property over the top with just steps to the park entrance. All the staff I talked to was amazing and so nice and helpful. If you want to see Zion and really get the full experience you have to stay at Flanigan's!!! Loved it!!

We had a two night stay here in late August and everything was perfect. We were in one of the new rooms at the back of the property. The room was well stocked, tastefully decorated, bed incredibly comfortable (like being wrapped in a cloud) and had a stunning view from both the front and back patio. We even got to watch a baby deer hiding in the sage brush. We took advantage of dinner on property at Spotted Dog, which was delicious, and had a couples massage at their spa, which was the perfect addition to our weekend getaway away. The property is steps away from the entrance to Zion and feels like a carved out piece of paradise. If you want to treat yourself to a luxurious stay then this is absolutely the place to be.

Flanigan‘s is an absolutely fantastic place to stay! The hot tub was fantastic, the maid service was exceptional (kudos to Martha!) Hopefully you get Martha as your housekeeper because she took such good care of us with fresh water every day and tea and other amenities. she is a true gem! I can’t say enough about this fantastic place to spend your Zion vacation.

Flanigan’s Resort & Spa is all about location and charm. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and our room (208) was spacious with a balcony view that I kept coming back to between adventures. Being just a short walk from the Zion National Park entrance and nearby food spots was a huge plus.||Little touches stood out—free washers and dryers (with softener available for purchase), a cozy noise machine, and even a small hike right behind the resort. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I didn’t want to get up for those early morning hikes.||Parking, however, was a bit of a puzzle—sometimes we had to park below and trek back up to our room. While the experience was overall excellent, I can’t say I’d return at the same price point. You’re paying for convenience and setting more than anything else.

Stayed here for 2 nights and really liked the hotel. The guys at the desk, Russ and Zebadiah were extremely helpful. They gave us tips on the park and told us about the off the beaten path park, Kolob canyon. We stayed in the new wing with the mountain view which was very upscale. The hotel is right at the entrance to the park and walking distance to shopping too. Very convenient. This helps because parking in Zion is a challenge. Their Spotted Dog restaurant is on the property and was great especially convenient after a long drive. Reviewed separately . Having laundry on site was also helpful. They even gave us a discount for breakfast at Oscar's restaurant which was good too. Pool and hot tub on site are nice. The view from the property was great. The mountain view rooms are pricey which may be a concern but less expensive ones are available. Would definitely stay here again. Kudos.
