Flanigan's Resort and Spa Springdale UT - Hotel Zion National Park

Amazing trip to Zion & Flanigans so close to park entrance. Our room was one of the newer ones & was gorgeous & modern & clean with lots of wildlife visiting our back patio daily (deer) which was an added bonus. Resort was lovely all around with friendly staff, close to everything & a Zion shuttle bus stop across the street. Additionally, Spotted Dog cafe was really good! Lots of GREAT food options in Springdale. Would definitely recommend!

We had a two night stay here in late August and everything was perfect. We were in one of the new rooms at the back of the property. The room was well stocked, tastefully decorated, bed incredibly comfortable (like being wrapped in a cloud) and had a stunning view from both the front and back patio. We even got to watch a baby deer hiding in the sage brush. We took advantage of dinner on property at Spotted Dog, which was delicious, and had a couples massage at their spa, which was the perfect addition to our weekend getaway away. The property is steps away from the entrance to Zion and feels like a carved out piece of paradise. If you want to treat yourself to a luxurious stay then this is absolutely the place to be.

We spent the past weekend here celebrating our anniversary and really enjoyed our stay in a king deluxe balcony room. Check-in was seamless after a 2.5 hr drive from Vegas and Tiffani was so kind whenever we asked questions throughout our stay. The room was nice and the balcony had a great view of the canyons. The bathroom was small but fit our needs. The TV had stream capability, which was nice when we wanted to unwind with Netflix after a day of hiking Zion. There was an electric kettle with coffee and delicious tea options - major points in my book. The resort was across and down the street from the Springdale shuttle stop 3 and we even walked to the park our first day so the location was perfect. Check-out was easy and they even allowed us to leave our car for a few hours (even said up to a day) so we can get in another hike at Zion. The staff was amazing. We will definitely return here in the future!

10 minute walk to visitors center- no need to drive and fuss with parking at the park. Shuttle service directly outside the resort. Our family of 4, with 2 adult children, stayed in Villa 2 for 4 nights. This villa was the perfect space for us- plentiful living space, upstairs master bed/ensuite, and first floor bedroom with two twins and full bathroom allowed plenty of room for us to enjoy one another and have privacy. Full kitchen, patio and our own backyard zoo! Mama deer and two babies, plus chickens and squirrels entertained us every morning and evening. Cleaning service on request was easy and front desk staff helpful. Highly recommend. Would stay here again. Spotted dog is hotel restaurant. Had an amazing dinner one night!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Flanigan’s. It felt like this place was tailor made for me! There were so many wonderful small touches - from the yoga mats in the room, the sound machine and delicious tea with electric tea kettle - we had everything we could need. My family stayed in 2 rooms for one night when visiting Zion, and our only complaint was that we could only stay the one night! The staff was lovely and so accommodating, and even came to grab us as we were about to head to the park to tell us our rooms were ready and we could check in early. I also bought just about every bath product I could fit in my luggage - everything was synthetic fragrance free and smelled delicious, which is a rare find for me! There is no if I will be returning, only a when to this zen little oasis tucked into busy Springdale.

My wife and I had a wonderful 3 day stop here at the midway point of our recent Southwest American trip. Set in an Amazing location, Flanigans is a stunning little resort with excellent facilities, pleasant grounds and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room with balcony was perfect for us. Staff were all courteous and helpful. We are so glad we chose to stay in Springdale - it was one of our favourite destinations located in a picturesque setting just outside Zion national park with plenty of amenities for such a small town. Highly recommended👍🏻

My husband and I stayed here recently for the art and earth fest. We really enjoyed the room. It was an easy walk to the village/park entrance. The market next door offered wonderful breakfast options. The coffee was great, the room was very comfortable and quiet. They even had a noise machine to help me sleep because it was "so" quiet. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked really nice. We hiked up the top to see the maze and loved the view.

My husband and I spent two nights. Our room was average, but the location and grounds were great. The staff was exceptional helping us navigate the park. We opted for the couples massage after a day of hiking which I cannot give enough praise. Do a massage!! Dinner at The Spotted Dog was delicious. I would stay again!
