Flash Hotel

The restaurant staff were always busy but not too busy to help. Reception staff efficient and polite. The maid service was extremely good and quick. The buffet at all meal times was hot and always fresh. A wide choice to suit many palates. Excellent position to get to where you might want to wander.

Location perfect. Cleanliness perfect. Staff perfect. Food was the let down. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat, but only on a room only basis. The food was the biggest letdown, although some ingredients were of an ok quality, some were not. The biggest problem I had was with the food temperature, everything was just lukewarm. The soup was the warmest food I had during the week we were there. Would definitely return on a room only basis though.

First time staying here since the rebranded flash hotel , was called rosaire when i stayed as my first foreign holiday many years ago.This is a fair review to help. I was very disappointed not to get a reply to the email sent to the hotel just a normal email asking about our stay and possibilities they could accommodate our requests. I was anxious when i saw reviews coming in about the hotel and it started to make me think i had made a mistake. I do feel it's a bad policy if you pay an extra 20 euro you can have a room , rather than wait until 4pm , i must say we did it because we wanted the best room. we could get. The receptionist that checked us in was lovely ,we were happy that our room was spacious enough ,fridge and safe , nothing got stolen as this was a concern having seen previous reviews. We were only there for 3 nights the little noise from Morgan's did not bother us , might have if staying a fortnight. All the staff we came across were polite. The location is fantastic and I have been able to swap lunch for dinner, a big plus factor. Food room for imrovement it needs to be hot , we had to ask for microwave to be put on to make hotter. We would stop again if price right so could eat out

Just back from staying here for 4 nights ,got into our room at 4pm spacious and clean room ,once out on balcony the glass was disgusting and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for weeks ,stains all over it . We stayed in room 611 and wasnt cleaned during our 4 nights and beds not changed once. Had to ask for towels,not changedcin our 4 nights . .We normally went out around 10am so no excuse for not to be cleaned.,food in restaurant was OK ,mostly not very warm,breakfast was OK ,prices in bar were good and 2 happy hours a day entertainment was singers afternoon and evening. Lifts r so slow so sometimes used the stairs .Would I stay here again ,NO. Better hotels in same area.

Hotel in a great location, staff friendly but not that clean, food crap I could have knocked someone out with bread roll and pizza! Bar only takes cash bit odd and the so call gym seems to be knackered to say the least! Defo not a gym as I know it!

Just back for a xmas bread. Staff so kind and hekpfull. Our Walter Edu very nice and always with a smile. Hotel good location and food so good. Will defo come back next season.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Food is lovely and hot and lots of choice. |I can't fault anything about it. Staff are great and it's in a great location. |We will be back!

Stayed here for a few days on a full board package. Rooms were nice and food was decent enough. Not the hugest choice of food but what's there is tasty and well worth it for what you pay. Only a couple of downsides- apart from breakfast you have to pay for any drinks you want at lunch/dinner (even water), and the glass on the balcony wasn't clean. Location is decent for the beach and the strip.
