Flash Hotel

The Flash Hotel is central, and noisy. Travelled with elderly mum and sister for birthday. We were treated like 3rd class citizens when trying to get breakfast or dinner. No tables unless you were vips? Who knew? Disgusting way to treat people. Waiting more than 30 minutes for a table to sit at whilst everyone else was seated. There was a sectioned off area for VIPs that we couldn't sit in even with an 80+ old mother. Never again in my life would I return here. We had to eat out for the duration of our trip and the restaurant manager was an evil rude man. Good luck to you if you go here! We never will.

The Flash Hotel is such a lovely, welcomimg place It really felt like a home away from home. But what truly made our stay stand out was the wonderful team in the dining room. They're an absolute credit to the extra mile to make aire you're looked after. The food was top-notch too! A massive thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special"

Even one star seems a stretch we checked out early and paid to fly home after 3 days of been in this hotel the food is awful unfriendly staff we was charged to check in early or be made to wait another 4 1/2 hours the noise is constant and the water was off more than on . While the room looks. Clean inside of draws where dirty and sticky handles big brown stained rings on the bathroom counter tops . This has been my worst experience of a holiday and glad to be sat at the airport going home . Also the bed is rock hard you would get a better sleep in reception than in the rooms them self .

Just like to say we came here on 18th December 2025 and we leave on 29th January 2026.|The hotel is fantastic value for money. The staff are so helpful and friendly and soon become good friends. Nothing is too much trouble. Facilities are great and the food always good and plenty of choice.|We use the bar every day and the bar staff are fabulous. They are always cheery and friendly and work so hard. As do all the staff. The bar staff especially made our stay so memorable and enjoyable. Well done to you all.

Great location at the start of this trip and just five minutes from the beach

Lovely hotel but rooms didn't get cleaned we asked the maid in corridor and she said wasn't allowed to touch room because there was personal things in it terrible comment! Never heard that one before had to ask her for towels never even made our beds so wasn't much of a holiday having to clean our own room won't be back!!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Flash Hotel in Benidorm, made even better thanks to Sarah. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail really stood out, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her.|Sarah genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable, and thanks to her, everything ran smoothly and without fault. She is a real credit to the hotel, and her outstanding service made our trip truly memorable. Top-tier experience! The hotel is truly wonderful , especially thanks to the ouststanding staff. The waiters are incredibly profesional and attentive, making every meal a pleasure . It IS a fantastic place for a comfortable and high-quality stay
