This store is amazing and I am beyond impressed. Another reviewer called it a treasure on Long Island and I fully agree. I had a wonderful experience trading a Nintendo Switch 2 game for store credit. Great trade in value on games and great prices on games for sale. Super knowledgable and friendly team members that were so kind to me and the several families with children that were in the store at the same time as me. Stocked with a large selection of games for so many game systems and the game system machines. I personally loved browsing the selection of Atari, Nintendo and Super Nintendo games. It was a fun and happy atmosphere inside. Can't wait to return. Good amount of free parking in a lot in the back. Entrance to parking is on the left side of the building if you are looking at the building.

FlashBack is the best game store around and I had an amazing experience in my recent visit! It's impossible to go here and not leave with a smile. 1) The owners and staff are so awesome. They strike a nice balance between being extremely knowledgeable about games while also being friendly and kind to newcomers, which is rare to see in my experience at other places like this. 2) The store itself is so well organized and even just browsing around is a fun trip full of nostalgia. I was pleasantly surprised at the fair pricing and how much stuff you could get for whatever your budget might be. In my recent visit I traded in a bunch of stuff and was given such a great trade-in credit. 3) The games and consoles they sell are well cleaned and presented nicely. You can tell that care and refurb was put into each item, which counts for a lot in my book. Overall, it was amazing and I'll definitely be back!!!

This is the BEST video game store on Long Island BY FAR and there isn’t even a close second! Amazing and vast supply of every system console and catalog of games you’ll ever find!!! I’ve been to them all and this is THE place to go for quality, fair pricing and most importantly FRIENDLINESS! Do yourself a favor and just go there and see for yourself! It has quickly become my favorite gaming store on LI and I think it will be yours too!

Flashback Gaming helped my buddy out in a pinch when his motherboard in his brand new prebuilt PC came shoddily assembled. They were courteous, welcoming, and most of all knowledgeable!!! They helped him out in no time and for a great price too. I know how stressed he was about the situation so I couldn’t recommend them more.

So I needed my pc soldered because the company that built my pc didn’t do such a great job piecing everything together, I brought it to Flashback and they did the job for me stupendously. Best gaming store store in the city. Amazing customer service, super attentive to your needs and the nicest and most helpful people you can count on. I would 1,000% shop again here. I would honestly just go back to hang out with both the owners Christina and Alex because they make you feel like family. 1,000,000 out of 10 experience if you ask me. Thank you guys!

I don’t normally make reviews but I just had to for this place! They have everything you need, from modern games to games all the way from the era of Atari. All with pretty good prices all things considered. The people who work there are also really nice. I can’t recommend buying anything from here more!

These guys are some of the most decent people around. I really enjoy going here. They have everything you need for retro or modern gaming - excellent selection across the board. They are the #1 gaming store on the Island. I could not recommend them enough!

Boogie2988Francis threw me out of his store after five minutes because I was asking a little bit too much for my video game. When I had told him I drove a long way to be there his only reply was "good" and put the video game I was there for away. If you're looking to haggle and have an I.Q. in the triple digits don't stopover because "They don't do that here!"

Best customer service that you are going to find at a game store on Long Island. Awesome selection, in store console repairs. Love this place!!!

Good location, great value for games and great selection of video games to choose from

I called this store randomly in the afternoon today. Speak with a young lady who was quite knowledgeable about my ps5 overheat issues. Dropped my ps5 off and they took a look at it while I went to the bank. They told me that the issue was only it needed a deep cleaning which they were able to do a great job. Rather than upcharge me and add a charge for thermal paste or something like that, they just were honest. Brought the ps5 back home and it works fine. Would definitely recommend them for the overheat troubleshoot and fix (mine was a slim with a ton of dust internally). They were really friendly and were cool to talk to while I looked around their store during the cleaning. A lot of cool things in that space. Check it out.

All I have to say is, hands down, this is the best gaming store that I've ever been too of my experiences! When I've first walked in! They've greeted me a welcoming into their store and I've end up asking so many questions regarding about Video games, accessories and etc. They've answered all of my questions and explain to me clearly and honesty! Not only they've helped me with my purchases, they've even helped me with trade ins and were able to fix my small handhelds and controllers and light guns. There're pretty handy! Their prices are fair and great! I'll be sure to come again soon! Thank you for your help and making my experiences a pleasant to remember! I've highly recommended to anyone if you're into gaming or wanted to check something out! In this picture, they've gave me a light gun that I was looking for and they've completely fix and tested it out! I was excited to try it out and couldn't be anymore happier!

Where to begin I met alex and the team about a little more then a year ago and I haven't looked back. Best prices on the market hands down. I've gone to other shops where the prices are just flat out ridiculous even worse then Ebay. I've bought so many exclusive titles here for a fair price. Only retro video game store I invest my money in. Team is super knowledgeable friendly and put customer service first. Thank you team for always making my visit great have recommended all my friends and family and not one has had a complaint great place to buy retro games and learn about any system your curious about.

What a nostalgic trip looking through all the games and consoles this store had. Great selection of retro games. The owners are really friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in. Definitely a cool concept considering there aren't many gaming stores in the Western Suffolk area, worth the trip!

Absolutely love this video game store! It's honestly my absolute favorite video game store. I ventured out to this store all the way from Ronkonkoma just to shop here. They had almost every video game I was looking for and more. I ended up buying 3 PS1 games, 2 N64 games, 1 GameCube game, and a Ganondorf figurine for a very reasonable price. Christina and Alex are the best. They are so friendly and helpful. They are very reasonable with their prices and trade in credit. I've known them ever since they used to be known as The Cartridge Family at Lala's Flea Market in Farmingville. They still continue to impress me with their amazing customer service and wide selection of reasonably priced retro and modern video games, consoles, accessories, and figurines. Also, love the layout and design of the new store along with the arcade machines. Thank you Christina and Jose for an amazing and nostalgic video game shopping experience! Stopped in for my first time while out in Northport. Really good selection of both loose and complete games for any console! Friendly cashier with fair pricing. I'll definitely be stopping in next time I'm in town.

Perfect mix of old and new stuff. Staff was super helpful and accommodating, any store that I can buy a Mother Amiibo and FIFA 2010 for the psp is a good place.

Absolutely love this place. The owners are super nice, great conversation there and memory talks. They were extremely nice to my kids, let them take a couple small toys for free. Great advice, clean store. Prices are hit or miss but it's understandable being the unique business they're in. They have tons of games, gaming systems. Great even just for a walk through with your kids.
