Flatiron Penthouse

Lovely space! Very cozy, still high-end, the kitchen area is a great bonus, and the loft is perfect. The only downside is that the load-in situation is weird and the elevator is tiny. This wouldn't be an issue for everyone, definitely worth it for many people, so I highly recommend it! The exposed brick and other details were really beautiful.

It was very clean & well decorated. I didn't like the attendant's attitude since she snatched my friend's coat from me. Other than that, I had a good time.

Threw my birthday party at Lucky Guy. The team was extremely professional, responded quickly, and made it very easy for me. The venue came with two hostesses which bartended the entire night, cleaned up, and made my night stress-free. Would recommend their venue and team to anyone!

Great venue (Lucky Guy) and A+ team! From beginning to end the process with Wolf Hospitality was seamless. Kalin was responsive and professional during booking and initial discovery. Vibeke, the event manager, was communicative, transparent, and amazingly helpful. Our hostesses during the event were courteous and great with all the guests. Lucky Guy was a cool and unique spot, clean, and perfect for the milestone birthday party I was planning. Looking forward to other events where I might be able to check out Wolf's additional venues. This place is, hands down, a hidden gem and a spectacular choice for any event you desire. The location is set in the heart of Flatiron District with a beautiful view of 23rd street. The loft is sophisticated and well put together. I loved the aesthetics throughout the loft (great for pictures). From the first time I got in touch with Wolf Hospitality to the very end, I can honestly say it was such a pleasant experience. The communication was fast and Wolf Hospitality does everything possible to accommodate. Having them offer two hosts to assist us with the event was super helpful and stress-free. It allowed us to enjoy the event a little extra and the two hosts, Christine and B were so friendly. We booked our event for 4 hours but my guests were having such a great time that we added an extra hour. I will not hesitate to book through Wolf Hospitality in the future, and I recommend you do so as well. Thank you for everything! Vibeke and his staff are straight up amazing. Communication was always on point. Catered to my needs as much as possible. Being at the location, his staff (Grace and her team) were friendly, sociable and engaged. Everything you can ask for. I would love to plan all my future events here. I recommend it to anyone and everyone! Thank you again for making my night memorable. Words can't describe how much it meant to me.

Lisa and the staff at Wolf Hospitality were amazing. The venue we were exploring using was the Lucky Guy event space on 23rd street. The space was lovely and the staff was extremely helpful. My group and I ask a ton of questions and change plans a hundred times, and the team at Lucky Guy were nothing short of professional and patient the entire time. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place for a private part in Flatiron. The packages the team put together were a great value.

I visited Wolf Hospitality's Lucky Guy and HOUSE39 locations, and ended up renting out the HOUSE39 location for my bridal shower. I'll start off by saying that both spaces are stunning. The Lucky Guy location has a modern, sleek appearance, while the other location has kind of a 1920s speakeasy feel. It's been a month since my shower and I'm still getting feedback from my guests about how impressed they were with the venue. Besides the amazing look of the space...the WOLF Hospitality Staff are what really made the event. Every member I interacted with, whether on the phone, via text, or in person, was extremely kind, personable, professional, and accommodating. Would 100% recommend their venues to anyone looking to have a beautiful, smooth-running, fun-filled event or get-together of any sort, really!

I threw my husbands surprise birthday here and the space was amazing! Everyone love it! The management team was great and very responsive. Overall would highly recommend!!
