Basic rooms but clean. Paid extra for sea view and did explain it was a surprise 21st birthday and could they decorate the birthday booking room. Said they'd make it extra special but nothing on arrival. Would have happily paid extra. The staff were an friendly, reception manned 24/7. Would stay again as location is perfect opposite the beach, best nice coffee/bars/restaurants but walkable to the strip.

This little hotel is such a gem. Right oppisite the beach in the old town a stones throw away from bars and restaurants, wirh bus stop right outside.The rooms are tidy and big enough, lovely powerfull shower. Fridge. You can ask for a kettle and mugs. |Beds are confortable.|2nd time ive stayed we were on second floor . Lovely sitting on the balcony at sun set. Will def be back xx

Friendly staff, 24 hr reception, currently undergoing some smsll refirbishments to cater for customers requiring easy access rooms. |Rooms were large, spacious and the balcony views were stunning. Very clean room, coffee n tea facilities can be requested at reception. Theres is a frudge in the room for your own use. There is a safe in the room and keys must be handed in to reception when you go out and about. They request guests be quiet inbetween the hours of 10pm-10am. Air con and TVs are also in the room.|Location was perfect, just a step away to poiente beach ( quiter beach) with cafes and restaurants. A 5 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurantes and cafes in town and levante beach ( main beach). An ATM and small supermarket within 2 minute walk from complex. Close enough to party but far enough to enjoy a good nights sleep.|We loved the views, size of room, ckeanliness, friendly staff and great location.

Budget hotel in a brilliant location just past dove park. Stayed here 4 times now and can recommend you pay for a sea view room if they have any left . |Bus stop right outside . Rooms clean. Reception staff always polite . Free safe.

Stayed for 4 nights in September 2025. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is amazing on the beach front and close to great bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Only downside was that the wifi wasn’t a great connection and it kept cutting off. It only stayed connected for a few minutes before cutting out again. Very annoying when I was on a solo trip and my family members wanted to keep in touch with me. My grandma and mother were not impressed with this and wanted to know where I was. Also the air con didn’t blow much cold air out of it and went off during the night leaving me waking up sweltering hot. Location is worth the money but could do with a kettle and coffee sachets as I need a morning coffee asap but thanks you for a great stay overall.

Excellent location for the beach, bars and shopping in the old town. Clean with a good shower and even better price. Ask for a kettle upon arrival it’s not provided. Definitely worth upgrading to a sea view

Rooms are a bit outdated, sun loungers broken, and I was only allowed one pillow when I asked for two. I had a few problems with ants, but other than that, it was a perfect stay. The room was very well priced, cleaned every day, and had a free safe to use. The shower was good. Overall, it was an 8/10 stay.

First time to Benidorm and the room is lush. Right opposite a lovely beach. Minutes from the old town on foot. Plenty of restaurants and bars local. Great first day 😃
