I ordered the strawberry milk Thai tea, and it wasn't my favorite. The owner switched it out for regular Thai tea for me no problem

Very sweet owner/chef! I ordered the Dan Dan noodles and it was delicious! Perfect noodle texture. Be sure to ask for extra hot chili oil! The drinks menu also looked amazing. Lots of variety! This cart is located at CORE eateries, food cart hub, right next to Broken Rice.
