A cozy gem in Lauterbrunnen with delicious food, rich coffee, and a warm, welcoming staff. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after seeing the waterfalls. Prices are a little on the higher side, but the quality and atmosphere make it worth it.

Popped in for a quick espresso & snack. Good flat white & really nice fresh flaky croissants. Friendly staff! Great spot with beautiful views on the outdoor front patio. Probably one of the best options for espresso drinks in the area!

Flavours Cafe is a good stop in Lauterbrunnen, especially if you're looking for vegetarian and vegan options. We tried the veggie burger, a latte, and the vegan lemon cake. The veggie burger was a solid, standard offering served with fries. The real star for us, however, was the vegan lemon cake - absolutely delicious! Ordering is straightforward: you place your order at the counter, take a numbered stand to your chosen table, and they bring your food out. Plus, the bathrooms were clean, which is always appreciated. Recommended, particularly for their tasty vegan treats and dedicated options.

The coffee here is your typical Swiss dark roast — nothing special. But the pizza was actually pretty good. Nice spot to sit down for a quick bite if you’re passing by.

Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich! It was delicious. My husband got the pancakes, and they were okay. We loved how fast the service was here. You go to the counter, order, and then grab a number to take to your table.

Had a late lunch here plus an iced coffee. Chicken burgers were superb, fresh ingredients and well cooked. The staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend.

TOURISTY, EXPENSIVE, and LOW QUALITY. Don’t come expecting good coffee! My wife and I came in for a coffee and cake pick me up in the afternoon, and it just wasn’t a good experience. Lovely staff and people, had a place to sit and refresh with some tap water, but the iced lattes were $10 USD+, were probably 8oz, horrendously oversweet, and just bad. It’s marketed to tourists and visitors and you should look elsewhere.

Definitely put this on your list of places to go to for food in Lauterbrunnen. The meals we had were so yummy. I got toast and eggs with a side salad. The salad was extremely fresh. The eggs were cooked to perfection. Moist and delicious. My husband got a breakfast sandwich with an egg on it and he thought it tasted incredible. All the food here seemed so very fresh and I would go back in a heartbeat. Also, shoutout to the lovely presentation of their food. Well done, Flavours!

Service this morning was outstanding! We all enjoyed drinks from the coffee bar and had the yogurt bowl, pancakes, scrambled eggs and a breakfast burger. All of them were tasty and prepared us for our 12 mile hike.

Hours were a bit tricky, this place focuses on breakfast and lunch. They open at 0900 currently. We had the breakfast burger and scrambled eggs. My eggs were fantastic, bread and butter were provided. The burger was good, but not out of this world. Coffee was good, I recommend the mocha. We would go again! Cute place with indoor and outdoor seating.

I normally don't go back to the same place I have already tried once in a same town during my travel, but I made an exception and went back to Flavours. I was not disappointed on both occasions. As you enter this place it gives out a good friendly vibe, and it's a cheery little place. It says "where the world meets" in several different languages on the wall. There's a large-sized wooden world map on one side of the restaurant. There's also a world map where folks can write where they are from and pin on the map. Service is great here. It's almost like a fast food restaurant (counter service). You pick up your drinks from the fridge and order food at the counter. You pay and sit down at your choice of table. Food will be brought to your table when it's ready to be served. Our counter server was very friendly, cheerful and courteous. She explained where/how we can pick up our silverware and such for our table. Our server who delivered food to our table was also very friendly and cheerful...she chatted with us a while since it wasn't too busy at the moment. Food is also very good here. Quiche was very cheesy and tasty. Salad was very refreshing evidencing the use of fresh ingredients. Cheeseburger was very juicy and excellent. I had a very dry hamburger elsewhere recently, so I was hesitant to try it here. It was very good one, and I really appreciated a good hamburger here. Highly recommended. If you're in Lauterbrunnen, you need to try this place.

The Very BEST hamburger I have EVER had!!! I assume the beef comes from this valley in Lauterbrennen? Maybe it's the edelweiss flowers they eat? I am not joking, the flavor from Flavours was THRASH'n I think I will be dreaming about it until I return to the Most Beautiful country in the entire world

I am not one to leave negative reviews, but I had a horrible experience here. I was so excited to try out this place in Lauterbrunnen. Staff was extremely rude. Hours are not as posted on Google. When they finally opened, we walked passed it and got to go in. We waited for 15 mins for them to tell us they were no longer serving because there "wasn't enough space" and that we needed to order before sitting down. The girl behind me who had not ordered yet asked if she could get something and they took her order. My girlfriend and I were nice, said good morning, and did not say a word when they said they were no longer taking orders. It's just extremely rude to say we could not place an order after the girl who was behind me in line was in the same situation (sat down at a table first then waited to order). Would never go back here if I visit again.

Last year, a new restaurant opened in Lauterbrunnen that had the city abuzz. I didn't try it because they weren't very vegan friendly last year. This year, however, was a different story! Flavours hired a new chef, Stefano, who cares deeply about good quality, fresh, healthy meals and makes vegan options available each day. We ended up eating here several times because my friend personally knows Stefano, who is also a BASE jumper. On my first visit, he made me a veggie burger that was out of this world. This chickpea burger was made with sweet potatoes, millet, onion, and roasted vegetables on a vegan brown bread with potatoes on the side baked with olive oil and herbs. Fantastic! I also had fresh juice. There is no juice menu at the juice bar. You tell them what you want and they make it for you. I had grapefruit, ginger, apples, and peaches. So good. On my next visit, I had a roasted vegetable sandwich made with squash, bell peppers, and tofu on a vegan foccacia. Again, fantastic! This juice had pear, nectarine, apricots, and kiwi and was much better than the juice I got previously. I finished it off with a vegan chocolate strawberry cake. Lastly, I came back for breakfast and had the porridge with nuts, cinnamon, kiwi, strawberries, and apples. It was, by far, the best and healthiest breakfast I had had in two weeks! And there was a coloring book so we put GoPro's on the flying dragon, of course. All in all, a great experience. You may not get fast service because everything is made fresh and the prices are high as they are in Switzerland, but the food is the best in Lauterbrunnen, in my opinion! Highly recommended.

This was a great little place to stop for lunch. It's counter service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. My husband and I both wanted a light lunch so we ordered the Swiss salad which was delicious. There is plenty of cold sausage and cheese in the salad to make it a meal.

Comfy bean bags to sit on outside. Very comfy seats inside as well. They even have a few outlets inside. The wifi was super fast too. The coffee was pretty decent although I would probably avoid the cake next time. My yogurt-berry cake tasted stale and bland.

Good coffee with free Wi-Fi and lots of seats with outlets and a cool outdoor patio area. Definitely recommend stopping by here to grab a drink to sit and hang out.

Amazing place for sandwiches and fresh presses juices. We had two different sandwiches that were both excellent and their fresh pressed juice was perfect. They even gave us some free samples of a chocolate cake that were amazing. Definitely recommend.

Great breakfast here with good service. Don't be in a hurry and savor every morsel. Order the vegetarian breakfast. This is the real deal in Lauterbrunnen.
