In and out in 15 minutes including getting a scan on my feet, discussing with the staff member what I was looking for, trying on 3 different brands that would meet my needs, and choosing the one that fit me best! Always made easy by friendly and knowledgeable staff, every time I go there! Yes, they cost more than in a big box shoe store, but it is worth EVERY penny for the service and the fact that you get the right shoes for your feet!!

Yesterday was my second time going to fleet feet. Both times were amazing. Staff really helped guide me through the process and got me to a shoe that really worked for me, running shoes my first trip and more of a daily wear/walking shoe this time. They didn’t try and pressure me to buy something more expensive, they truly wanted to help me find the best shoe for my needs. Prices are right on point with any other shoe store but the service at Fleet Feet is top notch! After shopping here I finally realized what comfortable shoes actually feel like, highly recommend checking them out.

The gentleman who assisted me at the Malta shop was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He gave me some options after a discussion on my needs and tests to find the perfect fit. I was able to get what I needed in a reasonable time and felt at ease. Thank you so much!

We have relied on Fleet Feet for many years to be fitted properly for our footwear. With an elite runner in our family and 2 has been runners, being fitted into the right shoe is critical. Our elite athlete bought training shoes online one time and she ended up with stress fractures that ended her season. Never again. We will always go to Fleet Feet! The technology they use to analyze your feet and the way you walk/run is incredible. Not only did they fit me for my running shoes and inserts, but they fit me for a compression layer for my knee that has been bothering me and it already feels better. On top of that, the staff are amazing and have all run competitively so they really know how to help you and really get how important their job is.

Consistently the best shoe fitting experience. With the measurements of my foot profile and walking/running profile, I feel like I always leave with a proper fitting pair of shoes. The sales staff always listens to what I'm looking for, and while they provide great information on whatever I try on or look at, they never push toward specific products or brands which is really nice; I always feel like my purchases are completely my own choice. They're not mind readers though, you should ask questions or give feedback on what issue you want to resolve, what hasn't worked for you in the past, the things you do and don't like, etc. If you are unsure about something or simply don't know, ask the question or give them whatever information you do have, it's the best way for them to help you! Will continue coming here for running shoes and apparel for the foreseeable future

Needed new sneaks and socks. A happy, returning customer to Fleet Feet in Malta. Service is immediate, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, my feet were evaluated for proper sneaker and fit. I have always been very pleased with the comfort of the sneakers I buy from them and I love the Balega socks. I really like the color of my new sneakers too. I refer Fleet Feet to anyone who says they need sneakers.

Great service!! New technology to analyze gait and weight distribution to determine the best shoe based on your fitness goals. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and took time to help us find the right shoe for our needs. They have a large variety of brands to choose from.

Looking for a specific brand, style, and color sneaker that my sister-in-law had requested, our salesclerk was able to search their online inventory to determine availability. We decided to wait until we returned home to place an order online on a Sunday. We received an email confirmation of the order that night, notification that the order was ready for pickup by UPS on Monday, and delivery of the sneakers by Fed Ex on Tuesday. Fast and accurate order filling can't be beat. While we were in the store, my wife was wearing a pair of her favorite shoes that, unfortunately, were no longer comfortable when walking for an extended period. She requested whether new inserts would rectify the problem. The salesclerk took her to a device that took an image of her feet while standing on it and recommended possible alternative shoe inserts. The clerk replaced the existing shoe inserts with samples of the recommended inserts and my wife immediately noticed improvement. My wife chose the inserts that provided the most comfort and the clerk then custom cut new inserts for her shoes. All of this accomplished in about fifteen minutes. By the end of the day my wife was still more than pleased with the improved comfort in wearing her favorite shoes.

Came in here for my daughter to get fitted for running sneakers. Olivia greeted us at the door and took us in to get her fitted. She was super knowledgeable and made suggestions on the 3d scan that they do to get for arch, pronation etc... Olivia watched my daughters gait and had her try a couple of different sneakers on. They had an assortment of shoes from Hoka, Brooks, and Saucony. They have track material to walk on as well as a hard surface e so you can feel the difference. They will email you a report when they're done with the scans for future use. If they don't have what you want in stock they will look at other local stores as well as online options. The prices are the same as what you get in any store as well as online. I highly suggest coming here to get fitted with your sneakers. We went with the Hoka and my daughter left a happy camper. I will be coming back with the rest of the family.

The lost art of footwear shopping... to have your feet properly measured and then a customized fitting, I thought, was a thing of the past; a fond memory gone by the wayside . Not so!!! I've had the ultimate experience for my feet!!! Jason was the penultimate salesman. He explained what my issues were and how sneakers needed to address them. Then he patiently fit them to my feet. Yes ladies and gentlemen, he put them on my feet, laced them up, showed me a trick way to tie them to keep my narrow heels in place... what can I say? BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Never again will I resort to 'online shopping' . Not when I've found the experts! Just go! Your feet will thank you!

I've worked at a couple of Fleet Feet's in Chicago and was excited to finally check this one out being new to the area as I am in need of running apparel. The lady was nice but they had only one type of men's running short and not much else in the way of men's apparel. I inquired about running groups and was given an annoyed answer that they had a running group that met. I sensed it was a cliquy group and I don't think I'll ever be going to this store ever in the future. I prefer my running stores to be warm and friendly no cold and annoyed by your presence.

Had a great experience being fitted with the perfect shoe after having had foot surgery. Stephen was very knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend for a great fitting.

I went Wednesday evening, about 20 minutes before they closed. The gentleman who helped me was super nice and assured me that it wasn't too late to be helped and try on sneakers. He was very patient with me and didn't rush me at all. He asked me a lot of questions to try and get the best shoes for me. They measure your feet and have you walk, jog and run barefoot on their little indoor track to see how your feet move. Based on their assessment, they bring you different sneakers to try on. I ended up trying on sneakers half a size up then what I've been wearing. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind running in. I wore blue jeans and felt a little silly. They offered me a choice to try these sneakers on the treadmill or on sidewalk. I ran outside and was asked how they felt and what I liked and disliked about the sneakers. The sneakers I bought at the store may have been cheaper elsewhere or online but I was willing to pay a little extra for their excellent customer service with shoe fitting. Even at closing time, they didn't mind me being a little indecisive and I never felt rushed!

Went here to get a decent pair of running shoes for the first time ever. Bill helped me and my wife find the perfect shoes. He went through an entire process that helped uncover issues I had with my arch that once corrected, greatly helped my stride and the comfort I felt while running. I highly recommend this store for anyone who wants a personalized experience.

This was my 2nd visit to fleet feet. The service is great the people are very nice BUT I had a 15 dollar rewards coupon during the pandemic when all stores were closed and I couldn't use it and yesterday theyv wouldn't honor it. And to add insult to injury they sent me another 15 dollar coupon the very next day! Seriously!? So I'd have to spend another 200. To use it. May take my business elsewhere

So the first time I went to this store last year I was thrilled with the assistance I got, the time they took with me. Yesterday I had an equally bad experience. I walked into the store on Thursday night, it was packed with people so when no one approached me I just expected it was because they were very busy, so I patiently waited till someone freed up. I waited almost 20 minutes when still no one approached me but the staff was cleaning up and putting away shoes. Finally, I approached a store worker and asked if someone could assist me with a new pair of sneakers. She then told me the store had close at 7pm (it was 7:40pm by this point) and they were just open for a special group. To be honest, I didn't even look at the store hours on the door, when I arrived the door was open and the store had people in it, not exactly obvious it was closed. So I wasted 20 minutes waiting there only to not be able to purchase new sneakers. If you are going to be open for a special group you should have some sign on the door or at least acknowledge someone when they walk into the door. If someone had told me when I walked in that they were only open for this group I would have no problem with that, totally understand. But to have stood there that whole time and then be told, sorry can't help you we are closed I thought was poor customer service. Not sure at this point I want to waste my time again trying to buy sneakers at that location. It's unfortunate because I was really impressed last time at their above and beyond customer service. I know the staff was probably pretty tired by this time but still.

This is the kind of athletic shop that is designed for your needs. You may not find good deals, but you wil definitely get or get an idea what kind of running shoe is for you. The guy helping was very knowledgeable, a brand that I always thought was best for me, is really not the best after trying another based on the width and the way I walk. He suggested one style that they did not have at the moment. I appreciated that even though they do not have that style, that he spent the time to evaluate my needs.
