The only negative is : my hubby bought 5 pairs of new balance -over $1,000 (about 7 months ago), and when we re-visited 2 weeks ago(we are from OOT) they would not let him use the coupons from the last purchase!!! And he bought 3 more pairs of shoes spending over $500.00 that day!!! geeze! They do have great employees that hustle to fit you in the exact kind of shoe you need! But I feel like it would have been exceptional customer service to honor a coupon! 😇

Went to have my son fitted for running shoes. A young lady waited on him and did a thorough fitting. She very patiently explained the options and brought out every running shoe that would fit. After putting 20 miles+ on the shoes, they still fit perfectly and he no longer has the foot problems he had before. I highly recommend fleet feet.

Poor quality I purchased a pair of the "Asics Gel Nimbus 26" shoes from your store about 3 months ago. I was fitted, and this specific brand of shoe and style was recommended by the sales associate in a size 11. (I normally wear a 10.5), but she said she recommended a half size larger. Within a few weeks, I started to see a very small hole in the toe area of the right shoe. A few weeks later a hole another hole began to appear in the left shoe in the same toe area. I leisurely walk about 25 minutes a day, 4 days a week, nothing extensive. Granted, these are BY FAR, the best pair of shoes I have EVER owned. I guess I just expected a higher quality of shoe for the exceptionally high price I paid for them. Edit: At the time of this post, I emailed the store along with my review. I received no response to either review or email. I also emailed Asics, who responded with about a dozen stipulations along with forensics and DNA. (Slight exaggeration). They too, did not offer any assistance. I am now stuck with a pair of $173 tennis shoes with holes in them. If you're looking for a place that prides itself on quality and customer service, Fleet Feet is NOT the place to go!

When we arrived, the store was clearly busy, so at first we assumed that’s why no one was helping us. We waited around for a good 30 minutes, but as new customers kept walking in, we noticed they were immediately greeted and helped while we were still standing there, ignored. I couldn’t help but notice we were the only Hispanic family in the store at the time… maybe it’s just a coincidence, maybe not, but it definitely made us feel uncomfortable. I eventually had to walk up to one of the employees who was just chatting with a coworker. When I asked if they carried the shoes I was looking for, she simply said they’d have to order the color and didn’t even offer to help me find another option. It felt like we didn’t matter as customers. What’s disappointing is that I visited this same store last year and had such a great experience, that’s actually why we decided to come back. But sadly, this visit was the complete opposite. The lack of attention and care really changed how I feel about shopping here again.

When we arrived I felt that they did not want to give us service ( what I felt ) we were not welcome to the store. They were somehow busy. After 15 minutes a young man was appointed to us to provide service , I do not remember his name but he was great his service and dedication was excellent a 5 diamond service i would say. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and they were supposed to call me if they were available in March.

Great experience! I was able to get my daughter properly fitted for shoes for school. She said how comfortable the shoes felt! We've always had problems with shoes because her feet are so narrow with a low arch. I'm glad this place was recommended. The analysis was free to measure her feet.

This running store off Hughes Landing in the Woodlands has been my goto when up in this area for years. Their customer service is phenomenal even when they are busy. They have a great selection of Asics , Hoka , Brooks and On shoes for runners or walkers. They even offer 10% off for those in running clubs or military. Definitely worth a stop and conveniently located across from Starbucks on the waterway. Will be back.

I spoke to a manager over the phone before i went in store to exchange/return my shoes from an online order. She clearly stated I can do it in store. For some reason "victor" a supervisor said he can't exchange or return my online order that was placed 5 days ago! Nothing was wrong with the shoes, I just needed a smaller pair. Victor didn't help what so ever, he kept making excuses on reasons why they cant process the exchange/return. **Even though the receipt clearly states you can!

A couple of years ago, I had a great experience here with excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone. The staff is very knowledgeable about running shoes. They offer a foot scan for fitted insoles, though they aren't fully customized, for $55. It's a decent option if you're not looking to buy a new pair of shoes. Overall, a great place to visit for expert shoe advice!

I came here to get some new shoes at the recommendation of my physical therapist. The service was super great. I worked with Catarina, and she was quick to measure my feet and get me exactly what I needed. I was in and out within 10 minutes! You can return items within 60 days and they encourage you to walk in the shoes as much as possible to get a feel for it, which is awesome! If you have get referred by a doctor you also get 10% off your purchase. Overall a great place to get shoes!

Fleet Feet was recommended by our podiatrist when my husband and I were having problems with our feet. My husband visited first, and he got sneakers that helped him tremendously. He's no longer in pain. I recently caved and decided to give them a try. They helped me discover that I'd been wearing the wrong shoe size my entire life. They fitted me into the correct shoe size and my feet have never been happier. Shoutout to Ethan for helping me, and for smiling when I was in complete denial in the beginning. Highly recommend.

I just wanna give a huge shout out to fleet feet at Hughes Landing. Recovering from an injury is never fun. After being out of the run game for a while I needed to reevaluate my feet and the shoes I would make my comeback in. Thank you to the awesome staff there for finding the perfect fit for me. Love the Altras they fitted me for. I finally feel like my old self again and would've never have tried them out had it not have been for their staff Will definitely go there for all my running needs!

I've been here twice for running shoes. Went specifically here instead of a big box store or ordering online for their expertise. First trip, I stumbled onto a day where a certain brand was doing a promo. Tried the shoes and they felt good. When I asked about getting fitted for others I was told that I should just buy the promo shoes as they were on sale. Fast forward a few months, went back hoping for a more thorough fitting. I was the only customer in the store. Told the sales person what I would use the shoes for, he asked zero questions (other than my size), and brought out ONE pair of shoes for me to try. When I asked if there were options, he brought out just one other pair. I was told nothing about either shoe or why they would be good for my needs. I'm confused. They say that they'll analyze your gait and running style, but they don't actually do it. Really disappointed. There was another running store at Market Street years ago that actually did provide great service.

Went in looking to get the foot scan that is so highly touted. The unprofessional approach by the employee was already a turn off, but I continued on with the foot scan. After the scan, the employee showed me the iPad and read me the numbers not telling me anything other than my feet aren't symmetrical. According to the employee I should be wearing a size 13 shoe. Instantly I said absolutely not! My everyday shoes are a size 11, I understand running shoes should be a half size to a full size larger. The employee insisted on bringing me a shoe i showed zero interest towards in a size 13. Now, of course they didn't fit. I told the employee which brand I wanted to try "ON" and the guessing game began. 12.5 nope, 12 nope, and I left. I specifically told the employee what size I wanted and I was completely ignored. Aside from the poor service experience I was stunned at what minimal selection of shoes they had. The Mens shoe display rack was probably 4 to 5 feet wide and 6 feet tall. Looking towards the back of the store it appeared the women's selection wasn't any better. I ended up ordering a size 11.5 online, from fleetfeet.com only because of their return policy, and they fit great. Your store lost a $150 sale because of ignorance and stubbornness. I will be sure to drive twice as far to spend my $15 reward from my purchase. If you are shopping for a shoes specifically sold at fleet feet (Hughes Landing/The Woodlands) be sure to stand your ground and buy what feels right, not what some employee pushes on you. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted, and had a very professional and pleasant experience with Jose. He was very thorough and attentive with our needs. He took measurements, and observed her walking to check her gate so he could tell what type of shoe would be best, then brought 3 to try, with an explanation of why for each one. So if you're looking to get fitted correctly, because your feet and back are in pain, definitely try this place. Great job Jose!!

This store is incredible. I've never had such individual attention and care when buying shoes in my life. The associate, Baylee, was a wealth of information and a exemplary salesman...thorough but not pushy at all. I left with the most comfortable running shoes I've ever owned and they were even on sale at a great price. Highly recommend this store, the free foot scan, and their sales staff.

Took my friend here for his first pair of running shoes and socks. He signed up for his first half marathon. I must say that I am impressed with their customer service. Especially from John. My first time coming to fleet feet. I used to go to Luke's locker. Tried Texas running company. I, and my friend will definitely be back to this location of fleet feet.

I kind of like this place. I want to like it more, but I can only go with my experience. First trip there I was hooked up with a pair of Hokas. The sizing was just not feeling right as the shoe was a bit narrow, but I was determined to have another pair of Hokas for distance running. After trying them out for two days, I had to return them, in excellent condition. I dealt with the same sales rep, who assured me that they would happily take the Hokas back if they were sub-par or did not fit well...That was sort of true. It was more luke-warm and I honestly felt a bit guilty about taking the shoes back. I bought Altras on the second trip and have been pleased with them, which is a good thing as not a word was said about replacing them should they not work out for me.... So, Fleet Feet, you are A-Ok, but no more than that.

Austin helped me out with my purchase and foot analysis. Had many different shoes to try on and test, very low pressure and really listened to me needs. Ended up going with my gut and purchasing the Ghost 12 running shoes. For the price it can run on top tier but I felt it was worth It because you get the individualization. Have been happy ever since!

Reposting since my post was hidden or pulled from their listing. I gave them one star bc NO stars wasn't an option! I went to the store this evening to get fitted for and buy new running shoes. The store was fairly crowded and the salespeople were all helping customers. I waited for approx 20 minutes while the salespeople randomly helped customers and ran the register, very disorganized. They did not ask who was next, just randomly asked someone standing there if they had been helped, oblivious to who came in when. When the second person was helped who came in after us, my girlfriend said "I'm sorry, but we've been patiently waiting." The female employee said, "well some people just need something quickly and others need to be fitted. I'm not sure what you need?" I replied "we don't need anything, we're leaving". She replied very rudely "well, have a good night!" Customer service is obviously not their strong suit. They do not acknowledge new customers in the store and almost seemed to avoid making eye contact. Spend your money elsewhere!

I went in Sunday, 12/8, to exchange shoes for a different size, and the sales person not only refused to help, but told me I could not exchange them. He then told me to go to Dick's Sporting Goods for them to help me. The cashier was sitting on the front desk on her phone. Unbelievably bad experience. I will do like he said and take my business to Dick's.

Honestly every time I go to this location the staff has the most arrogant disposition. They are not friendly at all! They treat you like your bothering them. The young man helping me was an absolute prick! He needs a huge attitude adjustment! I will never step foot in that store again! Horrible experience every time!

The first time I went in here, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and very informative. When I showed him the current running shoes I was wearing and told him what issues I was having with them he suggested for running shoes to try. He went into the back and got all four pairs and had me try them and watched me run on the treadmill with them. I was very happy with the shoe that he thought would work best for me. The second time I went in there with my friend. A different rep was not very helpful at all. He did not ask many questions about her running style or what issues she was having with the shoes. She told him that she needed a shoe in a wide width and the one shoe he brought out was a normal with. She asked him if he had any other shoes that were in a wide width in her size and he only brought out one pair of shoes at a time. And then while she was trying them on and walking around the store he was off doing something else not paying attention or evaluating if the shoe was a good fit or not. He did not even measure her foot to see just what her size and width was. I don't know if the guy was new and just didn't know how to handle customers or if he was having a bad day and didn't want to be there or if he just didn't care about his job. But he was not helpful or informative. She ended up taking back the shoe that she bought about a week later. And found the shoes she was looking for on the Nike website. Good advice to the manager of the store, if your sales reps are going to just be bumps on a log then maybe it's time to encourage them to keep looking for a different career.
