The hotel has a lot of charm and a fantastic location. Highlights include unique details like the historic Paternoster lift and the beautiful rooftop bar. The atmosphere is stylish, and overall, the hotel has great potential for a top rating. However, some avoidable shortcomings affect the overall experience. While the staff is not unfriendly, they often lack attentiveness and proper training. At breakfast, tables were still uncleared after 9:15 AM, and ordering an omelet felt like an inconvenience for the staff rather than a standard service. Cleanliness is another issue—carpets in both the hallway (3rd floor) and the room were heavily stained. Another downside is the parking fee: €30 per night for hotel guests is unreasonably high, especially compared to the room rate. Conclusion: The hotel has great potential and many strengths, but small details diminish the experience. With better-trained staff and more attention to cleanliness, it could truly be a top destination. It’s a shame that these opportunities are not being fully utilized.

We had an amazing stay at Flemings Selection Hotel Frankfurt-City! 🌆 The hotel perfectly blends modern design with retro chic, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere with warm earthy tones.||Waking up to breakfast on Frankfurt’s most beautiful sun terrace was such a treat! ☀️ And the ride in the iconic Paternoster lift was such a unique experience.||Dinner at Occhio d’Oro was unforgettable! 🍽️ We enjoyed a delicious 3-course set menu, crafted with seasonal ingredients and surprises from the chef, all while taking in the breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline.||The hotel also has a fully equipped gym 💪, and the stylish lobby was the perfect spot to unwind with a good book. Every detail made our stay feel luxurious and relaxing.||Special thanks to Nodar and Stjepan for their outstanding hospitality, they truly made us feel welcome and cared for!

Review for Flemings Hotel Frankfurt I recently stayed at Flemings Hotel Frankfurt and was very impressed. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city with plenty to do nearby, whether it's dining, shopping, or sightseeing. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, great amenities, and friendly staff who ensure a smooth stay. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless, and the overall experience was excellent. I’ll be back weekly, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Frankfurt, whether for business or leisure.

Somehow I feel that this hotel.does not deserves the full 5 stars of our ratings. But this city is diamond and this place of the city is magnificent. Nearby is the very historic tower of the old, medieval gate of the Free City of Frankfurt, which, as I remember, was built in 1426-1428, and miraculously reached us almost unchanged. There is now a famous small restaurant. Now, the veranda on the 7th floor of this hotel looks out over this part of the city and this magnificent tower. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was nice. Although there were problems with the electronic key card. We changed them 3 times. And the staff downstairs, I don't know why, but sometimes was kind of unpleasant. On the first day, we opened the middle aluminum window to ventilate the room, but then we could not close it in any way. We asked downstairs and they in our absence (from our permission) corrected this. I believe that the price for overall such a good hotel in such a part of the city is not very big.

Within walking distance of the main attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful when recommending things to do. Decided to stay here after feeling unsafe in the area our first hotel was in and was definitely worth spending a little extra!

The stay was absolutely fabulous. The people at the reception where superkind. The rooms are absolutely marvelous, the orientation of the Hotel is really superb. Middle of the centre! And woaw...the breakfast... Even more, they kept the beauty of its past and re-adapted and integrated lots of those forgotten treasures. Visit Frankfurt then choose this hotel. You will regret only the day after you left to go home :-)

It was the perfect hotel for the first night of arrival. While you are still jet-lagging, the safe environment put you at ease instantly. I’m glad I didn’t pick a hotel near the main Frankfurt station. The location is perfect - clean and safe neighbourhood within minutes of walking to U Bahn n S Bahn.

For a 4 star hotel and nearly $300/night one would expect more. The room was warm with A/C that was not powerful enough to get it cooler. The hotel itself is old and just doesn’t look very nice. |Bed was comfortable, nice staff, large room…that was nice. |But they made it sound at check in that breakfast was included only to find upon checkout that it was not included and we were charged €30/person for some bread, eggs and coffee. Felt like a scam as nobody told us it was not included. My fault for not noticing but they certainly did not make it clear that it was an additional cost. |The 2 star rating was more for the shape of the hotel and warm room. I’m sure there are better options out there.

Nice business hotel right in front of the train station which was really convenient. Not too far from other parts of the city but there is a bit of a walk depending on where you want to go. The construction around the hotel and the giant intersection make it feel unsafe walking around at times. And the area around the hotel has sketchy people which can make it feel unsafe as well but actually they hang out more during the day and we felt more safe at night. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well. Service was 24 hours which is convenient.

there are multiple reasons that this is by far the worst hotel I have ever set foot in. As soon as me and the rest of my family (we are a total of 4) walked in, we noticed the area was shady. We walk in to find that somebody dropped the ball when entering our reservation in the hotels system-- our confirmation clearly stated that our reservation was for 2 rooms that would each have 2 people, but the hotels system booked us for one room for one person. The lady tried to charge us more for the room that they failed to reserve for us. My sister and I (we are both college students) walk into our room to find this monstrous, blaring smell of sweat and body odor. the fact that the AC was off and the room was hot and stuffy did not help. We also found out that the shower was visible, no privacy. My sister and I convinced the front desk lady to give us a different room and she kept asking us "but did you touch anything?". the second attempt at a clean room was worse than the first. the beds smelled soiled and smelled strongly of urine. This is especially unacceptable for my sister, a diabetic, who would risk infection with who the hell knows what from being in a place so unhygienic and unclean. We ended up going to a different hotel because of how dirty the place was. What a scam.

The relatively new rooms are ok, but nothing fancy in my opinion, too much plastic and fairly small, bathroom is an open space towards the bed. Altogether average and not worth the 5 stars or the price. Breakfast was ok too, but also average. The retro-chic of the building, staircase and elevator may excite some people, I did not find it enhanced my stay in any way.

Just stayed there one night, but I think it's worth keeping it in my address book. It's conveniently located a couple of blocks from the pedestrian area of the center and, even if it is a huge traffic zone, it's quiet (good windows?:-) It's newly refurbished, with modern minimal look (but not too much, you can still find the buttons for the lights). Breakfast, to be taken at the 7th floor, with a good view on the slyline, is really good, with quality, quantity and choices. Coming back to rooms, remember, if you share it with someone, that he / she, should be in a very good relationship with you, otherwise taking a shower in the middle of the room would be a little bit embarassing.!

Elegant, sophisticated. Lovely except....the complimentary breakfast is strangely reluctant to dispense caffeinated beverages. There were so many varied meats, breads, fruit, and cheeses to choode from in unlimited self-serve. I had to beg a cup of coffee and wait for it, however, from seldom seen waitstaff. As a time-zoned zombie trying to shake off sleeping pills and catch an early flight, coffee was the only part of the breakfast I cared about. The room was very comfortable and had many amenities such as plentiful high quality toiletries. The rooms are obviously carefully designed. You will receive no hints about how to turn on the nonoperable lights. Here is my tip: jam your room key hard down into the slot next to the door (inside the room).

Great hotel located in the city center of Frankfurt. The staff is very kind and the breakfast buffet is very big! Bedrooms are small and setup in a very strange way, thus leaving no privacy for the person in the bathroom (no door for separation). Doesn't deserve 5 stars but 4.
