The main attraction of this hotel is their constantly moving elevator. It is a very cool experience to get to ride it. The breakfast is amazing. The bed is comfortable. The shower is fine. The curtains are not actually the blackout curtains, so that is definitely annoying and depending on what side of the hotel you are on, there is a bar that plays music outside that you can hear inside of the room at night. Earplugs are helpful.

Excellent location, amazing view of Eschenheimer Turm and the skyline (from room 515), great, cozy bed, windows that can be tilted open for fresh air, great AC. Staff is kind and helpful, early check-in and late check-out were a blessing for me, as I was traveling for work and truly appreciated the opportunity to prepare for meetings in the quiet comfort of my room. I didn't have breakfast, but I did have coffee several times and the coffee is great. Some small details around the room and the hotel need sprucing up, but this is really barely noticeable unless you start looking. Paternoster was extremely fun to ride, I loved its' novelty and functionality. 10/10 recommended and coming back for sure.

The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The room was a nice size. The only downside of the room is that even though I turned the air conditioner on, the room was not getting cool. Thankfully I visited in April so I was able to open the windows and get a bit of relief. Overall though, the hotel was clean, nicely laid out, and the view from the restaurant was lovely. There is access to an S bahn station nearby so that was very convenient for traveling throughout the city. I would definitely stay here again or in another Flemings hotel in the future.

Very good hotel, excellent location and breakfast. Room big enough with amazing view, as well as the view from the rooftop during the breakfast. Very loud adjacent club which contract will not be extended due to this fact - besides of it very good cost-benefit ratio. And yeah, the paternoster is amazing 🤩

We got to Frankfurt very early and tired, and the receptionists helped out with a smile. We had a great night there and we will totally come back when we are in Frankfort. The hotel and the rooms look great and so comfy and the amenities... That's a great hotel;)

I normally stay at the Hilton only 100metres away. |This time I decided to try this Flemings and I was very pleasantly surprised. |Staff on reception were excellent, friendly and very helpful. |Nice piano in reception they allowed me to play! |Room was spacious, open plan and very good. Bed comfortable and the hotel is immediately opposite Elements gym - superb but for 30euros day pass it should be! ||So why only 4 out of 5 stars? Simple: staff at breakfast on 7th floor were very poor. Not at all welcoming from the young Asian man who seemed very keen to announce to me at 9.30 that they close at 10am as if in a “why didn’t you arrive earlier” condescending tone. Then when the plates ran out I asked a lady preparing food behind the counter if I could have a plate. Her face looked like I just asked her to accept no pay for the week! Very unhelpful. No cereals or if there were they were impossible to find. |Very poor selection of food for my tastes. Shame as the city view from 7th floor is good, the seating new and very tasteful but the staff in that breakfast area need a good talking to or replacing. ||Otherwise a great stay and would return (but would not pay the 22e for breakfast and would eat out as there are lots of great places locally).

Very good location. Staff is very attentive. Clean room. Small parking but organized with car lift. Good and diversified breakfasts. The view from 7th floor terrace, where is the restaurant, make all the money.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room I stayed in was quite spacious and pleasant. I came for a trade fair, but it felt like a vacation for me. The staff were attentive and friendly. It truly deserves 5 stars. Many thanks to everyone.

Yelp
Nice business hotel right in front of the train station which was really convenient. Not too far from other parts of the city but there is a bit of a walk depending on where you want to go. The construction around the hotel and the giant intersection make it feel unsafe walking around at times. And the area around the hotel has sketchy people which can make it feel unsafe as well but actually they hang out more during the day and we felt more safe at night. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well. Service was 24 hours which is convenient.

Yelp
there are multiple reasons that this is by far the worst hotel I have ever set foot in. As soon as me and the rest of my family (we are a total of 4) walked in, we noticed the area was shady. We walk in to find that somebody dropped the ball when entering our reservation in the hotels system-- our confirmation clearly stated that our reservation was for 2 rooms that would each have 2 people, but the hotels system booked us for one room for one person. The lady tried to charge us more for the room that they failed to reserve for us. My sister and I (we are both college students) walk into our room to find this monstrous, blaring smell of sweat and body odor. the fact that the AC was off and the room was hot and stuffy did not help. We also found out that the shower was visible, no privacy. My sister and I convinced the front desk lady to give us a different room and she kept asking us "but did you touch anything?". the second attempt at a clean room was worse than the first. the beds smelled soiled and smelled strongly of urine. This is especially unacceptable for my sister, a diabetic, who would risk infection with who the hell knows what from being in a place so unhygienic and unclean. We ended up going to a different hotel because of how dirty the place was. What a scam.

Yelp
The relatively new rooms are ok, but nothing fancy in my opinion, too much plastic and fairly small, bathroom is an open space towards the bed. Altogether average and not worth the 5 stars or the price. Breakfast was ok too, but also average. The retro-chic of the building, staircase and elevator may excite some people, I did not find it enhanced my stay in any way.

Yelp
Just stayed there one night, but I think it's worth keeping it in my address book. It's conveniently located a couple of blocks from the pedestrian area of the center and, even if it is a huge traffic zone, it's quiet (good windows?:-) It's newly refurbished, with modern minimal look (but not too much, you can still find the buttons for the lights). Breakfast, to be taken at the 7th floor, with a good view on the slyline, is really good, with quality, quantity and choices. Coming back to rooms, remember, if you share it with someone, that he / she, should be in a very good relationship with you, otherwise taking a shower in the middle of the room would be a little bit embarassing.!

Yelp
Elegant, sophisticated. Lovely except....the complimentary breakfast is strangely reluctant to dispense caffeinated beverages. There were so many varied meats, breads, fruit, and cheeses to choode from in unlimited self-serve. I had to beg a cup of coffee and wait for it, however, from seldom seen waitstaff. As a time-zoned zombie trying to shake off sleeping pills and catch an early flight, coffee was the only part of the breakfast I cared about. The room was very comfortable and had many amenities such as plentiful high quality toiletries. The rooms are obviously carefully designed. You will receive no hints about how to turn on the nonoperable lights. Here is my tip: jam your room key hard down into the slot next to the door (inside the room).

Yelp
Great hotel located in the city center of Frankfurt. The staff is very kind and the breakfast buffet is very big! Bedrooms are small and setup in a very strange way, thus leaving no privacy for the person in the bathroom (no door for separation). Doesn't deserve 5 stars but 4.
