I’m really grateful for my stay in this hotel. It was 100% satisfaction. The location is perfect for exploring the Frankfurt cathedral and the shopping district. I was fond of their restaurant on the top floor. The view was spectacular and the food were delicious. The room was clean and staffs were very helpful. I felt very welcomed.

You could not want for a better hotel in Frankfurt. The location is top, every single staff member I encountered was professional, kind and friendly. The restaurant at the top floor is the best meal I’ve had in the city with a stunning view, comfortable chic setting and every dish was delicious, with perfect temperature and flavour balance. My room was quiet, extremely well appointed with high end linens and very clean. A five star stay in every way!

Perfect location and excellent service! My check-in was at 2 PM, but my flight arrived early, I got to the hotel around 10 AM and they kindly offered me an early check-in without any problem. I requested a room on the top floor with views, and they provided exactly that. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast offers a great variety of options. Highly recommended for both short and long stays, everything you need in Frankfurt is close by.

The hotel is located in the heart of Frankfurt most busy shopping area , 2 minutes from the Hauptwache Metro station . The room was clean and very well equiped . The breakfast variety was amazing!!! The view from the main restaurant was spectacular! I really do recommend this hotel !

Clean, conveniently located, good and friendly staff. Little bit dated interior and the room got a bit chilly in the evening. But nothing to really complain about. I had a wonderful stay, saw many things in Munich with this hotel as base.

Even paying our stay with months in advance, upon check-in we were informed the hotel had overbooking, having to take us to another area of the city, away from the locations we planned going to. That was unacceptable after 11 hours of flight, it didn't break the trust only on Fleming's but also on every hotel we have booked for this end of the year, even paying in advance not knowing if we will have a roof over our heads during the nights. The booking was through hotel's website instead of a third party system which makes everything even more infuriating.

At check-out, I needed the invoice for the extra services. They receptionist could not manage to print it out and offered to send it via email. I agreed to that and left. The receptionist never sent anything, nor contacted me further. I called morning, afternoon, evening and night and in different days to the hotel, and they never picked the phone, not one single time. Not the reception, not reservation, not the restaurant, NOBODY. I then sent an email explaining the situation and requesting the invoice. Of course, nobody ever replied to the email nor contacted me back. At the end, I had to contact another Fleming hotel in Frankfurt (Riverside), and they picked the phone at once. They kindly connected me through internal channel and THEN they picked the phone at reception. I explained the situation and the receptionist send the invoice during the call. NOT once an apology, a "sorry, sir", nothing. As a side note, we wanted to just take a look at the terrace of the restaurant to see the views, and a rude restaurant manager refused us and told as "this is not a view point, come in the morning". This hotel really does not know anything about hospitality and how to treat guests. I will for sure not come back and will not recommend to any of my colleagues and friends. The only exception is the kind personnel during breakfast service. The other employees should learn from those kind women.

I have been traveling through Europe for two weeks and Frankfurt is my last stop. This hotel provided the worth service. There are plenty of hotels in this area so save yourself the frustration. The hotel itself was fine, but the check-in process was extremely poor and set a negative tone for our stay. The clerk appeared distracted and rushed, handling the process with a noticeable lack of care. First, after processing my documents, he handed back the room key and passport so carelessly that the room key fell to the floor. Furthermore, the room number was not initially written on the key card sleeve. When I asked the clerk for the room number, he was preoccupied with a conversation with a colleague and gave me a mumbled, unclear verbal number ("forty-one thirty something"). This was confusing as the hotel only has three-digit room numbers, and I had to figure out the correct number myself. A professional, welcoming check-in is the first impression a hotel makes, and in this case, it was disorganized and frustrating. Training on basic guest service and attention to detail is clearly needed.

Yelp
Nice business hotel right in front of the train station which was really convenient. Not too far from other parts of the city but there is a bit of a walk depending on where you want to go. The construction around the hotel and the giant intersection make it feel unsafe walking around at times. And the area around the hotel has sketchy people which can make it feel unsafe as well but actually they hang out more during the day and we felt more safe at night. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well. Service was 24 hours which is convenient.

Yelp
there are multiple reasons that this is by far the worst hotel I have ever set foot in. As soon as me and the rest of my family (we are a total of 4) walked in, we noticed the area was shady. We walk in to find that somebody dropped the ball when entering our reservation in the hotels system-- our confirmation clearly stated that our reservation was for 2 rooms that would each have 2 people, but the hotels system booked us for one room for one person. The lady tried to charge us more for the room that they failed to reserve for us. My sister and I (we are both college students) walk into our room to find this monstrous, blaring smell of sweat and body odor. the fact that the AC was off and the room was hot and stuffy did not help. We also found out that the shower was visible, no privacy. My sister and I convinced the front desk lady to give us a different room and she kept asking us "but did you touch anything?". the second attempt at a clean room was worse than the first. the beds smelled soiled and smelled strongly of urine. This is especially unacceptable for my sister, a diabetic, who would risk infection with who the hell knows what from being in a place so unhygienic and unclean. We ended up going to a different hotel because of how dirty the place was. What a scam.

Yelp
The relatively new rooms are ok, but nothing fancy in my opinion, too much plastic and fairly small, bathroom is an open space towards the bed. Altogether average and not worth the 5 stars or the price. Breakfast was ok too, but also average. The retro-chic of the building, staircase and elevator may excite some people, I did not find it enhanced my stay in any way.

Yelp
Just stayed there one night, but I think it's worth keeping it in my address book. It's conveniently located a couple of blocks from the pedestrian area of the center and, even if it is a huge traffic zone, it's quiet (good windows?:-) It's newly refurbished, with modern minimal look (but not too much, you can still find the buttons for the lights). Breakfast, to be taken at the 7th floor, with a good view on the slyline, is really good, with quality, quantity and choices. Coming back to rooms, remember, if you share it with someone, that he / she, should be in a very good relationship with you, otherwise taking a shower in the middle of the room would be a little bit embarassing.!

Yelp
Elegant, sophisticated. Lovely except....the complimentary breakfast is strangely reluctant to dispense caffeinated beverages. There were so many varied meats, breads, fruit, and cheeses to choode from in unlimited self-serve. I had to beg a cup of coffee and wait for it, however, from seldom seen waitstaff. As a time-zoned zombie trying to shake off sleeping pills and catch an early flight, coffee was the only part of the breakfast I cared about. The room was very comfortable and had many amenities such as plentiful high quality toiletries. The rooms are obviously carefully designed. You will receive no hints about how to turn on the nonoperable lights. Here is my tip: jam your room key hard down into the slot next to the door (inside the room).

Yelp
Great hotel located in the city center of Frankfurt. The staff is very kind and the breakfast buffet is very big! Bedrooms are small and setup in a very strange way, thus leaving no privacy for the person in the bathroom (no door for separation). Doesn't deserve 5 stars but 4.
