At check-out, I needed the invoice for the extra services. They receptionist could not manage to print it out and offered to send it via email. I agreed to that and left.
The receptionist never sent anything, nor contacted me further. I called morning, afternoon, evening and night and in different days to the hotel, and they never picked the phone, not one single time. Not the reception, not reservation, not the restaurant, NOBODY.
I then sent an email explaining the situation and requesting the invoice. Of course, nobody ever replied to the email nor contacted me back.
At the end, I had to contact another Fleming hotel in Frankfurt (Riverside), and they picked the phone at once. They kindly connected me through internal channel and THEN they picked the phone at reception.
I explained the situation and the receptionist send the invoice during the call. NOT once an apology, a "sorry, sir", nothing.
As a side note, we wanted to just take a look at the terrace of the restaurant to see the views, and a rude restaurant manager refused us and told as "this is not a view point, come in the morning".
This hotel really does not know anything about hospitality and how to treat guests. I will for sure not come back and will not recommend to any of my colleagues and friends.
The only exception is the kind personnel during breakfast service. The other employees should learn from those kind women.
