Fleur du Lac

This is a great hotel that is right on the water. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We ordered breakfast to our balcony and enjoyed the amazing views. The hotel dated but charming and comfortable. There was no air conditioning but opening the window kept the temperature comfortable.

I was there for 4 nights on a business trip. Briliant place, with atmosphere of an old hotel, but woth all the comforts of 21 century. Great view on lake. Very nice staff. Great breakfasts, very nice interiors (especially bar downstairs). Room was very cozy. Coffee machine and small but free minibar were very nice surprises.

Completely unimpressed, usually the restaurant here has great food and decent service. Unfortunately the most recent time I tried to go, I happened across a Maitre D who simply could not be bothered to seat us. He had just handed a menu to a couple who arrived before us and there were plenty of seats, yet told us 'The kitchen is closed, oh and we are full'. Given I have been here many times, this surprised me, however rest assured I will no longer be recommending to my friends to come here if this is how the restaurant staff treat people.

Don't go there before 4-5 years The restaurant is really nice. Good food, nice service. But the rest is really not at the same level... expect cobwebs even on the lights of the restaurant, a room from the 80s (maybe you love it...) and a personnel that barely can manage the hotel. But it should blossom to a 5* hotel in 4-5 years. Just be patient :-)

I've been to this restaurant so many times and every time is great. Food is excellent, the sauce for the steaks is famous throughout the region. I loved the filet de perches this time. The service is always good and the terrace stays nice and cool and peaceful even in the hottest weather. Lovely views ovr the lake.

We arrived late after water sports for a dinner for 7 people, kitchen had closed but they prepared us our menu ! View is wonderfull, the only shade i would give for eating is the low light, kept drinking the glass of my friend next to me :) But in fact i guess at the time we arrived those in the hotel would not appreciate high lights. We much appreciated the evening with a friendly waitor and the beautifull view.

Good! Spectacular location directly facing the lake. Warm reception welcome upon late evening arrival. Overall positive home like atmosphere. Breakfast is worth having thanks to the pleasant service and wide windows view onto the lake. But is seems only for weekends, otherwise the breakfast room is very small! Choice of food stuffs is wide as well, including really tasty cappuccino. Parking is free and very convenient in front/on site of the hotel. Wi-Fi internet is high speed (over 50 Mbit/s) accessed via simple password only. Rooms are clean enough, but could be a little bit bigger in size though. Overall 4 stars.

Wonderful view of the lake with cooling lake breezes through the whole day. Excellent food and service in the restaurant and hotel. On very hot days the buildings can get alittle warm and do not have air conditioning.
