I don't know about another people experience but my cousins received good service and they were happy so that was the most important thing. They spend more than half hour searching for the right sneaker they want. One of them got a pair of sneakers but another one wants to same design but different size, but the price is too much different and too expensive so one of them doesn't get anything from the store. Service is good and the store has many collections so the shoes collector will like this place.

I completed the order and waiting for shipping information. Got an email thinking it was that. Nope it was a STORE cancellation and refund notification. FOR NO REASON!!! I'LL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN

The worst company do not buy from them for your own good i ordered j4s on their website and they sent me used shoes as listed new and pre-verified on their website and you can see with blue light or not cleaning products residues and they did not ship item with their ““ flight club” Tag and requesting you to send them photos with such in the photos. They are scammers you will end up having to call your bank and dispute whatever charges as fraud. They need to be investigated and shut down. Please sneaker community help me shut this company down.

I ordered air max from here and vf the second time I wore them the air bubble on both shoes cracked. And reaching out via email got a few responses but no follow up. Would really appreciate if this matter could be resolved

My son loves this shop, excellent service and good selection of shoes. It is not cheap, noticed some sneakers could be sourced a lot cheaper in England. Yet staff are helpful and the experience was all about my son, I had never heard of it and my son insisted we visit and came out £1500 light for 2 pairs of trainers. Which as an older person I think that is excessive. My little boy is only my little boy once. It was a one off experience!

After hearing about how good this place is for years, I was expecting more. Some cool pieces in stock, also was neat to see some grails in the flesh but overall it was just a bit bland. I’d rather have something more interesting than an entire wall of identical cactus jacks

Fake my daughter wore the shoes one time after getting authenticated shoes and they just fell apart. Than keith on there end reached out saying they dont cover wear and tare …it’s definitely not wear and tare there fake shoes

I been getting my shoes from these guys for almost ten years now. I have never been let down. Product has always been tip top shape. My kids has always been happy with their presents I buy from this organization. If you're not giving these guys 5 stars., you're a hater. 4 stars is not enough forbthis 5 star organization.

Staff was helpful. Had a better selection that others around. Pricing was a little bit higher but to get what you want that day makes it worth it.

I made a purchase a week ago. I see my sneaker was not shipped out I emailed 3 time. I got not one respond from anyone I'm still waiting on response for update and tracking. Nothing. Horrible customer service They the worst. Never again. Just want my money back at this point

I made a purchase on 2.9.24 for some cool grey 11's for my daughter's birthday. Flight club shipped through some random carrier by the swyft. The company claims they tried to deliver the package, but I was home all day and have cameras. No one ever came to the door. I don't have a gate, so there would be no barrier. The carrier stated they sent it back to flight club. Flight club has not responded to my emails or processed a refund. I'm out of $335 dollars. I plan to report by reviews, BBB and sue for theft too.

My son got $300 from all of his friends for his 15th birthday. He ordered some Air Jordan 4s on October 2nd 2023. He opened an account with our current address in South Texas. The company shipped them to Oregon through UPS and then said they shipped them to the correct address which was not South Texas. They basically said too bad so sad file a complaint with UPS of which we did. Sorry company and sorry service.

For sneakerheads and anyone curious about sneakers itself, Flight Club is the place to go to. It's easy to purchase sneakers online (even if the wallet hurts), but it's something else to take in the retail experience. The experience of searching for different shoes and staring at which one you either want or dream of owning at some point in time. I've been several times over the years, but this recent trip had a singular purpose: looking for the Air Max 90 Infrared. Unfortunately, my size wasn't available and thus I didn't make a purchase at the time. If there were any suggestions, it would be reorganizing the shoes. I wish the sections were easily distinguishable (Nike, Adidas, Jordan, etc.) so I can stay more laser focused on one section of the store. I can also see why that doesn't happen either. At some point, I'll be back (if my shoe ever comes back in stock!)

For my son this place is a dream ... for ME this place was overwhelming and I sat on the bench waiting for my kid to browse the hundreds of sneakers (along with the other moms ) He was super happy with the selection and thought it was super cool . It's busy , loud and fast paced in here but worth a stop if you're into sneakers !

My 15 yr old granddaughter saved for and tried to buy a pair of shoes. That was back in Dec 2023, still have not received shoes. For the last 2 months have been trying to get a refund, all Iam getting is a run around. At one point, one Customer Experience Specialist, asked for a photo and info of my 15 yr old grand daughter.

Rude Service. A prime example of a staff that is disillusioned by their employment, the staff think they're hot shit. Overpriced, horrible return policy, and played out. Good thing the sneaker game is on its last legs.

I personally am not crazy over sneakers but there are quite a few sneakers that I actually really like despite the cost of it. Everytime I come, it is alwyas packed and it takes awhile to find someone to help me. I don't know how this store works. I am not too sure if they sell brand new shoes or used shoes but the shoes that I got were slightly dirty at the bottom. I did ask if there was another pair of the same shoe that was not dirty and the lady said that it would cost a little more but sadly I got the last pair. Once you buy it, you cannot return or exchange. Some of the staff members that I encountered were nice but some are rude and you can tell that they do not want to be there. I do see that online is slightly cheaper than when ordering it at the store but based on majority of the reviews from Yelp.... buying the shoe in person is the better option. After talking to a few friends I learned that this is not the place to go to buy shoes. Especially when I paid way more than how much it is listed for in other shoe sites AND it was not in perfect condition.

My son wanted a pair of Yeezys so we ubered to this location. He walked in and there was a very long line to check out. Luckily for us he had to order the shoes and have them shipped to him so they made the order and we got to a different line in the store. We were in and out in about 15 minutes which was awesome. Shipping was fast and arrived in perfect condition.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They are not transparent. Why does it take 14+ days to deliver sneakers?! Quick to take my money but not send my product in the timeframe. I even waited 2 more days because I knew these sneakers were in high demand. Every time I checked back, there was a shipment delay or Dana from customer service would send me an automated message telling me to be patient while she's checking in with the warehouse staff. For 4 days it was the same reply. Like what?! I had to write a nasty reply back, in order for me to get my refund. I didn't even care for the sneakers anymore. Still waiting on that refund to hit my account. Once I receive it, I'm deleting my Flight club account. Already deleted my GOAT. Y'all are horrible.

They sold me fake Jordans. I am waiting for a reply from them. I will be reporting them to the BBB and Fed if this issue is not resolved.

I was sent fake air Jordan shoes. The seams between the two shoes are totally different. The top of the toe seam on one shoe is round and the other is more pointed sharp. VERY noticeable. Side seams and design differ in shake and size. Black marker spots on both shoes. Fake shoes. They stand by their authentication. I returned them and they proceeded with the shoes have been worn. They have not, it would be embarrassing to wear those out. Please take two minutes to report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Also, request a chargeback on your card as the more chargebacks a company has, the more scrutinized they will be. They need to be closed down.

The ultimate sneaker head hub! If you're in the market for rare and special sneakers, this is the store you want to visit in NYC! You can expect to find the best quality from Yeezy's to Jordan's to Nike! It can get very busy in the store but the staff is very helpful and provides excellent service. The displays are stunning and almost museum-like where each item can get their respective shine and also so you can clearly see your options as you shop. The selection of shoes is incredible and you're sure to find the perfect pair for you!

They sell used shoes online and claim they are new, this is intentional and systematic. Do not go near this business. I bought new Air Jordan 4s online from them (see attached order confirmation) for $380. The shoes arrived in a ripped box with the shoes very obviously having been worn (see attached). There was dirt on the sole of the shoes, the leather was creased and the inside of the shoe was worn. Absolutely disgusting. Keep in mind these shoes have the "Flight Club" authenticity tag still attached. After contacting them they run you through a system where the burden is on you to take many pictures. There is no phone number to call them at. They don't respond to emails. They want you to jump through hoops on their terms. I am contesting this egregious scam with my bank and filing a complaint with BBB. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

Service was exceptional here. Jerry and the team were professional and on top of everything while dealing with a busy rush. Wide selection and plenty of options for all shoe wants and needs. Definitely coming back for sure!

When I went into the store post Covid I think that their organization has went down the drain. There is really no rhyme or reason to how they organize the sneakers now. You have Jordan 4's mixed with New Balances, let's just say it's all over the place. However, it's Flight Club so if your a true "sneaker head" like myself you will still find comfort in this store even with the Chaos.

I ordered Size 10 1/2, Triple White Air Force 1 Low's from Flight Club's website. I guess Flight Club, and GOAT are affiliated with one another. I got a GOAT logo sticker that came with my Box of Sneaker's. The item that, I received wasn't what I asked for! The Air Forces came in 'Photon Dust'?! Not Triple White like what, I was expected & paid for! I have purchased items from Flight Club before, and never had an issue like this until now. SMFH

My supposedly "New" air jordan 1 lost & founds came in today and noticed a crease in one of them, now I understand creases are inevitable but for brand new almost $500 shoes is absolutely ridiculous and to make matters worse flight club doesn't even accept returns, don't think I can trust flight club any more if they have the audacity to charge that much money for a pair of sneakers that have clearly been worn and label them as "new".

Yes, I know another review. I am a avid sneaker collection so far I am very happy with my purchases from Flight Club. They have many selections of shoes to choose from in many different sizes which is nice for us big shoe guys :). How's the customer service here? So far I never had any issues with the customer service team since I never had any issues with my purchases from them so I wouldn't know if customer service is good, bad or indifferent. Would I buy from them again? Yes!!!!

SCAM! Do not buy! Purchase shoes online and about 2-3 weeks later finally got the shoes. I am a middle aged man and I receive a size 11 in toddlers. PS is an acronym they use for Pre school kids and now I am out of $160 for kid shoes with no return policy. They basically told me too bad so sad. So now I will spen $160 of my life warning others about these predators.

If I could select zero stars I would. I purchased some Jordans from this website. My 16 year old daughter wore the for 3 hours before the entire sole became detached. My daughter has well over 20 pairs of shoes and all of them are in tact after multiple wears. This site has no phone number and communicates via email after a week and a half they emailed me back stating they can not help me and to contact the manufacturer. I am pissed. Look at these shoes. DO NOT BUY from here unless you have money to waste.

My girlfriend and I tried to purchase matching Jordan's. The boxes were switched behind the counter and I was sold the wrong shoes. After I told the gentleman behind the counter he told me all sales were final. Brian was sure to let my girlfriend know that it was her fault. Absolute joke.

I bought my daughter some shoes 3 weeks before Christmas, they give no updates and do not respond to emails. 686406229 order number, they took a long time to send it and use the worst delivery company possible in dhl and now it has no update on the package and it was never delivered, flight club will not respond or give me a refund. Flightclubs "verification" process is a hoax, that its policy protects! They are selling fake sneakers that they do not allow to be returned once the tag is taken off or the shoes are worn, but wearing the Blue Mirror Foamposites that I purchased for $700 is the only way I found out that they were fake! Once they got wet from the rain, the paint started peeling off! I have had these sneakers for a week and only worn them twice! There is no way that the paint should be peeling off! I have purchased at least 10 pairs of sneakers from what I thought was a verifiable company with the past 2 years, but they will never get another dollar from me!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY... 733 complaints on the BBB... they bait and switched me with Pre School size shoes when I was ordering a mens size 13 Jordan 1s. They refused to offer me an exchange or refund. I took my complaint to the BBB and they have still refused to honor my purchase. They have a 1.25 / 5 star rating with the BBB. I also found another 1 star review on this site, from just a few days ago, which appears to be the exact same bait and switch move they pulled on me in the exact same shoe type and size. If you have been ripped off by this company PLEASE go to the BBB and file a complaint against them. Somehow they have 733 complaints and still have a B rating. They also operate out of New York, so if you have been taken advantage of you can contact the state attorney generals office. I encourage everyone to do so. Lets shut these scumbags down!

This website acts like it is selling from American resllers. Originating from HK. They lie and say they are validating them at a facility in the US. They are not. Straight from HK to my home. Buyer beware.

I ordered a pair of Nike sneakers for my son. When they arrived they were too tight and the tags were in Chinese! I asked to exchange and they said we could not but we could resell on their site. We decided to sell them on another site and once we submitted with pictures they refused our listing because they are "inauthentic". When I contacted FlightClub they would not help us. Said all sales were final. They obviously do not vet their sellers/products and do not stand behind the customer. They don't seem to care that we were sold a fake. They offered us a $30 discount on next product, but we no longer trust this company!

I'm far from a sneakerhead but every now and then I like to come by Flight Club to check out the latest in what the sneaker world has to offer. Flight club always seems to have a great selection on display including some of the most expensive sneakers I've ever seen. Now if I didn't spend all my money on the restaurants I find through Yelp, one day I might be able to save up to buy sneakers from here.

This is the worst place to order shoes, I purchased the jordan retro 4 red thunder and flight club took 13 days to ship my shoes, i sent them about 4 emails regarding my order and none ever answered, they don't even have a phone number where you can call and get your issue solved. After 13 days of waiting someone who works with flight club send the shoes to flight club for authentication, and after that they cancelled my order, they are selling shoes online that they don't even have, do no buy from these people, they will not respond to your order issues and will make you wait for weeks and then tell you that the order was cancelled

My 12-year-old son purchased a pair of shoes from Flight Club company. They sent him the wrong size from what he ordered. His mother helped him to go through an elaborate process to return the shoes. However, Flight Club returned the shoes to us again, stating that we returned the shoes in a used condition. My son is a 12-year-old boy and they sent him a pair of shoes to fit a toddler. He certainly hasn't worn the shoe. We returned the same used shoes they sent to us back to them. So apparently, they sent us used shoes in the wrong size. And they refused to take it back.

10 years consigning with this place and they've never done me wrong. I have no problem consigning my most coveted pairs and collections with them. 1000% recommended

Having purchased many pairs of sneakers from Flight Club at their highly inflated prices I was recently made aware that they import their crap from CHINA. Not only were shoes shipped directly from China, FedEx held them hostage until I filled out a Customs form and had to provide a Social Security number. Never again. These crooks will not refund me, nor will they help get the sneakers out of impound. If I wanted to buy FAKE SHOES from China I could have done that on my own for much less and without having to provide my SS#. EFFF YOU Flight Club!

Customer service is non existent. I ordered a pair of Jordan 1 Patent leather BRED's size 13 they send me an email they are shipping 13Y's I've been trying to reach somebody for 3 weeks now. The shoes arrive and they are not the mens size 13 I ordered and they are not the 13Y the email said they shipped they are see the picture. I've been emailing them from 5 min after I ordered the shoes and still no response other than please don't submit multiple tickets. ‍ This place charges way too much for shoes that you don't order and they send whatever size they want and won't respond to these issues.

Ordered my son Nike Pandas in 2.5 came in a week and a half. No issues with shipping. No issues with size, color, or the fit. My son is 8 and loves them. Went crazy when they arrived! Fit perfectly with extra room. Came packaged perfectly. No issues at all. First time ordering and will definitely order again.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I placed an order in August and it was stolen. Flight Club gave me a store credit, which I used to place an order for my son's birthday. His sneakers were supposed to arrive on October 3, 2022, they didn't. I waited until the next day and was emailed later and told that I would hear back from someone in "48 hours the latest!!!"(their words) that would've been October 6,2022. I have emailed several times since them. I have emailed the parent company Goat. This company does not have a number except in Miami and that's a recording. I have posted on their social media pages and as of right not October 17, 2022 at 11:30pm EST, I still have no sneakers and they have my money. I still haven't heard from anyone. I hope this helps somebody that's thinking about ordering from these scammers. S/N: check your sneakers because they are shipped from China smh

I ordered a brand new pair of shoes are and I was sent a damaged pair in a ripped and smashed box. I attempted to process a return and they have no customer service phone number so I was forced to email repeatedly. Every time I would email them pictures of the damage and ask to process a return for a refund, they would tell me that I was emailing from an email address different from the one I placed an order from soooo for my own protection. I would need to email them from the email address I placed my order from. I only have one email address. This place is a scam, they sell new shoes or discounted damaged shoes but I guess even if you pay for brand new ones they still send you damaged ones and don't offer any recourse to process returns or get your money back. I called my bank and hopefully they will be able to dispute the charge or force them to process the return, but they said they don't even show a phone number for them to contact them. I would only suggest to not do business with this company because in my opinion, they are not at all reputable. I wish I would have read their other reviews on the Better Business Bureau site and everywhere else on the internet.

DON'T ORDER ONLINE They sent my the wrong size and refuse to exchange or return. When I first contacted them it was via email because there is No Other Way. They took 7 days to reply stating they were willing to help me. They researched my order had all the info needed and then just asked me for pictures of the shoe box, tags and shoes stating that was the only way they would exchange or refund for sending me the wrong the size. After I submitted all the pictures requested they simply answered with they were not going to refund or exchange. And the only way I could write this review is by giving them a star if it were up to me you would have -100 stars. Worst customer service you can't speak to anyone then when they reply they have a script to make it seem like they want to help but at the end they don't care.

Ordered a pair of space hippies, waited a week & 1/2 and still weren't shipped, made some lame excites about covid affecting shipping(doesn't affect anything anymore) and then cancelled my order. This place is also slow to respond. Buy somewhere else. Not worth the hassle.

Took my boys to NYC Flight club waited online for about an hour or 2 ( which safe and fun for them). Once we got in they were in heaven... We had to wear plastic gloves to handle the shoes because of Covid and face mask and sit 6 inches away when trying on shors ( but that's not there fault). Everyone was very friendly and polite and lots of $$$ later we have sneakers and good memories!!! Thanks Flight club for the extra security inside and out!

Been buying and selling with this spot since 2008. Never once had an issue or complaint, there has been times where they have notified me with an authentication issue when the sneakers come in worn and offered discounts or to find another pair. I always select find another pair and get a brand new pair of kicks.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a pair of sneakers for my kid that never came. After a few weeks, I checked in with courier and was told item was never received. So I reached out to Fight Club. They lord and said the courier had the shoes. I asked to cancel my order since the package was never sent out. I kept reaching out to company but got no response. After a few more weeks my item was shipped out. I continued reaching out even after the item was shipped but again, no response. Now, after over 6 weeks, someone is finally getting back to me claiming it's against company policy to cancel an order once it is placed. Keep in mind, the order HAD NOT SHIPPED when I asked to cancel. I had to open a dispute with my bank because this company refuses to work with me. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I will NEVER order from this company and no will leave this review wherever I can to warn other potential buyers. And in the midst of all this nonsense, I ordered the shoes directly through Nike and got them within 5 days
