"Flying Over the Desert Fun for all ages: Flightlinez takes children over 75 lbs and thrill-seeking adults on an aerial tour over the famous desert on the way to the Hoover Dam. Depending on the wind, guests of the Boulder City facility can reach up to 60 miles per hour, and get to zip over a mile and a half. There’s a small hike up to the first run, and then it’s nothing but high speeds and checking out the mountain scenery."

SHAKA BRA!!! The wife and I had a BLAAAST with these guys up in Bootleg Canyon! We met-up at the shop, had a how-to mini-class, then Macaulay Culkin's doppelganger drove us up some cool mountain edges to what looked like the top of the Bootleg Canyon area; somewhere in-between red and black mountain. We heard so many jokes that we didn't know what was true or not anymore, like a long jokeathlon... it was a nice escape from the real world! We did a little hiking, it was kinda hot out, well it's always hot out!, but free water was provided throughout which was pretty cool There were 4 zip lines all in all. They offered some great views of the Canyon, Boulder City, Lake Mead and The Strip in the far distance. The team were friendly and were a good laugh! Added some 360 pics to this review!

We loved the guides. They were nice, funny, patient, and extremely safe. This was our first time here and we're planning on going back every time we can find an excuse to see a show. Ask for Gary. He's awesome.

Why stay in a smoky casino - Outdoor adventure near Las Vegas. Trust your life with these guides in RED. Look for the landing deck (Hint - it is above the lower part of the cable.) Will never skip it in Vegas again. (Reserve to be sure)

Tour 3 APR 19 @ 1000 - The tour was excellent. John, Mat, Aaron, Vince, I'm sure I messed someone/s. All were terrific and extremely helpful. Safety was first in their mind, the ride up to the starting place was fun and a few good laughs. the hike up to the first starting point was good cardio for us old folks, but I made it. (huff-huff) The was not our first zip line, but for sure was the best in our book. Don't leave Vegas without trying this one. Thanks to all for the fun time----

Google
This is the zip line to do while in vegas. Don't waste your money on the strip. They have a great crew, really work hard to make it fun. Management is really flexible about running late or adjusting to situations. The runs are very scenic and fun. Make sure you drink lots of water, wear sunscreen and any chance you get to get in the shade take it. I highly recommend this company and I don't give 5 stars often.

Yelp
Holy cow!! Flightlinez Bootleg Canyon zipline experience in Boulder City is AWESOME. I'd love to do it again. I took my 14 year old daughter on a beautiful, sunny Sunday afternoon. The views of the Canyon, Lake Mead, and Boulder City are breathtaking. Prepare to hike a little to get to the platforms. The guides are patient and helpful if anyone has a little difficulty...no shame is resting or going fully out. The guides are awesome! You'll get a great tour with plenty of jokes, brave antics and always good instruction and focus on safety. Miles of lines in beautiful Bootleg Canyon. $159 per person. Get 4 together, one flies free!!

Yelp
I've been waiting to do this zipline since it opened but I could never seem to justify the cost to myself. Luckily this year, I received it as a birthday present. Now that I know what it's like, I can say it's worth every penny. First, everyone who works here is nice, friendly and informative. It certainly felt like a family of people working together. Everyone was pretty funny as well. While the jokes seem pretty rehearsed (obviously) I felt like everyone was trying to make it a good experience for us. It also didn't hurt that most of the guys are pretty good looking. I'd follow Saxon or Tyler up a mountain any day. :) Those things aside, I actually felt very safe around these people. As jovial as they were, they were very professional. We had an issue with the wind and I could feel that I could trust their opinions and I never felt that I was in any danger. Safety seemed to be of utmost importance and I really really appreciated that.

Yelp
Best zipline in the lower 48. Even though you only do four lines, they are long and fun. The crew goes out of their way to ensure you are safe and have a great time. A word to the wise. It is hot, and I mean hot in the summer, and the first hike to the first zipline is not an easy one. Book early in the day. We booked the 9 am tour and it was very hot by the time we were finishing our last zipline. Also, bring extra cash to tip your crew. Trust me, they will earn it.

Yelp
Excellent team of people.. Very fast runs over beautiful multicolor terrain. Best fun off the strip. Brandon Kenna and Grasso were fantastic making sure you were harnessed in for a flying good time. Added bonus ! Easy van pick up service from the strip

Yelp
A MUST!!!!!!! Vegas has more to offer than just the Strip, y'all. If you come all the way here & miss out on ziplining with Flightlinez, then your trip was incomplete. Come on back & do it right next time! Flightlinez will even pick you up from your hotel. Locals & military folks - you get a discount. Super cool of Flightlinez to do that. So take advantage of it. This company has really thought of everything to make your experience stress free & amazing. From providing lockers at the main office to having a staff photographer documenting your adventure to carrying bottles of ice cold water for you to calming your nerves with their corny jokes. Even sunblock and chapsticks are provided *thumbs up* After making your reservation, meet at the main office on your day & time. Staff checks you in & weigh you. Next, you get instructions. (Don't worry about memorizing every little detail. Staff will give instructions again before each "flight".) Then, pile into a Flightlinez bus, head up the mountain, & FLY!!!! Pro tip: Bring cash to tip the staff. They really bust their butts lugging all that equipment for you. Also, sign up for their frequent flyer program. Bring 3 guests & your flight is FREE!

Yelp
If anyone has anything negative to say about their experience they are either a stick in the mud or too high on their horse to appreciate it. I can not say enough times how great of an experience we had!!! The guides were entertaining and energetic. You could tell they really love their jobs. Hell I would too if I could do that all day! They give you a full demonstration of safety, braking, and proper positioning etc. You leave to go on the tour slightly nervous but mostly excited. You get in the bus to drive up the mountain. Great views on the way up. Once you arrive you have a moderate hike to the first line. They take many breaks to allow for people to catch their breath and take in the views. Each line takes a bit of time get each person going but if you like the outdoors and enjoy taking in the awesome views then the time between is not at all bothersome. I actually enjoyed that it took time. I can't imagine rushing through the tour and feeling as stoked at the end as I did when we finished at our slow pace. once you actually get hooked up each hipline has something different to offer whether its speed or length. I am on the lighter side and I still felt I went very fast!!! They do offer a shuttle to pick up from the strip but we rented a car and am glad we did. The location was only about 10-15mins from the Hoover Dam and many other hiking opportunities! I enjoyed every aspect of my time EXCEPT when it was over. If i could I would do it every day before I leave Vegas in a few days! Don't forget to tip your guides! They deserve it!

Yelp
Two of us did the flights on October 5, 2008, not too long after the attraction opened. It was wonderful. I have a great fear of heights. I knew what to expect long before I went on the ride. I have hiked twice to the top of Red Mountain, the site of the first, and steepest, flight. I saw this thing as it was being built, and I had no idea what it was. After finding out, I needed to take the plunge. It was fantastic. I enjoy every bit of it! The staff was wonderful. Except for a few moments of terror before I started, the height thing disappeared. Two seconds down the first flight, I was hooked! This is a class operation and tons of fun!!

Yelp
Amazing experience. The tour guides are very nice and funny. You can get complementary ride to the mountain from Excalibur. It is about a 30 minute drive. You can see a Lake from the top of the Mountain. You stop at the office and leave your stuff in lockers. Omg I thought after reading the reviews you would have to carry your own equipment :O That would be intense since its pretty heavy but the tour guides carry it for you. It is a pretty big hike to get to the top of the mountain but you get lots of breaks. It is so much fun to slide down the 4 zip lines. The last one though it a bit too fast and when you break its a bit intense. You have to manually pull the breaks but the tour guides go first and wave the flags to let you know when to pull on them. The first one was my favorite. Perfect adrenaline adventure while in vegas.

Yelp
Buyer Beware. I made the reservation in good faith but when I showed up, they asked me to get on a scale. I was over the limit and was told I couldn't go due to insurance reasons. Then they quoted the same day cancellation policy and did not give me my money back. I have been on multiple zip lines and have never been told there is a weight limit. An expensive and disappointing interaction.

Yelp
What an Adrenalin Rush! I am a Realtor here in Las Vegas/Henderson and Boulder City. It's my goal to experience and be knowelageable of things to do and points of interest in our community. I have to say that Flightlinez is a "must do" experience if you are looking for an adventure. The team of guides was fantastic and fun to hang with during our tour! I highly recommend Flightlinez for an adventure you will not forget!!

Yelp
This was my wife and I's first time zip lining and it I cannot say enough good things about it! We had so much fun! Such a thrilling experience and the views are incredible. Our Flightlinez team that took us on the tour was Alison, Matt, Andrew, and Patrick. They are the best! The Flightlinez team really makes this a fun, exciting, and enjoyable experience. On the way up the canyon they put on this hilarious skit with choreographed and corny jokes that had my cheeks hurting before we even started. That was worth the price of admission alone! Steve picked was our driver to and from the resort, as well as up the canyon. He was such a great guy and made us laugh as well! I cannot recommend this tour enough!

Yelp
What a great experience I had zip lining with Flightlinez last week. I was thrilled that I got picked up and dropped off at a hotel in Las Vegas. It made it possible for me to participate. Everyone is so friendly - from the person behind the desk, to the driver of the bus, to the guys that made the flight safe and fun. A shout out to Matt (hope you get your socks) who led us through a demonstration, provided narration on the bus (with help by other team members as back up comedians), and made sure we left the flight platform safely. To the guys on the receiving platform, thanks for all your help getting us off the line. I was amazed at the stamina and strength of the employees. They had to carry all the equipment up to each platform along with a backpack full of water for us. It was a fun experience - my group of zip liners was fun to be with, the guys were always on target and focused, and they didn't mind getting their photos taken (what a bunch of hams - good looking to boot). Photos taken by a team photographer are available for purchase, though they are somewhat pricey. I would do it again in a heartbeat. There is a sunset one - I didn't do it but it would be great.

Yelp
I highly recommend this company for a zip line experience you won't forget! Steve our driver was so personable and great. The crew we had -Allison, Austin, Christian and Vince -made it fun and made sure it was safe! Funny jokes. Help if needed with the hike equipment. Thoughtfully made sure everyone was ok and having fun. Plenty of water provided which was used:) An experience we thoroughly enjoyed!!

Yelp
What a great thing to do when in and around Vegas! Take the half hour drive out from Sin City, you won't be sorry! The guides are all super funny, you get to check out beauty views from the peaks (Lake Mead, a bit of Hoover Dam, Boulder City itself and the awesome canyons), you get to take in fresh air and get some good exercise. The exercise consists of hiking about 15 min up a steep mountain to get to the top. And carrying heavy gear - it is not mandatory to if you are not comfortable about it but it helps to staff get everything they need to the runs. While the guides are humorous and love to tease their clients, safety really does come first. If you are nervous, you will get reassurance when it counts. Funny thing - it was my hubby's first time ever doing this and earned himself the nickname 'Miley Cyrus' for pulling on the brake too low at the end of a run and coming in like a wrecking ball! Lol! We have the video to prove it! The 4 zip lines were fun. Of course much more time consuming if you have a large group and also if other people show up late. Would recommend this activity. In winter months, wear more layers than you think you need or a warm coat - it gets very chilly up there. Also, bring sunglasses. And gloves. I liked that the office had a washroom that we could use, as well as lockers for any valuables you lock and hold the key to. When you return, you will be given a comment card which doubles as an envelope for gratuities.

Yelp
My son and I went ziplining for the first time here and absolutely loved it! I am not a fan of heights at all and they made it very enjoyable. The guides are funny and very polite. The ziplines are fast and fun. We will definitely be back soon!
google avatar

Yelp
Second round for my husband and me. We LOVE this experience! Tugboat is the funniest guide. The others are pretty quiet, but Jon kept us entertained. I can't wait to do the night time tour. Definitely book this, you won't regret it!

Yelp
Late review from all the way in December but better late then never. So first everyone gets picked up from one hotel I believe it was Excalibur. Which sorta sucked cause I was staying at the Cosmo and I know enjoy getting picked from my hotel which was done for other excursions but that's fine. So you all get picked up and taken to their office where you get safety lessons and your gear. Everyone was super pleasant and they make a lot of jokes which I know some people may find annoying but you have to break the ice somehow. Then you take a bus ride which is fun then make it exciting they tell you jokes and facts which helps cause most people are nervous I know I was. Then you hike up and the views are amazing. Honestly it is very adrenaline inducing and fun. It's an activity that you can do several times and it doesn't get old. Next time I'm in Vegas I would love to go back and hopefully be less scared hahha

Yelp
This was an awesome experience, definitely a great time had by all! The tour guides were funny, nice, and knowledgeable. They even gave some fun historical information on our way up the canyon. The bus was a little iffy, very old without power steering. Made the excitement a little more heightened going around the turns with no gaurd rails. Everything was explained over and over. Water was provided at each zipline stop. I would highly suggest bringing tissue/a handkerchief. The wind blows in your eyes and nose makings everything run. Overall, if you are ever in Vegas or Boulder city area, check these guys out! You won't be disappointed! I will definitely be back!

Yelp
An amazing adventure! This was our 2nd trip to Flightlinez. 1st trip our son didn't weigh enough and now that he's 14 and with acceptable weight, we couldn't wait to bring him to experience the best zip line in the Southwest! Reservations are easy and they offer a substantial discount for Military. They also have a buy 3, 4th flies free! There are 4 ziplines. There is some moderate hiking so hydrate and wear the right clothes/shoes. They offer sunscreen and water complimentary. Our guides were Tristan, Saxton and Tore. These are the funniest, hardworking men around. They make the entire trip enjoyable and were even able to pull smiles out of a "I'm too cool for life" teenager. Extra tips for that! The photo packages are a bit expensive 1-$15, 5-$50, whole package $75), but for 1st timers, worth it. On the actual lines, we felt safe and secure. Each time the directions were told and repeated. These guides really take care of you. The best line is the 1st one at about 60-65mph! So much fun in this 3-4 hour excursion. Not to be missed whenever you are in the area!

Yelp
Amazing experience! The tour guides make it an enjoying and relaxing experience, they take away any nervousness and are super funny!! The views are awesome and it is definitely and experience that someone should do while in the Las Vegas or Boulder City area!!

Yelp
We had a BLAST! Our guides Jason and Blake were fun, entertaining and excited to be there! We were a little afraid at the very first zipline, but that was gone almost immediately. We want to come back for the dusk zip line. Definitely try it and bring your guests, it has great views of Vegas!

Yelp
Awesome awesomeness provided by: Mr. Osborne, Mr. Levi and Mr. Matt. You guys are the man! (Did I say that right). I had a great time for it being my first time. Those guys gave us the confidence needed to just let go and enjoy the ride. Attention is their strength. Always attentive and helpful.

Yelp
Zippity Doo Da Yelp. Doo da zip if you are up for adventure and outdoors. Incredible guides and not bad to look at either. They had mad corny jokes which made it that much more fun and helped everyone relax. Also there was a girl who took all of the pictures who talked to rocks and lizards. The lines themselves didn't seem that fast or that high to me. I don't know if I expected to be traveling at the speed of light, but I had a vision of it being scary and death defying. It wasn't. I see what the boys from South Park were talking about. Still it was an experience. Highlight- I got stuck which is usually what happens to super skinny people so that was part 1 of the highlight. Part two was sexy pants Flightline King Jake had to rescue me. Not gonna lie. This was kinda hot. Lowlight- Ladies: Please don't wear short shorts zip lining. We can see all yo' business. This happens when you are braking and have to make the "pizza" position which just means spread em'. Flying wild beavers coming at ya is pretty terrifying and I might need counseling after witnessing this. Don't let this happen to you. Overall awesome time thanks to the crew, Flightlines and beautiful day. I think this adventure seeker is ready to jump out of a plane now.
google avatar

Yelp
Totally awesome!! I was so pumped up for the first of 4 flightlines. I literally screamed out loud the first few seconds speeding down the cable. Then my Red Sox hat flew off my head due to the sheer speed of the ride. No big deal. A very small casualty to do something so cool on a hot summer afternoon in the desert. 2.5 hours. The guides were great. They were all really fun and funny but safety is the bottom line for them. It didn't bother me at all waiting for them to prep everything. Better than falling 400 ft to your death don't you think? My wife did get stuck on the third run since she wasn't heavy enough to make it to the end. I posted the photo of her just hanging there. We had a good laugh about it afterwards. The staff was able to bring her to the end no problem. So just make note that it could happen if you're less than 100lbs. It was also great to see a bunch of Yelp reviews printed and framed in their main lobby. I saw Norm K's on the top right corner. Tourists! Why don't you stop playing $10 6-5 blackjack and use the money you would blow to do something really fun and actually enjoyable?

Yelp
This is the first time my husband and I zipelined and it was the most fun we could have ever had. Tristin, Rambo and Saxon were very entertaining. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!!!!!

Yelp
I Should Have Never Gone Ziplining THE BOYS ARE EXCITED TO SPEND A DAY ZIPLINING IN THE COLORADO MOUNTAINS. BUT HIGH IN THE ROCKYS, FAR FROM THEIR FAMILIES, THEIR TRIP TAKES A BAD TURN. CHANCES OF SURVIVAL ARE SLIM. ALL THEY CAN DO IS WAIT TO BE RESCUED. BUT WILL HELP COME TOO LATE? ...that was the description of a South Park episode where the kids are disparate to escape the mountains when they find out how boring gong on a zip line actually is. Here are the pluses with Bootleg Canyon: The views are wonderful. Here are the down sides: If you have ever ridden a mountain bike, swing, or the Dumbo ride at Disney, you will not find this "exciting". To make up for the lack of real excitement/adrenalin, the guides attempt to make sarcastic joke from the moment you arrive. Most of the jokes are about "equipment failure, and ways to die on a zipline". They also must find it funny to explicitly give us directions on how to position our bodies in the harness and use the hand brakes, but then totally ignore those directions and clown around by going down backwards and not following their own rules. The most exciting/dangerous part is when the bus driver slams on the brakes and intentionally drifts the bus backwards towards the edge of the cliff at the top of the mountain . Yeah, great fun! (now that was sarcasm) Overall not a horrible or dangerous experience, but if you are only in town for a limited time be careful of how you spend 5 hours of free time.

Yelp
We visited on 10/22/17 and had a wonderful time! The staff was amazing. They were all very helpful and fun. There wasn't a dull moment on the whole trip. We will definitely be back! Thank you Brina and the crew!

Yelp
Great experience on a blistering hot day (114 F). This crew with the support of the back office team worked hard to help our group overcome the heat and have a great experience. I highly recommend doing this, and I hope to return soon for the full moon/glow sticks night time version.

Yelp
Zipping right along! It was mid summer so we chose an early time to start our adventure. After meeting up at their building and signing the disclosure forms, you are ready to go! You take a small bus up the mountain at which point there is a small hike to the first platform. Honestly the bus ride was about the scariest part for me - yes he was a crazy driver around the curves. You carry your 'trolley' on the hikes. It's almost 20 lbs and awkward. The guys will carry them for you if you can't handle it (like me). There is a total of 4 lines to bring you back down the mountain. The first line gets you going about 50-60 mph! So fun! The harnesses provided have a small pocket on the back for phones or valuables you don't want to lose. GoPros are available or you can bring your own! They now are offering sunset and night zip lines so I would love to try that! A beautiful view and good times made this a memorable experience!

Yelp
We were so excited when we saw a friend check in here on Yelp. I was like oh yeah we got to try this place out. We waited for the weather to turn cooler as we truly didn't want to come in the summer time. We came mid week which was awesome as it wasn't crowded at all. There was only us 3 and another couple. We used the Locals discount which thanks Flightlinez for being cool to those crazy few who live here! We arrived slightly early to their office which is conveniently located near Chilly Jilly'z. The staff - Cody, Grasso and Levi quickly realized my wife was kind of gullible. It all started with the color of the helmets. They convinced her the blue one was the safest and she of course grabbed the blue helmet. It would only get funnier as the day progressed. We then hoped into the van for the ride up to the lines. Between the three of them we were entertained with their amazing humor. This comedy trio had us laughing so hard at times I was close to tears. Their strip worthy humor was great as the bumpy ride went by so fast. Once at the site we unloaded and the staff started to hand out the trolleys. The quickly offered to carry them for the ladies which was really nice. The other guy and me took ours on with pride. The staff ensured our safety and made us feel at ease despite the wild rides ahead of us. I am not afraid of heights but going at up to 60 MPH on a steel cable that's just wild and crazy! The wife was a little nervous and the staff took the time to put her at ease. We had a great time and I am so looking forward to going back. I am going to do a night flight this coming spring as that sounds so amazing. It is such a pleasure to go to a business and feel that love that employees have for their job. I know that Cody, Grasso and Levi truly love their job. They take your safety serious but will definitely ensure that you have a great time. Thanks team Flightlinez you made our day and we can't wait to till our next Flight with you!

Yelp
I have a dream. I dream of a day when men shall travel by zipline. A dream that I will one day soar over the desert like a magestic eagle. I dream of guys telling cheesey jokes but working the most amazing job around. Perhaps I should rephrase. I had a dream. A dream I have now lived. I visited the Bootleg Canyon Flightlines this morning. What an amazing experience. First of all, it made me realize how remarkably out of shape I actually am. I had to stop a few times on the hike to the top. The guides were right there with me and had water ready and waiting. Their patience is commendable. After sitting at the top and waiting for the first group to head down, it was my turn. When I felt that wnd blowing through what is left of my hair, I felt new life breathed into me. The next 3 lines were equally as thrilling. I only wish there were more. I wish I could zip to work. I suppose my only complaint is the video package. Kind of a waste of $25. You rent the camera and at the end they give you the memory chip. Well, I brought it back home and my computer did not recognize it. It took a while to save it but I did. It plays with the sound off by several seconds. The sound finishes well before the actual video. Furthermore, while I was able to save the video to my computer, I am not able to burn it to DVD. My advice to you, take pictures of the view between your flights. At least until they get a better system worked out. This was great fun. It is not the most extreme or thrilling thing I've done but it was easily one of the most enjoyable.

Yelp
This was a great experience and worth driving off The Strip for (or take their shuttle from the Excalibur). If you're going in the summer, I recommend the 9am flight time; anything after that might be too hot. The van does most of the leg work to get you to the top but there is a bit of "hiking" to do once they dump you out. You also have to carry one piece of equipment with you; an awkward 15 pounds. That could make the hike more difficult than it needed to be but the guides were great about caring mine for me. I guess I make a good damsel in distress. I don't like roller coasters, but I don't mind the heights so this was a perfect activity for me. The only scary part was the anxiety I gave myself watching the first group go ahead of me. The flights don't feel as fast as they look (which could be a negative point to some, I suppose). The flights are relaxing as you are comfortably strapped in - no stomach dropping feeling at all. Without getting caught up in doing the misnamed positions they make you do, try to take in as much of the scenery as possible. All four lines were great, though I did get stuck about 25 feet out on the third run. The bonus ride in was a nice addition [one of the guides had to shimmy out and wrangle me back in]. Everyone was right about the staff. The three guides/guys we had (Hudson, Dave, and Kyle) were fantastic. Tip them well. Well that's my report for now - if I think of something more clever or witty I'll add it on. Check out a few of the photos I added as well.

Yelp
If you're looking for a break from casino hopping and drinking, this is a must! A flightline tour of Bootleg Canyon (located on the side of Boulder City reserved for non-motorized recreation) takes about 3-3 1/2 hours and includes 4 runs and starts with a short hike to the first run. I felt safe during the entire tour, the guides are super fun and professional and make sure to instruct you on the appropriate body positions during each section of the run (depending on whether more or less speed is needed). The runs take you over local wildlife (moutain bikers), and provide fantastic views of Bootleg Canyon, Boulder City's hills and mountains, the Las Vegas skyline, and Lake Mead. You'll be flying approximately 65 mph on each run, depending on the winds that day. An absolutely thrilling adventure, I've got to give a shout out to our awesome guides, Brina, Casey, and John for taking such good care of us! Your guides will be happy to take your video cameras or cameras and take pictures of your adventure (with commentary!)! A must do, $149 during the week, $159 on weekends. I will definitely be back for the full moon run!

Yelp
I have gone zipping twice in the last 3 years with this company and I am happy to say both times were great! They have moved into a bigger location which makes waiting for your tour not so cramped. They offer lockers in which to store your items while you are gone on the tour. After a wild bus drive up to the lines, be prepared for a bit of a hike especially if you choose to carry your own trolley. The first line was the fastest and definitely very intimidating so I would say- don't dilly dally- just keep up your courage and follow all the instructions you are given. There are 4 lines total and once you master the first one, the rest are a piece of cake. I never once felt unsafe. I was just nervous about the feeling of zipping along at a high rate of speed- high above ground -on a thin wire. The guides were very good at repeating the safety procedures all while being very silly with their jokes. If you are of a lighter weight- you may not have enough speed to reach the deck and you will get stuck on some of the lines so while you dangle over the canyon one of the guides will have to shimmy out on the line and come and get you. I would recommend wearing tennis shoes, sunscreen, clothes you don't mind getting dirty, and eating a light snack beforehand. They provide water so I wouldn't bring any. If you have GoPro- bring it! Also I would avoid mid day or mid summer tours- it's just way too hot for that up on the lines. I hear there are sunset tours and full moon tours. I am ready to go back to experience one of those tours.

Yelp
It was my first time ever going zip lining and this place definitely set the bar pretty high. I took my boyfriend for our anniversary and he loved it. The workers are really funny and helpful. So make sure to tip them at the end. There's a small hike you have to do before getting up to the first line but it's cake and if you're a weakling and can't carry your things while hiking, the workers are more than happy to help. I heard they have one at night time or when the sun is setting which I think would be a lot more fun.

Yelp
Yesterday we zip lined through bootleg Canyon. It was a wonderful experience. The scenery was beautiful. The crew was great! They were funny, accommodating and helpful. There is a bit of a hike in the beginning that might be a little too rigorous for some. I think everyone in my party including myself want to go again.

Yelp
It's been a few years since I did Flightlines. I had a discount ($79) bought from a radio show and had a great time! I was scared at first before the first flight, but got over it. The flights are pretty thrilling and the view of Lake Mead is great! We had to carry some of the equipment used for the flightlines, which was heavy. Some of the guides offered to help carry some of it, which helped a lot. We had a post flight celebration to mix and mingle with the guides and other flightliners. Recommended!

Yelp
The guides work so hard and are so amazing! Shout out to Vince and his crew for being so amazing! They are super funny and make everyone laugh. They also took great care to make sure everything was safe and that we were well informed. I highly recommend this super awesome place!!

Yelp
Love Love Love that the winds were too high for my planned second jump off the Stratosphere....forced me to find another high place to vault off - so hopped on over to Bootleg. The staff was hilarious, and the van ride up was scarier than the actual ziplining. The only snag was the van ride from the strip was late, and leaving to go back was very delayed due to the flights taking longer than usual - we had to pile in and wait for the next set of people to come off the mountain....sweaty and hungry tourists are not pretty. I'm already planning my next flight during the full moon.

Yelp
Best ziplining experience, I think what made it even better were our instructors. The instructors we had were so hilarious, they made this experience even more joyful, more adventurous and more fun. I can't even explain how fun it was because it would take too much space on here. My sister and I felt very well, taken care of. All the staff members are amazing, it makes me believe, that they love their jobs. I will be going back again because it helped with my life issues. I for got about the real world. It is worth the price. Thank you, to the entire staff at Flightlinez bootleg canyon.

Yelp
Check this off my wife's bucket list. They are located in Boulder City about 20 mins from Las Vegas. We got there a bit early so got to visit with the staff before we started. Thumbs up for the locals discount and their frequent flyer program. We were comfortable with the equipment fitting and instruction plus they let me use a helmet with a camera mount so I didn't have to wear a chest mount (they wouldn't let me use my own helmet which already has a mount) Off we go to the drop off. I don't think their bus has any suspension because it is a pretty rough ride. There is a bit of a hike to the first platform and be prepared to carry your trolly (abt 20 lbs) up the mountain. They did announce that anyone who couldn't carry should just drop it and they would grab it for you. Very cool of them. The instructors bring a supply of water and are very generous with it to keep everyone hydrated. The views are pretty awesome with the strip on one side and lake mead on the other. There are also miles of mountain bike trails winding through the hillsides and gullies you will see. They are very efficient getting everyone down and just run everyone down in groups of three or four so you get to stay with your group if you want. There are four runs and a strenuous hike between the second and third run. There are about a mile and a half of runs you get to experience. They have a 250lb max which is strictly enforced and if you are out of shape you may want to find something else to do. They are organized at check-in and interact well with the guests. Recommend going early when it is a little cooler or take the night flight. We went at 10am and it was getting pretty warm by the time we got back. That's okay since we headed over to Boulder dam brewing to cool off. If you are looking for an adventure this might just be it.

Yelp
Amazing!!! Highly recommend when you come to Vegas. Staff is entertaining which made the experience more memorable. You'll be zip-lining 4 times in the 3 hrs that you will be out. The entire staff was also super awesome! Thanks Too Tall, Cody, & Pancake!!

Yelp
Me and my boyfriend visiting from California had such an amazing time !!! It was our first time zip-lining. & This was definitely the perfect place for that. Everything about the trip was perfect -- the weather(warm; not too hot or cold), the staff/instructors(funny and friendly as hell), the group of people, the hike, the view, and of course... the zip-lining !! Definitely worth the money. 4 different areas to zip line from. I loved everything about the experience from beginning to end.

Yelp
Such a fun time!!! We had plans to go on Saturday (1/21) but damn that weather was crazy! So we called and told it would be canceled so we rescheduled for Sunday. We just couldn't wait any longer, haha. The weather looked great on Sunday and we headed out to Boulder! Once we got there, they were very welcoming and helpful it getting all the information filled out. They go through a set of instructions before you even leave the building and have a mini zip line set up to show you exactly how to do it. Simple enough! One of my friends is afraid of heights so she was very very nervous but my mom and I, woo we were ready to go. We got in the bus around 10am and headed up to the top! As we are traveling to the top the guides explain a little about Boulder City and Bootleg Canyon, which was a cool thing. They also have cheesy jokes but it does help with the nervousness! Once we were at the top, took a hike to our first platform and WOW! It looks like fun and once we got on, the nervous smiles at the beginning became, lets do it again smiles! My friend who was afraid of heights, she was fully smiling at the end! She was so happy she did it. The guides were so nice and very helpful and made the experience even better. They made sure they learned your names and talked to you in the down time. We had a total of 9 people in our group and were done by 1pm. I am sure if more people it would have taken longer because you have to wait for each group to get fully off the line before the next one can go. But you can't beat the great views, smiles, weather, people, and overall experience!

Yelp
This is One of the best experiences I have had. This is the first time i did the ziplining on 4 different lines plus also hiked to get to the start point. The scenery is fabulous m. Topping all that a big shout out to the zipling crew who took us for ziplining and taught us how to do it. I apologize I do not remember all the names it takes some time for me to remember all the names but you know who you are. THANK YOU for the awesome experience. When I come down here I will definitely be back again.

Yelp
Incredible experience, and I would definitely repeat it! The staff is GREAT, and they are dedicated to what they do. They work hard to make sure everyone is safe (super important), and it is clear that they have thought everything through. I felt fine in their hands-I was super nervous during the first zipline-it was my first time *ever*, but it was FUN. It's a bit difficult to find-look for "Chilly Jilly's"-it's right next door. I also want to note that I am Deaf-and the staff showed me how they want everyone to understand the rules and they are working hard to make this experience accessible.
