Absolutely loved breakfast here. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The portions were generous and the menu had great options without being overwhelming. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience even better. Cozy atmosphere, great food, and an overall fantastic start to the day. Will definitely be back. ☀️🥞

The restaurant has a cute, quaint atmosphere and was beautifully decorated for the season (Valentine’s Day during our visit), which added a festive touch. The service was outstanding—our server, Emily, was attentive and on top of everything, making sure we had a great experience. The food was excellent! The pancakes were massive, light, and fluffy—just the way they should be. A little tip: use caution with the syrup because these pancakes soak it up quickly! Everything we ordered was freshly made, served hot, and absolutely delicious. Whether you’re in the mood for classic pancakes or a hearty brunch, this place won’t disappoint. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I ordered a Carnivore omelet. The worse omelet I ever had. It was dry as heck. Meat tough and hard as a brick. Not enough cheese at all. That may had made a difference if had of been. I normally do not put anything on my eggs. But that omelet was so dry I had to put hot sauce on it to eat what I did. Yuck! Hash browns and the toast were the only thing that was ok. Even though the hash browns had a different taste. My stomach was so upset after eating that omelet. For hours. Which by the way I didn't finish. My omelet I make at home was a heck of lot better. And that's saying a lot. I will never return there. Waste of money.

Wow. Flips is an absolute gem in Davenport. We did not order the crepes but the presentation on those is nothing short of 10-star. We had the classic breakfast and Mediterranean Benedict. Absolutely beautiful presentation and large portions. Bring your appetite if you come here. Their kids meals are also amazingly prepared. This is a total home run of a choice.

Very good and huge portions. Service was awesome. $10-20 per person, and the classic breakfast was split by 2. We had a table for 3-4. No wait @ 9:15 on a Saturday. Handicap accessible with Handicap ♿️ parking.

Craving pancakes at 1 o’clock in the afternoon, found this on Google! Jackpot!!!! From a minute, we walked in the door we felt greeted by friendly people! Excellent service and the food was even more amazing! Jessica was our server and had great suggestions and Her personality was hilarious. She has a dry personality, but it’s funny! Cracked us up, watching her and interacting with her. She was a fantastic server.!!! ❤️ I had the veggie omelette and pecan pancakes… More food than I expected had to take half of it home Hashbrowns, yummy and crispy!! It was delicious, but the pancakes were the best! Truly fluffy light delicious flavored pancakes! I ordered the pecan pancakes and it crunched pecans on top with a frosting drizzle. They were outstanding.!! Highly recommended

Great place for breakfast when you’re staying at the Cambria hotel in Bettendorf (or any of the hotels in this funny little complex). Natalie is a fantastic server!! Food is delicious! And it’s a cute atmosphere!

The service was phenomenal. The lady who seated us was very nice and helpful. We ordered the biscuits and gravy, as well as the Midwest steak skillet with pancakes. The food was brought out relatively quickly. It's a great place to go for breakfast/lunch/brunch and we will definitely go again sometime. W restaraunt.

Our experience at Flips was excellent! It's an adorable and fresh place with a grass wall and unique modern light fixtures. The service was outstanding. We had multiple people checking on us at frequent (but not TOO frequent) intervals, refilling our drinks and making sure we were happy and taken care of. AND THE FOOD! So delish! We all got different dishes and they were perfectly prepared. I got the fFlight to France and have been dreaming about it ever since. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Oh my goodness. Go hungry! We tried the waffle flight which we could have easily shard and still had leftovers! My husband had the classic breakfast and dug right in! The service was good. Prices are good for the amount of food that you get! This place is so cute! You need to try it!

We happened across this new Flips location and loved it! The food was delicious and fresh. The service was amazing and the place has a cool vibe.

Visited Flips Pancake house for the first time and was extremely happy. Upon entering we were promptly greeted to a well curated restaurant that featured tables, and large booths. It was fairly empty inside as it was cold so everything came out pretty promptly. The red velvet pancakes are massive and extremely filling, it's also served with a slice of cake. The chicken and biscuits were also super flavorful but the biscuit was somewhat dry. I also tried the mac and cheese but it was very basic and needed salt and pepper. It was cheesy but lacked flavor and I wouldn't recommend it. Overall this place was great and the small shortcomings made up for the experience overall and I would return.

A must stop. Breakfast and service was amazing. My wife had the pumpkin pancakes and I had the southwest skillet with a pancake. Everything was delicious and Natalie offered great and friendly service. Great location and very open and modern but welcoming ambience. You definitely want to give this a try.

Enjoyed my visit here! Despite being Fathers Day weekend and fairly busy, my friend and I were seated immediately and had great service. The restaurant itself is a little loud, but has a cozy atmosphere and very cute decor. I chose the Latin Flair Benedict and really enjoyed it. The chorizo was quality stuff - not overly greasy and cooked really well. The chipotle hollandaise really made it. It came with a hearty serving of avocado and delicious, crispy potatoes. I wish the eggs had been cooked just a tad less, but that's being picky. Overall, it was a great meal. They have a huge menu and I'd love to try another item or two.

Clean, quick service & fresh food! Ordered turkey sausage & was told what they had was not to their standards to serve. Ordered ham slice instead & was delicious! Eggs cooked over medium were perfectly cooked! Standards they have show it's a quality place serving quality food! Staff very attentive and can't wait to return!

Pancakes are amazing. Service is extraordinarily great. Pleasant atmosphere. Taylor is a very good server. I really like this place & will drive 1/2 hour to eat no problem.

excellent Pancakes! Always enjoy a visit to Flips! Usually meet up with our daughter there! There is nothing that we haven't tried that has been scrumptious! Never have we walked away hungry! Plus waitresses are speedy and excellent! Always busy!!

Got seated right away even though they were busy. Food and service were amazing! I also got a Bloody Mary that was so good.

Looks better than it tastes. I had the BLT omelette with no bacon. It lacked a presence of flavor. I added salt and pepper with some hot sauce, which made it better. You get a lot of options for sides which is good. The texture of the eggs got a bit weird toward the end, kind of runny? My friends enjoyed the mimosa flight, the pineapple was a hit. The portion of food was big, they saved the pancakes for later. Ambiance is good for pictures, very clean and bright. The service was good, nothing bad to say about that.

Gravy is like water and completely inedible. 0 stars if I could! If this gravy is actually homemade I would be surprised.

Everything looked so good, and portion sizes are huge! Seriously! I wanted to try everything! Quaint place with a bar, acoustics are not great and makes the place very loud when busy. We got in right away though, and the service was great and helpful. The food came in a good time - piping hot too! Definitely going back!

Unbelievable Pancakes! I ordered a Mexican egg dish which was plentiful and very fresh, which in turn makes it flavorful. It came with a side of pancakes, which was was a delicious surprise.... Fluffy, tasty and would have been a meal on its own. Staff was phenomenal... welcoming and then very attentive. So much so that I thought she was reading my mind. Visit as you will not be disappointed and I plan on going there again...

$3.50 for unsweetened tea....that's 25% of what an entree costs... Brisket Skillet was good...pancakes were average.

The best pancake house ever! Service is amazing! They don't skimp on food! Sooo good. You won't be disappointed. IHOP should be ashamed of themselves

This place was exactly what I expected from a breakfast place. I got the Latin omelette without chorizo and it was good. Coffee was also good. We went on a weekend before the church crowd and didn't have to wait for 4 cause it's fairly large. I don't necessarily think this is the best breakfast place but I would recommend to people looking for a solid breakfast menu and fun pancakes. I am not a huge dessert pancake fan super early in the morning but I'm assuming they are good if you like a lot of sweet!

Always great food. My go to for Uber eats. Everything is large portioned and very tasty. Skillets and omlettes are huge!

Restaurant was busy, we didn't have to wait for a table and the service was fast. We were in and out within 45 mins. Food was great.

The ice water I was served had a dead bug floating at the top. Noticable enough for me to see it as soon as it was sat in front of me. There was no manager there, the "main server" would only identify herself to me as the "main server." So, there was nobody to take my complaint. I also overheard guests at another table complaining to the server about their food being brought out cold, and asking for it to be taken back to the kitchen to be microwaved.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The waitress was so rude and condescending. My 89 year old mother asked what the fruit was in the side. Waitress replied, (with an eye roll) "The same it is every day." My 90 year father has dementia and she was so short with him, seemed very annoyed it took him longer to order. I told her that we had never been there every day to know what the fruit was. She went back to the kitchen making remarks about us, staff started peeking out the door laughing. My mother's omelette was ordered with no cheese, came with cheese. We had to send it back and once again could hear staff in there laughing about it. When we were in the car pulling off, my 89 year old mother said to me, "I didn't like the way they treated us in there, how she treated your father." I will never return to any of their locations and will be sure to make others aware.

Coffee was bold and worthy of breakfast place cuisine. The acoustics of flips is such that the sound carries making it a little hard to hear and place an order. However, you don't have to worry about someone listening to your conversation or the mms and ohs of a delicious brunch. The menu offers enough variations in eggs, pancakes, skillets, and lunch fare to cover everyone's palate. I lead off with the southwest skillet with my eggs cooked easy over.  The peppers, onions, avocado, and jalapenos were fresh and paired well with the crispy potato bites layered with chorizo. The food came fast and the Segafredo coffee was refilled often. We could have had a mimosa flight, bloody Mary, or fresh squeezed OJ if I did not already have a severe caffeine addiction.  Overall, the staff was friendly and attentive making this location worth another visit!

Great service today at Flips. They were very busy at 11am on a Sunday, and we were seated within 10 minutes. Our group had Chicken and Waffles, Banana Bread Waffles, and Berry Waffles. All tasty choices in a pleasant setting. Don't forget the fresher squeezed orange juice and awesome coffee!

Visiting Iowa from Indiana. Ate breakfast at Flips. Outstanding food AND service. I had the Farmers Skillet w/pancakes. The rest of my party also enjoyed their selections. Our server, Rachael, was attentive without being intrusive. This was a great experience, and I will come back when in the area.

Great service! Good coffee. The skillet was very tasty and loaded with veggies. Definitely would return next time I'm in town.

BEWARE ON THE WEEKEND: Great food. The Latin Benedict was amazing. Prices are similar to new breakfast places opening up, a little high imo. Coffee was good, but for $3 for black coffee they wouldn't give us half &half or heavy whip. They don't have zoning worked out with their waitresses. The same waitress I had completely ignored two tables. I saw her finally ask the one table if they'd been helped after she walked past them for a good 10 min. They need more waitresses on the weekend with the BettPlex. There were two groups of teams there. It's just super slow. I felt like Gordon Ramsey, but I didn't have the authority to scream "are you kidding me!?!".

Excellent. Fluffy, easy to cut pancakes (my benchmark fir quality pancakes) and perfect size. Generous portions for us all. Very good service. Highly recommended. Prices are fair, and comparable with other newer establishments.

The decor is really cute - modern farm house. The food is delicious. Don't be fooled by the name, they have MUCH more than pancakes (but note, the pancakes are delicious so you may want to order them as a side). But what I appreciate most is them being accommodating to my family and young children. They were nice to my baby and toddler, who spilled water and was crying half the time -- and that kind of kindness and customer service goes a long way with me :)

Great breakfast! My daughter loves their biscuits and gravy. My grandson had the apple pancakes and still brings up how good they were.

​This is just a recently opened restaurant. We were looking to have a good breakfast and we definitely found it. They have an orange juice machine that actually uses real oranges to make the juice freshly squeezed. Had different options on the menu and we tried several of them within our group. Everything came just as ordered and wonderful. Special shout out to our waitress Aby who did a phenomenal job getting us everything we needed. Will definitely go back!

Good skillet, but be aware of prices. Fresh OJ $5, most dishes $14. But, the service was excellent and food was fresh. I would think this would be a very popular location. We both had a skillet and the potatoes were nice and crispy and scrambled eggs very fluffy.

My husband and I shared the Southwest skillet. Plenty of food for two, so very tasty even though we held off on the jalapeños. If you like chorizo, order this skillet, you won't be disappointed! The side of pancakes (2) were fluffy and a nice finish to our breakfast. Restaurant atmosphere was cheerful and clean. Waitress was attentive and sweet. I think I've found my new favorite breakfast place. Highly recommend!

My dad, boyfriend and I came here at 1:55. They close at 2:30. The woman who greeted us asked us in a rude tone "how can I help you." We kindly asked her if they were still open and she responded with "I guess. You can pick your seat." They treated us awful the whole time. I love eating at this place but will never be back because of the horrible service we received.

was charged $100 tip instead of $10 on a $49 bill. not bad if you don't mind you bank account being fucked up.

Prices were a little high. Would be nice if they had gluten free items listed or gf pancakes.

Overall really good, but way too expensive. Orange juice is $5, small cappuccino is $4.50, meals were roughly $14. Also ALOT of misspelling on the menu, especially "Crapes" lol.
