Disgraceful. I booked a ticket via FlixBus and the line was operated by Greyhound. I presented the QR code to the bus driver. After 15 minutes of trying, the system won't accept FlixBus QR code. The bus driver said there was issue with FlixBus system that they had wrong information regarding the actual bus. The route number did not reflect the actual bus, despite that it's that exact bus for that boarding time.
I called FlixBus customer service. I communicated and then the representative said "a dedicated resolution team" would call me back in 10 ~ 20 minutes. I NEVER HEARD BACK. I then called again, explaining the situation to a new customer representative, and that they said such arrangement never happen. I still cannot get a refund.
FlixBus is putting liability on customers for their own faults and malfunctions. Such a disgraceful company.
