Restaurant with a view in the heart of Orchard. The restaurant is situated on the 55th floor of ION Orchard, serviced via an express lift on the 4th floor. We started the evening with the Tasting Menu. First three appetizers were Santen Mori, Hokkaido Scallop and Yellowtail Ceviche. Each appetizer was interesting and quite delicious. I think it gives you an idea of the flavour profiles you will be expecting for the meal. We chose to upgrade the main to Teppanyaki Wagyu instead and it was the definitely the best choice. The beef was so soft and tender. The sauce added a layer of depth to the dish, adding some smokiness and sweetness. The dessert, Tres Leche, was a bit tough, in my opinion, but it tasted really good. The cream and sweetness provided a nice end to our meal. Wine selection was really comprehensive as well so you will be spoilt for choice. They definitely got the right fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. Excellent place.

The food was not bad, especially the steak - delicious both with and without the accompanying sauce and very easy to chew. The service leaves something to be desired for a high-end restaurant, especially the order taking process. During our first round of order taking, the staff missed our drinks order and came back 5min later to tell us we didn't hit minimum spend. Because we ordered a sake they apparently didn't take down. During our second round of drinks order, the staff took our order (just 2 drinks, no rocket science) and had to come back 5min later to confirm the order. Very small things but I would expect better after spending >$150 per pax.

We had an unforgettable dining experience at Flnt Singapore! The tasting menu was absolutely divine - every dish was a masterclass in flavor and presentation, and the portions were generous enough to leave us satisfyingly full. Definitely worth the price! A huge shoutout to our incredible service attendant, Junjie - his attentiveness was top-notch, and he went above and beyond with his warm and polite service. He even took multiple family photos for us, adding a lovely personal touch to the evening. Perched on the 55th floor of ION Orchard, Flnt Singapore also treats diners to a stunning city skyline view - the perfect backdrop to a memorable meal. Highly recommended for its exceptional cuisine and outstanding service. We look forward to returning soon.

The concierge at Ion Orchard recommended we have dinner there and we are so grateful for him. We were welcomed even though we didn’t have a reservation. The hostess at the door was polite. Our table was ready for us and the menu promised very delectable choices. We decided to have 3 appetizers and it was a good choice. The salmon ceviche was excellent so were the quinoa salad and fois gras taco. Our main courses were the grilled vegetables and cod with a green pepper sauce. All were perfectly cooked. I highly recommend the tres leches for dessert. The service was excellent and the view breathtaking.

Jackson was really meticulous in tending to us; recommending food that fits our individual palate. The food that he recommended was superb and we even ordered second servings :) His warm and friendly persona elevated our dining experience at the already luxurious place. Jackson even made a special request for our scallops to be flamed grilled a little longer upon knowing that we don't eat raw food / sashimi.

Very pleasant and enjoyable experience dining at FLNT. Came for lunch to celebrate friends’ birthdays.. ambience is fantastic, super high ceiling, gorgeous view of Orchard… staff were friendly and attentive, esp Jackson.
