Float Restore

This place is fantastic! Everyone is so glad and happy to see this re-opened under new ownership. I was so bummed to see this place close. I went for my first float today under new ownership and had a fantastic experience. Everything is great and even better. They have additional services including some free ones that I was able to experience. I would 100% recommend coming here. And, I am so grateful to the new owners. The staff is so warm and welcoming. They make it easy and very pleasant to experience floating. I sincerely encourage you to check it out. Try it out for at least one float. I know it can help with rest, relaxation, reduce anxiety, etc.

Don’t go here (or I won’t be able to get a booking). ; ) Wonderfully relaxing spa-like atmosphere with private sound and light isolated rooms (not just tanks). Friendly staff, on-site massage and other relaxing amenities. My go to stress relief spot.

I was so excited to be able to float again! The facility had added several new services, Massage, Red Light, Salt Room and more. I love it! Thank you to the new owners!

Same location as just float with a new name and new owner? I'd think twice before signing up for any membership, they might just close their doors again and keep charging your card. Old liabilities don't go away just because you changed your name.

I love this place

Float Restore is a secret gem tucked into Pasadena -- the kind of place you almost don't want to tell anyone about because it's that good. The float tanks are the most thoughtfully designed I've experienced -- spotless, soundproof, and built for real restoration, not gimmicks. You step in buzzing with static. You step out aligned. And the staff? Completely tuned in. They move with calm presence -- helpful without hovering, welcoming without the slightest whiff of culty wellness vibes. Just pure support. This isn't just relaxation. It's recovery done right. Float Restore gets every detail right -- and in doing so, helps you forget every other detail.

Had a great time in the infrared sauna. I brought a book connected my Bluetooth to its system and was able to play some meditations. It's a 45-min session at an affordable price. There is a cold plunge, float machine, massage, etc for wellness. Towels, shower, water, and hot tea as amenities. Area was spacious and clean. CBD products and cold drinks are available to be sold. Plenty of parking for guests :)

This is one of my favorite places to spend a few hours. So many great wellness experiences with a calming spa vibe and the perk of complimentary massage chairs, tea, and inspirational books. Highly recommend

This place was great. It was much bigger than i even expected, the workers were so nice, and explained everything in detail. The float area was great, huge and private. As you were in the float you can play music or chose to float in silence. I will definitely be going again.

I finally tried this out after driving past it for years and I wish I hadn't waited so long. I've gone several times now and am realizing I need to sign up for a membership. Each time I go, I feel relaxed and refreshed. It's like going on a mini vacation.

I've been going to float at this location since 2018 and the new ownership has made it even better by adding the sauna, massage and cold plunge not to mention the new high tech massage chairs. The staff are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet who genuinely care about your experience. They're very knowledgeable and helpful with any question or concerns you may have. I have experienced plenty of benefits from the float tanks including total peace of mind, uninterrupted relaxation, and a overall feeling of groundedness to name a few. This is not only the most affordable place to float, it's also the most spacious, comfortable, and squeaky clean. Plus, the online booking makes it so easy to find a time that fits your schedule. Highly recommended!!!

Sam is a fantastic massage therapist. She listened to my concerns and was sensitive to my body's needs. She has a great technique and warm personality. She is an utter delight!

I had a wonderful experience at a much improved facility (i was a prior customer of Just Float and disappointed when it closed). It seems the new owner is giving it a go, despite what seems to be a poor handoff by the prior owner. The place is impeccable and intentional. You will feel special and cared for here. Unfortunately, none of the prior client data seems to have been retained/ transferred so they had no way of letting loyal customers know that it was reopening! I so respect the efforts they are making to rebuild this business. I did need to sign the waiver and register again, the membership structure is different, and they now have a sauna, cold plunge, salt room, and massage. I honestly think it is a better facility and they seem like a new but hard working client-centered team. I hope past patrons disappointed by Just Float's implosion give Float Restore a shot. It was well worth it for me.

I was so happy to see someone buy the previous Float business. They were so friendly and welcoming. The service is outstanding and excellent. My float was perfect and I felt so good and relaxed. 100% recommended. Grateful for the new ownership and staff.

Hands down one of my favorite places to visit in Pasadena. You will always leave feeling incredible. The infrared red light therapy sauna is one of my favorite parts of the facility. The float therapy gives you that undivided attention with ourselves that we all need. ALSO I got a massage there from Samantha recently and my back has never felt better. I loved her attention to the parts of my back that needed it. I will be returning as soon as possible.

I spent many many hours in the tanks at this location under the previous ownership, with over 200 floats prior to the closure. I also had the privilege of spending many hours getting to know the incredible staff who supported that journey over the years. The devastation of losing this suddenly last summer has been replaced with the joy of getting to reconnect with both time in the tank and amazing people making it happen! After discovering the facility had reopened under new ownership I immediately started a membership and had my first float back yesterday. The updates to the facility are amazing and the place is full of positive energy. If you are new to floating and considering giving it a try please do yourself a favor and stop by! If you're a patron of the old ownership and on the fence, please don't hesitate to come enjoy the upgrades. Everything you previously loved is there waiting for you with an incredible facelift and more diverse services.

Called the office and no answer? However, first thing in the morning Tessie called me back!!! I had an issue I need some help with not only was I heard Tessie took the time to resolve my issue (which was minor btw) and she went above and beyond to make things whole! Thank you Tessie and Float Restore not only are you good for mind and body restoring but my faith in customer service!!!

Website says, "WE'RE HONORING CREDITS OF MEMBERS FROM THE PREVIOUS BUSINESS FOR A LIMITED TIME. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE DETAILS." When you call to inquire, new ownership will give you a quick slap in the face as a previous loyal customer. They make you buy a membership and only give you one credit. Sucks for the people who had multiple credits before the previous owners skipped town. A good way to welcome back your loyal customer base. Bravo! You get 5 stars for that!

The staff is wonderful! The new amenties are amazing. I loved being able to sit in the massage chair before my float. The facility is clean. The shower has good pressure, the float cabinet is roomy and I love that the light and music are adjustable. I actually fell a sleep. They honored my credit from the previous owner. I can't wait to try all the new amenities, the infrared sauna and cold plunge. Next best thing to going to the beach.

I used to go to this place when it was under different ownership. It was sad to see it closed for many months, but now it has new owners and is way better! I've been twice now and can sleep so much better at night. I have good dreams again and don't wake up in the middle of the night. Less anxiety all day too! I had no idea how much things declined over the past many months without floating because it was so gradual. What a difference. The new and old staff are great. They truly care about this business. So clean. So much better now. So worth the money
