Ironically its my birthday and I wasn't having the best morning so although I was not the most engaging or talkative, the team today made it a point to acknowledge my bday which I truly didn't expect, but very much appreciated as a first time customer. The place is great, but the help is hit or miss. I’ve been going there for a while now and had nothing but good things to say. But lately, the budtenders themselves have been making me look elsewhere. I’ve called in about promos or an issue with a product I got there and as most of them are really nice and helpful, some are just rude. (Update): Went back last week, the staff was helpful and friendly, glad to see some familiar faces and the team back to the way it used to be!
