This is a great place to stay in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. Its location is quiet and there are many restaurants nearby. The staff were delightful and very friendly. The gardens are beautiful and very well kept and the swimming pool is an added bonus and is very clean. Our only complaint is that the a/c in our room was very noisy and it was difficult to adjust it to set a comfortable temperature which meant a disturbed sleep. I would suggest upgrading the a/c to a more modern system. I find that old and malfunctioning a/c is a common problem in the Philippines. The Philippines need to up their game if they hope to compete with other south East Asian countries like Thailand when it comes to proving well functioning a/c system at accommodation providers.

Charming boutique hotel with a staff that strives to accommodate you in way, shape or form! Beautiful pool and tropical gardens and delicious breakfasts! I wish they were open for lunch and dinner too, but just breakfast is served. Location is great with a short walk to “Guni Guni” restaurant and hostel. Delicious food and outstanding menu-we found out the same couple own this establishment as well! If we return to PP, we will stay at this charming hotel! 3 cheers for the incredible staff!

The property features attractive landscaping, a welcoming reception area, a refreshing swimming pool, meticulously designed bathrooms, and a tranquil setting. Nearby amenities and restaurants enhance the experience, complemented by the friendly staff and refreshing iced late made by the kitchen staff. Cockroaches...but to be expected in such a green scenic place.

One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed! The place itself is nice and clean. Their rooms might be good for 2 pax but some rooms can accommodate 4 pax just request an extra bed. Their rooms are superb especially the CR! If you want to grab a drink late night, you can request it in the bar. They also serve a best breakfast in town! It’s a 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️||They also offer tours if you want to experience more of Palawan.

This hotel is made of separate apartments, all sharing a yard, with beautiful garden, full of palms, banana trees and other plants! Across the steeet you can rent a motorbike, bcs you would def need one as you cant go anywhere by foot. Puerto Princesa isn’t generally very touristic place, there’s no much to see, so you can skip it. Floral Villarosa hotel staff is great! The breakfast and the smoothies they make are so delicious! The rooms are not so good, pretty plain and poor. There is a pool, but no one is actually using it as it doesnt look clean at all.

We are currently staying at Floral Villarosa and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The garden and pool look lovely. The pool is not too chlorinated and is a nice length so you can actually swim in it and not have to turn around too quickly. The staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a little way out from the main 'downtown' area of the city, so it is a lot quieter which is great for us. Although, if you want to be in amongst the action more, then perhaps a different one would suit your needs better. They offer tours to the fireflies, underground river, Honda bay and a city tour. We did the firefly tour last night and it was incredible. We were picked up and dropped off at the hotel, had a funny tour guide and a tasty buffet dinner on the boat. They also have massages and other treatments such as manicure and pedicures available. I am hoping to receive a massage during our stay. It has free WiFi, although it is not the best connection, a bit slow.

On January 2024, I paid 50% of the total price for 8 nights, as it's their reservation policy. I expected to obtain a receipt or proof of payment. Nothing was sent even after so many back and forth emails, FB messages and even long-distance calls. From January until June 2024, their employee, Jo-Ann, never bothered to send a receipt of payment. With all the scams happening in the Philippines, international clients, like us, would logically think that there's been a fraud. No good business would take your money and not give you a receipt. No good business would allow clients to literally beg to have a receipt of the payment sent. No good business would allow a client to not have a receipt 6 months after payment. No good business would allow to have such an employee interact very unprofessionally and unscrupulously with any patron. Payment receipts should be issued every time a payment is made on a sale - even if it's a deposit or partial payment.||Events happen to us for a reason. On our arrival date, I took back my 50% payment. The positive result after this negative circumstance: We found a luxurious, very tranquil and truly spacious hotel with highly professional staff.||Cheap accomodations are sometimes good but this Floral Villarosa doesn't count as a good one.

Love this place. It’s a small family run boutique hotel. We’ve stayed here several times in the last few years. The rooms are well laid out, stylish and clean. Maybe they are a little tired now compared to when we first stayed but covid affected these small businesses very hard for 2 years so it’s a blessing they survived at all. The garden and swimming pool are beautiful. The hotel is very close to airport, restaurants and spas. Fantastic place to relax in Puerto Princesa. Excellent price. Highly recommend !

Yelp
Floral Villarosa is a charming hotel in a quiet residential area just a few minutes taxi ride from downtown Puerto Princesa. The property is like a garden of Eden; walled and very private with lush landscaping and a pool with a soothing waterfall. At night the lighting is very intimate with lots of glowing lanterns and candles. The staff is very accommodating and there is a nice restaurant too. There are actually a lot of restaurants in the area on Manalo Street. The rates are very reasonable and there is always a nice international crowd . Highly recommended.

Yelp
Stayed here for 1 night. Excellent customer service, food, facility...it was all great. We stayed in a room right across from the pool/beautiful garden. Excellent customer service. We had free airport pickup and they were quick to offer help with contacting our transport to El Nido. Food at the restaurant was good and cheap. Will stay here again. Awesome find for the price!!! Very happy!
